The entire team from Pulte was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire home purchase. We were updated throughout with pictures at various stages. We would like to thank our entire team; Dylan S. (Sales Consultant), Angel M. (Construction Mgr.), our design center consultant ( I apologize for not remembering her name), Paula R. (Closing Agent) and Luisa B. (Customer Care Consultant). All have gone above and beyond providing us with updates, answering our numerous questions. I bought a quick move in home that was already half way completed when I got it. It took two months for the builder to complete the home and during that process I did not receive much updates on the progress. The day of closing they were still trying to rush finishing the home and installing things like windows or doors. I identified several issues in quality and poor workmanship in the the finishers, paint, materials. I pointed it out the builder whose promised to fix everything within 30 days, and since then it has been 2 months and I never heard from the construction manager again and they transferred all responsibility to the warranty team. Paint inside the home is cracking in several areas, doors are not aligned, floor is cracking, landscaping wasn’t done and looks very abandoned, etc. I am not happy with the quality of the home and do not believe I received the value I paid for. ... Although Pulte is a well known builder, you never know when you purchase a home if it will measure up to your expectations. In this case, I do believe my expectations were met and in some cases exceeded. There are still a few things left to do but I am confident the Pulte team will resolve them as quickly as humanly possible. I am very pleased with the outcome and the results of the Pulte teams' efforts.

Responsiveness to issues is very slow

I'll start with the positives: The sales manager was the most positive aspect of this experience. He was kind, helpful, and consistent. The price of the home was also fair...but the low price was also paired with low quality. The negatives: Squeaky floors Uneven, lumpy carpet throughout the upstairs Cabinetry installed crooked Cabinet trim cut incorrectly Screw holes in drywall not covered up Paint drippings throughout downstairs floor Deep scratches on the glass on office doors Many of these issues were brought up in the walk-through and pointed out to the construction manager. He failed to address almost all of them and then pressured us to go ahead and close on our home and use our one-time warranty to cover the issues. This is our second home purchase, the first was with a different builder. That home was half the price and double the quality of this one. The inexperienced construction manager paired with the poor quality construction made this home buying experience very disappointing. Our new home feels like a sub-par product, rushed to market without regard for quality. I can't recommend buying here. If given the chance, I wish I could go back and buy somewhere else. ... More

I love the construction and process is very smooth

Quality workmanship Our field manager was great and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Everyone I worked with during the build, including the sales agent and the construction manager, kept me well-informed and were a pleasure to talk with. There were no delays with the build - in fact, it was complete ahead of schedule! The quality of the house was beyond what I expected, and I've not had any major issues since I moved into the house. Completed satisfied and I strongly recommend Pulte Homes.

We decided to purchase a home from Pulte due to its great quality and design. We are glad and proud to be a Pulte home owner!

Several outstanding items during closing were not taken care of. Paint splatter everywhere, chunks of caulking on base boards that were painted over. Missed caulking areas. Even the homes to both sides of us still had blue tape on them after closing. Do not buy from here if you are looking for quality.

We were very happy with our new build experience with Pulte Homes. From our first meeting with Andi, our salesperson, we were made to feel at ease and were given a good understanding of the process. Our meetings with the design team and project manager were more of the same. Being from out of town, we were a little nervous about not being able to see the progress on the build but Chad, the build project manager, and Andi did a great job keeping us informed of what was happening as well as sending pictures. On the several occasions we did get into town to see the house, Chad seemed to have a 6th sense and know we were here and stopped by to answer questions and explain next steps. Since we started the process to buy our house, we want to highlight the work of Jose, Project manager, who was very kindly. He helped and guide us in every step of the process, keeping us updated every single minutes. Jose always was there to answer our question and concerns. He deserves five stars for his valuable work and determination. We were so happy to work with him.

It took more time to build the house than I expected. Circumstances were a lot different than when I started the process. The house is well-built. I am appreciative now that I'm in my new house.

The experience with our salesperson, David was fantastic. Everything else was average or even subpar. At the closing, we only received one working key for our new home. The other 2 keys were uncut. We were told the proper keys would be sent in the mail instantly and over a month later they were not sent out. After contacting them again, they mailed us 2 keys but they did not fit the lock so we ended up buying a new door lock and installing it ourselves. There are also several minor issues in the house that have been brought to the builders attention but not addressed including areas that need to be painted and nails that can be felt on the floor of the carpet. Once the closing was done, the builder stop being responsive. The only exception is David, who has been helpful even when things are not in his area of expertise. ... More

My experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either for the amount of money spent on the home. I think the construction manager was spread too thin, did not have reliable contractors, seemed to jump from one project to another. Closing dates kept being pushed out and still had some issues that need to be resolved. In all fairness, I did have an in person visit from the Customer Care Manager who submitted a work order for the outstanding items. In conclusion, I believe Pulte can make for a great experience if they could recruit and retain enough top talent.

We worked with Mike Egan as the sales consultant and Damon Schloendorn as the construction manager. Both were extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We are very pleased with our home and how the experience was.

Very prompt in giving updates. A wonderful experience

Was promised a finished home and threatened with penalty if we didn’t close on time. Closed on time, but home wasn’t finished. Moved in without appliances being in place. Living at residence for a month and house still isn’t graded and is covered in mud. Several things not completed during last clean - basement not cleaned, nails and debris left on roof. Not a great experience.

Workmanship is worst I have seen. Never seen brand new homes with this many issues with my past builders

Good Experience with Pulte Builder and Mortgage

Pulte built us an absolutely wonderful dream home. Our construction manager was the best individual you could ever have for building your home. They took care in every process of the build and communicated very well throughout the process. We love Pulte and they have the best floor plan layouts. Our home was built well ahead of schedule, and they even put the highest SEER rating HVAC units and we can't say enough wonderful things about the home.

I had a change in work location and have to sell the home, I cannot even get what I paid for it on the open market. By the time I pay my Realtor, I'll lose money
