The commercial sales work is excellent but when you are already inside the constumer care response and the administration consortium service is non-existent. a real shame and absolute lack of social responsibility to be a development company for families

Overall experience was good. Quality of the house is good but the craftmanship is mediocre. There are things that would not be perfect and if you dont pay attention you would miss some of the important things that need to be fixed. Although they have good warranty.

I was impressed with how organized all the departments were at Pulte; from sales, mortgage, builders, designers and closers. Whenever I had a question, I knew who to reach out and they were able to assist right away. Everyone met their deadlines and provided updates throughout the entire process. I overall enjoyed our experience with Pulte and look forward to living in our forever home for a long time.

We have been living in our home for about a month. There were a few small things we needed repaired after we moved in, and they were taken care of right away. The company also followed up to make sure they were completed to our satisfaction. We’ve been very happy with our experience with Pulte Homes, and would definitely purchase another Pulte home in the future.

it was so nice of an experience to see the hospital step-by-step and the crew will call me text me pictures with the app. It was an excellent experience from talking about the purchase of the end so I got the keys. Thank you.

They deleted my original review because I used a fitting expletive to accurately describe this company, and I’m not going to retype it. The short version is that dishonest, scumbag practice pervaded the entire experience of purchasing from Pulte, and there are plenty of better builders to get a house from. Pulte’s people will outright lie to your face about costs and fees, so you’re blinded sided with thousands of dollars in surprise fees two days before the close date, when you can’t back out without losing the earnest payment. This company simply cannot be trusted.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS MADE EASY FROM START TO CLOSING.

Very poor on most points. Ryan our sales manager was fantastic. Other than that poor.

The compartment for the fridge is smaller than standard size at 35 inches instead of 39 inches. Several of the home buyers have had to remove baseboard to make it fit. Pulte does not seem to care. The drywall taping and texture are horrible. You can see joints in the drywall and texture patterns vary throughout the house. Some texture looks like poorly done patches. Skilled trades are extinct these days. Other neighbors have it much worse.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

Quality, trustworthy, value for price, quick response over all good!

Our sales person Lisa was great to work with. The only negative thing was the cleaning of the house was done very quickly and needed a second thorough cleaning.

- Built by cheap materials - Home design options were very cheap even after paying for the upgrades. It was better to receive the home with default design and install later. Particularly, I don't recommend buying appliances with Pulte. One can buy it from Home Depot for almost a half price. Pulte charged high prices, and the appliances installed with cracks/scratches and missing parts like missing glass shelf in fridge. - Almost all doors have issues (cracks, missing screws, loose hinges, locks). Pulte employed very bad quality constructors. - Issues raised from Day 1 of moving in. Garage door glitches, septic tank warning light is on and off, etc. I could not find anything has been installed properly; floors are uneven particularly on kitchen island where you feel the most; upgraded carpet and padding are so thin so you can feel nails easily and padding are so bad you can feel there are nails or some construction materials underneath of carpet. Almost every room flooring has issue. - Paid for the isolated study rooms. It was a total waste of money and you are not sure even they installed any sound proofing. - I thought I was unlucky. But neighbors have the same experience; so we are on the same boat :) ... More

The quality of the home is amazing. When I compared Pulte to other builders in the neighborhood, the quality was evident in Pulte homes. Response time for any issue have been quick and the repairs are quickly taken care of on my schedule. I would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone considering buying a new house and if I ever decide to move again I will use Pulte again in the future!

Great experience dealing with Pulte. Everyone involved was very friendly and knowledgeable. The home we purchased was a great value compared to other builders in the area.

The home itself is a quality build with great attention to detail. Slab, framing and roof are just about perfect. Besides a circuit breaker tripping repeatedly, electrical works flawlessly. AC unit is state of the art and cools perfectly. Our salesperson was wonderful guiding us along every step of the way. We were texted pictures at important milestones and even went to great lengths to suggest extras that we are glad were included. But when it came to the final details inside, things seemed rushed. Doors not fitting correctly and some were swelled from getting wet. A switch in cabinet vendors last minute created scratched doors, misaligned drawers and missing shelves. Perhaps product shortages created this situation but should not have occurred. Our warranty covers these issues and some are expected but many were just poor attention to the final details. Minor repairs seem to take forever but they are being completed as promised. All things considered a very pleasant experience with the important components of our home being a quality build. Would we build with them again? Yes, but we would be more picky about the details inside the home. ... More

Most of my issues would have been fine had the Construction Manager not overpromised everything. He set expectations that we were hoping for and the result was much much lower. The so-called "perfectionist" produced a home that clearly shows a lack of quality workmanship. Simple things like tile grout not wiped away and all over tub and shower, paint on LVP flooring, irrigation not properly installed and have yet to send out the vender (after 6 weeks), and a yard that was not properly graded for drainage shows the lack of detail the team had. Throughout the process, every issue we found was followed by a "remember this for my review- give me all 10s" by the Construction Manager. It sort of felt like extortion and we gave him all 10s so we would be taken care of- insane! If we rated him lower, there was a risk he would drag his feet even more out of spite and we would not have issues resolved after closing. I've fixed most issues from the final walkthrough myself and spent the money not to deal with Pulte (even though the job was done poorly to begin with). There was no review of work done and our "blue tape" walkthrough clearly didn't mean anything (they clearly just took down most of the tape). To top it all off, we were told by the construction manager that they would follow up on us after close to address anything else we may have found living in the home and he literally ghosted us via text. Not a great way to end a relationship and with that, I will never recommend Pulte Homes to any friends or family. ... More

Pulte made the home buying process easy and rewarding. We were rewarded with a beautiful home because our documents were up-to-date, and we met the requirements There were a few defects such as a roof leak, and countertop defects but Pulte responded immediately to each issue. Job well done !

The frustrations began day 1 with a sales team that didn’t respond or follow up to our conversations and inquiries. Many items changed, including appliances, changed after we had signed. The process took double the amount of time we were told it would take, while homes on our street that were sold months after, caught and passed our process. Mistake after mistake, no accountability, and no communication from our sales team. They’re not really a sales team, more of an order taker team that loses touch after you sign.

Overall the experience has been fine. I was set on the lot so I built with Pulte. Our sales representative, Jessica was misinformed on a number of items so we had to push hard to try to get what was promised. Dustin was excellent during the entire build. Quality of material and some crews need to be improved at this price point.

Our experience with Pulte Homes was great. The house is made of quality materials and finishes, they keep on track on building, most issues were responded and act upon. Also, a shoutout to my PM Will.

Our sales person Jelena was great. She answered all our questions and addressed our concern. Our loan process was made simple and easy, thanks to Jennifer and Shelly.

The home buying experience was fine but the craftsmanship and quality are not there. This home is cheaply built and was not even fully finished at the tim of closing. It has been almost 2 months since we closed and some issues are still not resolved.

Being in the construction business we came away somewhat appalled at the lack of communication and the lack of workmanship from the start of the home to the closing of the house. The house was not in move in condition when we had to close which in turn took numerous days to clean before moving in!

We are pleased with the quality of home and reasonable pricing.
