Matthew was all great during and after construction. Finishes of cabinets are bad. I still have a big problem regarding their height. And I can’t find a company that matches the same finish to add on. Sales manager Bradley was incredibly rude and mean. He twisted around the problem as his own convenience. How do you expect to buy a home and not be able to add the same Leviton switches? Landscape was poor

The overall process was great! Chyelle was amazing and kept in touch all throughout the process. My only complaint is that the "construction clean" needed to be better. The windows were dirty and the floors could've used a good scrub from all the people that walked through the unit while it was for sale.

Nice homes in a nice convenient location within Saratoga

It's difficult to find quality new builds within Santa Clara County these days. Pulte has done a nice job in securing a location in the middle of a desirable residential area. They have maximized space by building three level units and provide energy and water efficiencies we left behind in our last SFH in the area. The other nice thing is the garages are large enough for two cars to fit comfortably. These Pulte homes fit our empty nesters lifestyle and would also fit families with a newborn. We've had Pulte come back and address some quality issues like a crack in the shower pan, misc ...

It was a good experience working with Pulte. The few things are noticing some information shared that was not factual. Also make sure your project manager writes down EVERYTHING you talk about being an issue or needing fixed. It would be easy for them to say there was no record of previous conversation on the issue and try to hand it off as an after purchase issue.

I was taken back with all the things needed to get repaired or modified after closing . The good news is ALL of my concerns and issues got resolved the same day. So no complaints. I will recommend folks to your platform because my assigned Foreman did address and he immediately resolved my demands / issues. Lol, I know I got on his last nerves; but at the end of the day. He and his team took great care of me.

From the very beginning Cole was able to help secure the selections I was wanting and worked at getting other requests taken care of. During the build process Mike was phenomenal at communicating what was being done and addressed any concerns I had the through the entire build process. After move-in Haley took the reins and guided me through the warranty process to make sure all the little things that weren't "just right" we fixed and that I was satisfied with the outcome.

In searching for a townhome, it’s my experience that Pulte has a higher level of standard than comparable builders in the area. The interior layouts and the neighborhood layout, all have been thought out a bit more. A driveway was standard, garages were all painted, the home layout was more open and natural, and the portal after moving in for submitting tickets was quality. However, I also generally have found that all builders (even Pulte), build to code—meaning that they don’t go above and beyond the minimum requirements. We are so happy with our new build in Maple Ridge. The layout, the insulation so we really hear almost nothing outdoors, the location, and the open feel are all wonderful. The construction manager and customer service team have made sure that issues are resolved quickly. We are truly happy all around!

Customer service manager is terrible!

On the closing day the customer service manager will promise you he will be on top of the maintenance requests and will take care of them soon. But they are not doing it at all, so hard to hear back from them and no issue fixed. Not recommended!

So many things to fix since before move in it’s overwhelming

I moved in in March and since moving in have found so many things that were done improperly that I haven’t even reached out to have them fixed until I find all to limit how many times people are in and out, since I work mostly from home. I understand with today’s new builds quality of materials are not going to compare to an older build, but things are visibly low quality like cabinets and flooring. Additionally, I am in a town home and when my neighbors walk in their unit It sounds as if they are upstairs in my house.

Super unhappy with the price we have paid and the look of the neighborhood. Super cookie cutter now as most of the homes are white and tan and almost all the same model. Pulte dropped the ball in almost all aspects. For the cost I would not recommend them to anyone
