Good Experience overall Builder was great

Everything is good! Process is timely!

You can tell Zach really loves his job because even after moving in he's more than helpful and goes out of his way. Teresa provides excellent customer service in the sales center. She is extremely responsive around the clock! You can tell she really values her work. The quality of our home is unlike anything we've experienced before. What comes standard in a Pulte home is what other builders consider upgrades. I would do it over and over again :)

I purchased a Pulte home because of their reputation for quality. I also feel like I received a great value for the price paid. For that, service quality was not satisfactory, the buying process was not coordinated and the builder was inflexible to accommodate my requested move in date. The property was listed as "move in ready." Hopefully, they will be responsive when I need warranty items fixed.

Overall I had a fantastic experience! From Ana, my sales agent, to my Design specialist, Steven my construction manager, to Heather and Zach with loans, I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Although I was not terribly pleases with the craftsmanship of some of the work, nor pleased with the home worksite cleanliness during the construction, what mattered most was that I had a great relationship with my team members mentioned above. My concerns were always addressed, my calls always taken, my questions always answered and my request for follow-up was always met. Steven is who made my year long experience worth the wait. I'm thankful that he was my teammate... I learned much from him and with him. He has a great relationship with his team of contractors and that makes a difference. The builder identified several defects that needed to be corrected. About 6 weeks after the passing, those defects still need to be corrected. Detail siding work had several defects. I am still trying to get them corrected.

Nick-Project Manager - was meticulous and very responsive and did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. Nick gets 5 stars on everything. Andrea - Salesperson - was very short and curt in her messages. Always assumed that she was right and rarely admitted fault particularly when she was wrong. She is also very afraid of picking up a phone to address an issue. She is too reliant on texting and never completes reasoning behind a decision. Strickly a minimal word and no assistance in helping the customer to understand her meaning or provide solutions. Just yes or no and after the initial negotiation strictly NO answers. She should not be in sales. Samantha - Sales Manager never returns calls even after multiple attempts. Never responded to letter outlining our concerns. Tony - Customer Service - Very honest and responsive. Great with making sure the job was done right and great with follow-up. Blair - Pulte Mortgage - extremely good about answering all of our concerns and very good about keeping us in the loop throughout the process. Pulte Mortgage has significantly improved since our previous experience buying our Townhome back in 2019. Rosario - Pulte Insurance - very informative and helpful. Made our decision easy. On a final note, we did not buy a 20' Townhome this time around. We purchased a Fox Hollow. Not sure how Pulte confused this, however we are not surprised as the communication between departments is non-existent. Fortunately, we know from previous experience that if you want to get something answered you must go directly to the person heading that area and it appears that no one communicates with other departments. ... We had a very short time frame to find our new home and that came true at Copperleaf with Pulte Homes. While we bought a spec and knew we would not be able to customize completely, because of Pulte's quality and already incredible quality, "out-of-the-box" was 95% of where we wanted to be. We also had a deadline to move and while not promised, our construction manager, salesperson and the Pulte team made it happen. Since moving in, the team has continued to support and respond quickly to any questions or issues (very few) we have had. Mary and Alan were both great to work with and very responsive to our concerns. I can tell that they both enjoy helping people and really do care about the customer.

closing was done prematurely, drive way and Sod was not ready. Buyer should be advised what to expect after closing. Causing inconvenience. Our closing was on April 5th and as of today JUNE 3rd., we do have Sod on the Ground.

From the beginning, everything has gone wrong. We have not been happy with a single aspect of our home. Everything is sloppy, rushed, broken, just plain awful craftsmanship. There is too much to type to explain all the awful things we have experienced. Just know that it is awful. Hated every minute and still have issues with my home.

Everything worked out smoothly and we are delighted with our new home.

Sales rep and construction managers were great with communication. Finance in CO not so much (multiple handoffs, missed call, unanswered questions but no show stoppers). After closing customer care could be more responsive and and verify unconfirmed appointments. Overall very happy with process and product.

Overall, a good experience. House was done quickly, most issues addressed in timely manner. Pulte Mortgage process was cumbersome, took a long time. Some included features were dated and very basic, designed to make you feel the need to upgrade. But overall we have been mostly pleased and love our new home.

Both David’s were very helpful and rock stars. Rachel was not truthful and shared a lot of bad information making this process very difficult. The quality of the house if not worth the price. The yards could be more presentable at the time of sale. The floors are already squeaking and we have only been in the house a few months. There are a lot of craftsmanship items that Pulte still needs to fix.

I received good discount and incentives for purchasing this property. I was not going to be in-town for the final closing. Pulte worked with me to provide options.

Rushed to do walk through as the cleaners scurry out of front door. Expected to do a thorough walk through by myself, not advised to bring others to help. Many missed issues and then no further clean up after painters and others had to come in to fix the things seen on first walk through. Very sloppy, many paint spots all over carpet and tile. All tile grout filled with sand and dirt requiring many hours of me cleaning. Fuse for fridge went out within a week of moving in. A Shower drain not draining and they can't come out to fix for 2 weeks then they schedule it wrong and can't come for another 2 weeks. Plus many tiles with chips and cracks. Had a good experience overall.

Pulte construction is good and their response is also quick and good but only bit expensive in price when compared to other builders.

Communication was nonexistent. A clear lack of communication within Pulte, from a sales staff who did not care about the truth, and a site manager who had no idea what was going on. Texts left unanswered for days. 6 months delayed delivery, but no heads up until the last second. Closing walk through the house was still dirty and a contractor took a poop in our toilet. No follow up on unfinished painted areas. Sloppy work on tye bsckyard removal of trees. They left a mess, rotten wood pieces with nails sticking out.

Disappointed in final home ready state. Talking with several new owners in Pioneer Crossing all seem to share the same frustrations. 1. Quality workmanship by some sub contractors 2 unfinished landscape, trees, grass and general high level of construction debris left on site after closing.

Andrew was great to work with. Always helpful and promptly answered all our questions

The 20K credit provided was a real game changer. It helped to take care of the closing cost.
