We had a water leak under the kitchen sink and the team came out right way to check and found this issue, made several repairs until it was confirmed resolved.

Everything went well with the whole process

House is lovely. I am fortunate to get this plan in such a good price. The Floorplan is the best. I have good upgrades. Not all builders with new construction provide with cabinet handles,kitchen pendant lights. So I m happy that I m getting it and I don't Have to waste effort time and money on that. Warranty team is also responsive. They are addressing whatever is coming along to get it resolved. Jessica, Tara,Santiago,Justin are all awesome. I am happy and blessed. Thanks Pulte for making my dreams come true.

After living in our home for 6 weeks we are disappointed with Pulte builders. Their advertising/marketing is a lie. Poor quality of materials used, poor workmanship, subcontractors do not take pride in their work. Interior work looks as if Pulte hired 8th grade students. Poor choice for included appliances, the cheapest money can buy. We did not have a choice to supply our own appliances. Customer Care is non responsive. I will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

Great experience with our sales person, Vanessa. Always there for us, even after closing and made the process smooth. Our superintendent Morrison was all promises and no results. Warranty is touch and go with our warranty rep having communication issue but when we involve his boss, repairs start to happen! Our home had 49 items for warranty and even the warranty rep said he was shocked it closed in the condition it did when he came over. This is my 19th house and I’d have to say, it’s probably the worst quality of all of them.

Have everything in writing that is promised before signing any agreement. Once you sign everybody acts like they have amnesia. The overall home is good for there price point I feel like they can put more into workmanship we had a lot of sheet rock imperfections half million dollar home you would think you would get a level 5 finish not the case. They sprayed cheap flat paint throughout the whole house ceiling and walls and they don’t paint the garage. Our kids bedrooms are hot because they are over the garage thermostat can be on 73 and rooms are 81 again half million dollar home you would think they would put returns in every room especially rooms over the garage which is non insulated. Happy to say they are coming back to fix the issue but felt it was a bit much the lengths I had to go through to prove what was going on. Overall we are happy with the home but the sales process should definitely have an over hall and ethics training and people held accountable and attention to detail on workmanship. ... More

During the home buying and building phase of the process, Ana and Trevor were outstanding. They provided timely updates and even answered my questions when they were not working. Unfortunately Pulte post build process and customer service as been sub-par. I’ve been in my home for just over 30 days and there are lots of issues. My water heater circuit breaker constantly trips even after the plumber and electrician have inspected it. On move in day, I couldn’t lock my front door. The floor in the upstairs hallway squeaks already. My AC unit won’t cool upstairs but downstairs it’s freezing. Thermostat read 72 when it set for 76. I have open tickets with the warranty department and still waiting resolutions. I expected higher standards from Pulte and overall I think it’s a good company. ... More

Don't use Pulte Mortgage and read the contract before you sign. Once you submit your conditional approval you forfeit your right to get your earnest money back, lets say in the event a big life change occurred, such as losing your job. (didn't happen with me, but just want to make you aware). Separately, Pulte Mortgage will always give you a conditional approval regardless if you qualify or not, just to lock you in the contract, what happens at Final Approval doesn't matter to them since they will tell you last minute you don't qualify and bam you lost your money. Also, their interest rates are 1.5x more compared to direct lenders and their bonuses they proclaim to over you is a wash since their initial fees is exactly the amount higher than your closing bonus would be, bad business practices. I would even consider them Unfair, and Deceptive. On top of this, these Mortgage Specialist are not responsive, take forever to follow up and approve documents, they have even lied to me and told me things that were inaccurate and removed income so it would look like my DTI is to high... really bad. Happy that I went with a direct lender who was trust worthy, easy to work with and handled closing like a champ, not like PULTE MORTGAGE. ... More

Overall good experience. Somewhat difficult to make changes during purchase.

I’m a realtor and help my customers purchase and sell homes daily. I found the value with Pulte (especially lot premiums) to be unmatched in St. John’s county. On top of the price point we were very very impressed with the build process and quality of work! There are always little things when breaking in a new house but overall so minimal and was easily resolved with warranty. Very happy I’m out new home and neighborhood!

Pulte is a normal builder with average build quality.

Gita got us started. Answered our questions. Tiffany was construction manager and she was GREAT. Her responsiveness and attention to detail was unparalleled!! If you build in Verdana with Pulte, ask for Tiffany!!

This is a great community for everyone young family and older people, my daughter lives here in the community and Pulte build her house and she love her home that was build three years ago. The process was very easy, I have been a realtor for 17 years and this was the best closing I ever had. Donna

Sales consultant is zero helpful, any ways long story short, I had a bad experience with him..

You’re just a number and a $ sign to this company. They don’t care about your experience or issues caused by their poor workmanship. Biggest mistake buying from Pulte should have gone with Perry!

I simply can't say enough great things about Pulte. Right from sales agreement to keeping us posted through construction and closing, Pulte was all the way with us. The sales team (thanks Aimee and team) ensured that all my questions while Art, the construction manager ensured that he not only kept me in loop with all progress but also ensured that house is constructed to specs and to the quality and workmanship that we paid for. It was an exceptional home buying experience with Pulte. Thanks to Pulte!

There are issues that a new house shouldn’t have!

Home buying experience is good but Service response for issues is not as it supposed to be. Since we moved in none of the pending issues are resolved even after 2 months of closing. Didn’t feel like it’s not the correct value for our money. Construction quality can be better as well.

The process to get things corrected after we closed has been a nightmare. It has been determined that the master bathroom shower and floor has to be demolished and redone, tile backsplash in our kitchen has to be ripped out and redone, had to repair a brand new dryer four times, crown molding poorly done in some areas and cabinets weren’t installed correctly and majority of the hardware for the cabinets weren’t installed properly and cabinets have to be replaced. All of these issues should have been caught by the construction site manager prior to our closing, but obviously it wasn’t or I wouldn’t be typing this message. People need to pay attention to detail and monitor people’s work more closely. We feel like we were just another closing and now that we signed in the dotted line we are at the mercy of Pulte. Sad when you paid 755k and you are having to deal with these types of issues. ... More
