Pulte homes are good. Lisa and Jorge were awesome keeping us updated on the construction while we were far away. You will need to buy your refrigerator, washer and dryer. I think the space for the refrigerator in the kitchen area is small for a house with 4 bedrooms. So far everything is fine.

We are so happy and proud to have a Pulte home! From the initial Sales to the finish we felt Pulte was in our corner the whole way! Our salesperson was always available to answer any questions we had. The design staff was helpful, friendly and enjoyable! Our GM Andrew was the best! This man was in top of things and kept the build go so smoothly. He has been a very asset to Pulte! I would definitely recommend a Pulte build to anyone!

My overall experience from Teresa, Alex, Zac and the Finance team Bobbi, and Chris was excellent. I'm so thankful for your hard work to help me purchase my house.

From a distance homes look beautiful, inside and out. However, upon closer inspection there are design flaws, styling inconsistencies, and poor workmanship throughout from subcontractors with subpar and sometimes damaged materials. I have experience with a Murray Franklin home and the MF quality control is superior by comparison. At the end of the day though, I love my house and love where I live and that makes up for a lot.

I enjoy my new home

It took us a while to select a perfect lot for our new home. We didn’t want a large yard but a small yard with a larger home which we pick the Continental model. We selected many upgrades to make this our perfect home. The quality of the home is extremely beautiful with minor flaws we address to Pulte Homes. Overall, we are happy with our home purchase and I would recommend Pulte Homes to new buyers.

Without these 2 men, the experience would continue to be a mess. Pulte is not a trustworthy company to be honest and you have to be on top of them at all times. These 2 men who are our construction team have been the buffer and the silver lining to the rest of what has happened. We were not given a pre foundation meeting we should have had due to yet another firing of a construction manager which seems to be rampant (our neighbor had 4!!) and without that meeting we had NO idea our home was going to A) be on a ski slope and B) be set so far back we lose have our yard. NONE of this was explained during that crucial meeting we were not given. Yet the Vice President of construction (we think that’s his title) who came out here literally was condescending and a real jerk to us when we were so upset about this. He just kept giving us the company line. The city of Westfield is also another story. They gave us a song and dance how they were “concerned” about our happiness and then talked out of 2 sides of their mouth when it really came down to it. We had heard prior the city was not “pro-homeowner” but this sealed the deal. Not the welcome we expected to a new city either. The house itself is too new to know what will and won’t happen. So far we have had some minor issues that the two men i mentioned have gone above and beyond to make sure they’re done right. But as far as Pulte itself? We’ve experienced both a production builder and a custom in the past we would not go this route again. Barely any choices except for shades gray or white on everything with one choice for cream or a weird unfinished brown. No choice on exterior doors or windows. No changes. Not any. So it’s not the dream home for the price we paid but things we can change. The Lot we cannot. If we recommended building to someone, it would not be this type of building as they have become too rote and rigid as “production” builders. But the attitude of what we believe was the VP if construction towards us has completely soured us during a brief meeting and his attitude towards us after. Could not recommend Pulte solely based on the experience of his take it or leave behavior. I’ve been in customer service for 27 years and I pay close attention to how I’m treated. These 2 men gave the BEST customer service and continue to. Pulte should be fully aware how amazing they are to their clients and their attention to detail. The manager on the construction site ,"Bloue" solves customer problems at early stages. Is very cooperative in sharing information with other partner. He consistently exceeds performance expectations. He displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all projects.

The experience of buying from Pulte was great. Communication is good and customer care is excellent!

The real estate agent along with the materials given to me summarizing approximate closing dates were deceptive and incorrect. Also, I had done my final inspection ahead of time and someone had come in and kicked a whole in the bathroom wall under sink.

The entire homebuying process (as first time homebuyers) was smooth and seamless. We didn’t know what to expect, but we are blown away at how smooth, efficient, and easy the whole process was from putting down our deposit all the way through closing. Pulte has some truly great and dedicated professionals working for them from the sales team (shout out to Sal P.), loan processor (shout out ti Lora), loan consultant (we went with Pulte Mortgage - shout out ti Carly A.), construction manager (shout out to Joe P.), through to the customer service manager (shout out to Geoff). Everyone at Pulte we dealt with were EXCELLENT, professional, communicative, and overall just nice, great people in general. For the most part, everything went well. The back and forth with finishing dates was stressful. And then when we finally closed there are many things in our home that were done sloppy and need to be fixed.

