Whole process was great. Once construction started, communication was great and house was completed in time frame expected.

For the most part things went very smoothly. We love the end product!

Our experience was really good! We were nervous about deadlines but they were able to get us in our new home before our little one is born which we didn't think was possible. The project manager and sales manager were great at getting back to us in a timely manner.

Delivered the house as promised on the date as promised. No big problems.

There are some major issue where during the construction. Our Master bathroom shower is not leveled correctly and water does not drain. in a month, issue has not been fixed yet and it seems they will need to rebuild half of the shower in order to fix it ;(

We love our house! The communication was great with the sales person Lamar. Building took 10 months from the time we bought in December to closing end of October. Construction manager was good. I wish we would’ve had more communication that sod was being laid vs not being told at all, although it was great to get it in (they needed someone home to get in garage for irrigation so would’ve been nice to have known). A little sloppy with painting, our floors were covered in splatter. We requested someone come clean it off and they didn’t get it all so I’ll need to request it again. I feel like they need a final walk through to make sure everything looks good for the client, ie cosmetic things like paint splatter, pen on floor, dust everywhere. Also didn’t have pressure in our main bathroom shower for a few days until someone came and checked it out. Apparently there was tape in there. Overall it was a great experience, from mortgage, insurance, build progress to closing. Everything goes smoothly and good services.

Great Customer Service from the sales office to the contract supervisor we were assigned, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

My wife and I enjoyed the whole process. The sales and design teams were very knowledgeable and they made it easy to design and build our home. The construction project manager was extremely talented and easy to work with making the build process a great experience. The post construction team was also very good at what they do and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home.

I am very greatly thankful for all the communication and help they provided. It a great experience.

It was our first time building a home. Alex was very helpful in helping us understand our options up front. She and Steve kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team worked hard to make sure our home was as we expected it at closing!

Great overall experience with Pulte

I have to say it was a great experience from the start. Due to the pandemic we could not visit the location so everything was done online or via phone call. We just closed on the property and happy to say that all went smooth!

Overall a wonderful home for our retirement. We would like to see a little more responsiveness the finishing touches to our home, but we love the home overall.

The Process took longer than expected and we had some unforeseen issues at the beginning of our journey but overall the experience was well worth it.

Good experience, fast at responding

I think I had the best on-site sales counselor that there is, thank you Alex! She was always prompt to answer questions and I felt like her answers where genuine and truthful. The building supervisor was also great and has answered any questions I had about the house even after closing. Dealing with Steve and Alex made this stressful process so much easier. I am a bit disappointed with some of the craftmanship, many of the doors and frames were damaged (lots of carpentry issues) and the paint job was terrible. Globs of paint, visible streaks, uneven shelves, crooked door frames, miss aligned trim etc. its pretty bad and I plan to talk with the warranty team about this. I emailed and called (left a message) the warranty team last week with some other issues, nothing emergent, but I still haven't heard from anyone, so that's a little frustrating. Overall, I have a beautiful home, I'm happy, and I expect that the warranty team will hold up their end and fix any quality issues that are found over the next year. ... More

Pulte members always addressed my concerns or issues within reasonable time. They never brushed me off with their busy schedule but took an interest any time I called or texted. I worked with a fantastic team at Pulte Inspiration and I couldn't have completed the process without their patience and willingness to see me through each step of the way.
