This is our first home, we were able to design it and watch the build process throughout which was very comforting. It is a beautiful home and I would recommend Pulte to a friend.

We bought a model home. Exceptional follow up to complete all of the small details - touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, etc. great response for one minor issue post closing. Thank you.

Working with Pulte Mortgage was an excellent experience. However, we were building this home from a different state and the building manager was not as responsive as we would have liked. It was local friends who were able to take pictures and keep us up to date. Communication with the onsite people could be improved.

We are totally impressed with the after sales service. Everyone in the team is so responsive and eager to help. For us that was big and we are very happy with the response TAT.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

The Pulte experience overall was really wonderful. As a first time homebuyer I felt every single person I interacted with that works for Pulte was patience and answered all of my questions and really supported my experience. The area where I felt could use some improvement is the workmanship on small details. To be fair we purchased a home through a pandemic but the home was turned over to us with a lot of small details that were not done well or done incorrectly and as stated we purchased our first home and expected something closer to being done “perfectly.” They will come back to fix these little things which I am so happy about. Pulte works with timeline and deliver promptly.

Completion delay was a problem but we worked thru it.

Entire process was great. From initial contact to the closing Sales and Construction Manager kept us informed.

Overall, the experience from signing to closing was great. The responsiveness after the 30 day walkthrough has been wanting. They promised to fix any lingering issues but the it seems they are not in a hurry to do any of that. Why promise to do something then renege?

You can tell they are really concerned if something is not up to 100 percent on your home.

Building a new home with Pulte is a great experience where you can choose many items to personalize your home that are standard and upgrades. You will feel like you’re part of the building process.
