Everything was delivered inn perfect shape. The only thing I wish the house had, was the backyard partially covered by concrete instead of dirt; but it make sense too leave it like that; since customers have different plans of what they want to do in that area? Overall, I’m satisfied.

I have noticed that adjoining bedrooms or bathroom need more sound deadening material between the drywall. Sounds are easily transmitted and heard without any buffer.

There have been some cosmetic issues that I noticed before I moved into my house. After moving in I have found a few more which (for the most part) have been addressed. I have been in the house for 6 weeks and continue to find spots of sloppy workmanship which I will continue to refer to customer service. Having said that, I have had no major issues with the house and overall I'm happy with the outcome.

We are pleased with our new home. The construction is solid and there have been very few issues that needed resolving after closing. We credit this in large part to the superintendent overseeing the construction of our home for Pulte. He was responsive very willing to listen to our concerns. He was very educational. He has been on top of the issues we have brought to his attention. The biggest issue has been drainage which is still being worked out. This neighborhood is on clay which does not drain. This is having to be addressed with a French Drain. We only wish Pulte had been pro-active and installed this when construction was underway. Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.

Good home and loved it

This was my first time building a home and felt like I made the right decision in a builder. The people I worked with directly, especially the construction managers, seemed to be devoted to quality and proud of the work they did. While I am not giving 5 stars to the value for price, I feel this is a very quality home for the price I paid. I have been in the home for a little over a month and the few issues I have had have been addressed or will be addressed in a timely manner.

A few workmanship observances but the service and vale are great. All Pulte employees were wonderful to work with.

Nice home!

Having a home built while not on site to see progress was initially a bit unnerving. The Pulte teams attention to communication made the process a smooth one. Now moved in and any and all issues are dealt with from a communication and follow up point of view quickly and professionally. The suppliers used to build the house are also top notch.

Overall experience has been very positive and the outcome very satisfying.

The foreman for my home is exceptional. He addressed all of my concerns promptly and professionally. He answered all questions calmly, courteously, and in complete detail. He was awesome. He is an asset to you company.

I will start by saying I love my new home. The build process was great and the onsite staff addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The final walk-through was an opportunity to identify last minute repairs and touch-ups before the closing date which is typically 5 days later. During the walk-through several items were marked for repair which were mainly paint and drywall touch-ups. At the time of the walk-through I was told that two to three weeks after move in Pulte would schedule a follow up visit to repair anything that may have come up like nail pops, settling cracks or anything else that may have been overlooked. After almost two months the follow up visit never came. I asked some of my neighbors if they had received follow up visits and none of them have. Fortunately I have not had any real issues. Some of the touch ups that were marked with blue tape were never addressed and I didn't see them until after I closed and received my keys. I was able to take care of the paint touch ups with the paint that was left behind. Some of the drywall repairs were never done but I'm learning to live with them. Granted on a large scale these things are very minor but its the principle that this service was promised to homeowners and never followed up on. From the beginning to the end we had a great experience. There were a few things along the way that required attention but Pulte and the team worked diligently and quickly to correct any and all issues we had along the way.

So far so good. The only issue I have is that I'm still waiting for a kitchen cabinet door to be replaced and a light bulb to be replaced which were pointed out by Norm.

Great place to live.

A few months into our new Pulte home I have been satisfied. I was worried before beginning the process and it took considerable research and effort to gain my comfort to move forward. Throughout the process, I was over the shoulder of our construction manager. He was helpful and responsive and I am trying to get my friends and certain family members into the Pulte neighborhood.

All Pulte representatives we spoke to and worked with were kind, friendly and professional.
