My experience was wonderful as a first time homebuyer. Tyler was excellent. Trenton was attentive. Great group.

I chose Martins Landing first for the location as it is close to route 93, Wilmington and route 28 which brings you to Reading. I am a single person so I chose The Copley. It is spacious because of the open concept, but the bedroom is also spacious, the bathroom is large and my den gives me enough room to accommodate someone with a sleep sofa which is what I chose. I love my unit and would recommend it to anyone.

In general our experience in purchasing a Pulte home was very good. We feel the price we paid, including incentives, was a good overall value. We develop a good working relationship with our field manager and felt he was very responsive to our questions and comments

We love our house! There were a few minor cosmetic issues but any issues we had were responded to quickly. Our construction manager Sean Crittenden was great and explained things every step of the way.

Great house. Very responsive to issues. We bought the base-model house, but still strange that none of the rooms came with ceiling fans/overhead lights.

The Pulte team made our home buying experience seamless. Home is we'll built. Minor follow up items were taken care of professionally and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Pulte as your home of choose.

The building process with Pulte was extremely smooth, the sales rep and building manager were very responsive along the entire process and even more after the closing. The house itself was built according to our selections and we have been extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Yes, we found several issues that needed to be addressed AFTER closing but then again, they have been very responsive ( warranty dpt & Pulte team). Issues such as: cracked window panel, squeaky staircase, cracked glass door, dead grass, etc. These are issues that we “expected” to find at some point after moving in since this is a new built house and yep, certain things happen that you can only find out once you move in. ... Our communication with the building team was quite good, everything was explained fully and completely, questions were answered with clarity and detail. They were also friendly and helpful.

Pulte Homes has our trust and the quality is the best. We were kept in the know throughput the build process and closing was perfect.

The new home was ready in the timeline that I was promised. The Pulte team was with me every step of the way and identified any issues during my walk through. These issues were fixed in an appropriate time frame. It is nice to be in a brand new home where everything works the way it should.

This is our second Pulte house and Pulte will continue to be a top option for us if we ever need another house. We lived in our first home for 10 years and were very satisfied with the quality of the house. Our new home is even better! Pulte has been easy to work with and has followed through on everything promised throughout the process. The only issue we had was that our Project Manager was, at times, difficult to get in touch with due to how busy he was. Everything that we wanted corrected was eventually fixed to our satisfaction and we would gladly recommend Pulte as a builder to any of our friends and family. ... More

Detail on workmanship; mainly the painting; was poor

Approachable, proactive and very responsive Field Manager.

This is the third home that I have had built. I was a little skeptical about building with Pulte, but their customer service was exceptional. they called on a regular bases letting me know where they were in the process. Now that I am in my new home, they have responded to every issue. Everything has been minor. I love my new home. It is everything I expected.

We purchased the Citrus Grove model and the floor plan is one of the best! The finishes are great and the service we received was exceptional. Great job!

Good experience buying the house, everyone we worked with was very helpful.

Overall we love our new house. It is beautiful and we have amazing views. If you are considering building with Pulte, be aware that you are limited on what you can upgrade. As I tell my friends, I could not even pay additional funds to get what I wanted. We did put in a significant amount of upgrades, though. Also, you need to get them to show you the outlet locations so you can choose where to add additional outlets. They are particularly few and far between in the garage. Additionally, some of the materials they use may not hold up, even with light use and being upgraded. The project manager we had was detail oriented and did his best to correct all issues before we moved in. Pulte's warranty service has been fantastic in the first month. They come back in a timely manner and get the issues fixed. They will also come back and fix everything at the end of one year and their warranty guy provides us with confidence that they will follow through. Their landscaping company for our subdivision has also been amazing. They gave us a beautiful plan to finish our landscaping.
