Overall very happy with our home building experience. I think it depends a lot on who your superintendent is, but we had an awesome experience with Joe Harrigan!

Excellent experience from start to close!

When we were in the process of buying a new home I read many reviews with horror stories about Pulte online. They did irritate me. My own experience with the company was flawless so far. Everyone we had contact with, the sales agent, the buliding crew, the title company etc. were very professional. We like our new home and have not had any problems so far. I would buy again from Pulte.

Pulte builds houses with flair, whether historical architecture or modern and they emphasize livability in their room design and finish options

From start to finish this was a great home buying experience. The sale was simple, design team was patient, and the build was delivered on time. We understand that there are little hiccups along the way, but the project was handled well by JT our project manager. There were a few issues with our tile work (custom shower mostly) that took longer to figure out and a few back and fourth conversations that felt unnecessary. The shooter is still not perfect and if I had to do it again, I would have hired someone myself to do the custom work. We were happy with everything by closing. Jimmy and Shane our building managers were top notch. Anything we were not happy with, they took care of.

Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

If you can get Tanner as your Field Manager, you will be well taken care of!!!

Had some construction issues as would be the case with all builders. Pulte has addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction.

Love the house and experience. Don our superintendent is wonderful, very responsive to our requests. My only concern is home value. Not sure that we could turn around and sell our our house for what we paid - almost like a new car.

Pulte has been good about following up with issues and thankfully there were not many to begin with. In our experience they strive to go the extra mile and really try to help out. They are extremely busy as this is a popular development but appreciate what they have done for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the "Value for the price paid" is because these homes are more expensive than similar homes in the area, but........ We bought here anyway, as did many other folks.

We had a lot of reservations at the beginning of the process and were anxious about what issues would come up and how they would be dealt with. Overall, our experience with Pulte was very good to excellent. I was impressed at how fast the process went; our actual closing date was 4 weeks earlier than the beginning of the committed closing window. We also have had great response to minor issues which have come up at our 30 day review. We have been very happy with Pulte's commitment to our satisfaction. Our only real issue was that there was poor coordination between Pulte and our pool contractor which resulted in our pool excavation being delayed. ... More