The house was done on time and had very few issues. We love the house and the experience with Pulte.

The warranty construction team was fabulous solved all our issues in a timely and profesional matter

I felt good about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. Made very well.

The only positive thing I can say is our sales manager Sam was amazing! He answered all of our questions and more and was very knowledgeable! Besides that our build was littered with issues and now being in the home a few months still experiencing issues. The quality that we received compared to what we paid for is atrocious! I have a very long list of issues but I'll name off as many as I can. We closed without there being a smoke detector on the first floor that wasn't solved until weeks later. None of the cabinets or floors were covered during the build and are scratched and had paint on them. We were told to fix this by using a brown sharpie instead of Pulte replacing them. The quality of the concrete is the worst I've ever seen. There are swirl marks in the driveway, the porches are not remotely flat, they weren't cleaned after the build, and the garage floor was so bad that they had to put Ardex on top which is only a temporary fix. The landscaping is not flat and has holes all over and one side of the backyard floods even though we were told it was fixed. The kitchen sink was scratched up when they had the cleaning crew come in and we are not able to get those scratches out and Pulte refused to replace it. The trim around all the windows and doors are scratched, not straight, or we're not sanded before hand. Our wood stairs were stained very poorly and was not stained uniformly. The subcontractors they had come in to fix the mistakes were incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. We had an exposed outlet. The lights in the ceiling were not installed properly. After closing we found there was no insulation above half our home. And the list of things wrong go on and on. We have talked with multiple Pulte neighbors and they have also expressed their frustrations with sub par quality. I would highly discourage anyone from buying from Pulte! We will NOT be buying another Pulte Home. ... More

We were very pleased with the process. We had some issues with buyer financing, at the last minute that could have impacted the purchase of the Pulte Home, but we were able to develop a plan to resolve the situation. We are happy with the home and the neighborhood.

Our experience with Pulte had positives and negatives. We chose to build with Pulte because of the lot location and available floor plans, not because of a favorable Pulte reputation. We knew we were taking a chance, but hopeful Pulte would raise their standards with our more expensive home. This was our fifth house to have built with the last two being custom homes, so our expectations were high. On the good side: Our sales rep was very good. Knowledgeable and helpful. On the marginal side: The choices we had to pick from for interior selections were very limited. Especially for a house in our price range. We have made many changes already in our first two months of ownership with more to come. Also, we chose a new floor plan to Pulte, and it included unknown design flaws not corrected. before build. The bad; Quality of the subcontractor's workmanship, especially the drywall contractor, was very poor. Uneven walls, corners out of square, poor drywall finishing and painting, etc. Some flaws were able to be improved through rework before closing but others were not. Unfortunately, we will live with the results for years to come, or until we have it redone ourselves. It makes us sick to look at the final product in light the price we paid. Seems as if our neighbors had the same experience. If Pulte wants to improve their image as a production builder with higher end houses, there needs to be a mindset change to think and act more like a custom builder. Improve offerings. Raise expectations of contractors. Hold contractors accountable for their work. Keep work areas clean and safe. Have some pride!! I understand Pulte looks at the process as a business to complete a house as quickly as possible to take in the cash. However, if there was more ownership, accountability and pride towards the end product and therefore customer satisfaction, it would go a long way. ... More

Overall good experience. Closing was not handled correctly or smoothly by sales and mortgage and Title company. Numbers were not matching and closing time was pushed. They made me wait for 4 hours. Closing Date and time change was not communicated to me. Other than the closing issues, rest all went fine.

This process of this new house build took way too long! Twice the time! No communication from the sells representative after we signed on the dotted line, wasn’t honest or straightforward with timelines or delays we heard nothing.

We are happy with Pulte homes quality and design models
