We live 1,500 miles away from Tampa, so the majority of the building experience was remote/virtual. The Pulte staff were great- we received weekly updates with pictures from Daniel, our site manager, and we completed the closing by mail. Ten few issues we had were addressed in a very timely fashion.

We are very satisfied with out new home! We didn't know what to expect going into the build process, but working with Bobby and Blake was phenomenal. Their level of communication was incredible and they addressed any issue that came up. The housing market is wacko in this area...so it's hard to gauge the "value for the price paid" rating. We are very pleased with the product, though!

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. The whole experience from the salesperson, to design center consult to the celebration walk-through was a wonderful experience.

I would suggest having an additional walk thru after you move in to familiarize yourself with features of your house.

We had a great experience so far with Pulte Homes! Zach and Autumn were fantastic to work with and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had both before and after closing.

During our pre-drywall walk through our builder said, "This is a happy house." and it has continued to be. Sure there are a couple of things that still need to be addressed but I have never worked on a project that was perfect. We are very happy with the quality of the construction and the changes to the basic plan we selected. Our neighbors are complimentary and often wishing they had done the same. Now we are in the middle of adding our personal touches.

This is my 2nd Pulte home, regardless of any issues major or minor they always get taken care of.

I was very pleased with the whole process altogether. The folks at Pulte that I worked are quite knowledgeable about what they are doing. Will recommend to anyone to use Pulte if considering building.

Not only they did their job professionally but they also are responsive and compassionate.

It was a very good decision to buy a Pulte home. They did an awesome work to support the whole process in a record time. I really trust on this company to handle every single step. My only complain is that by design, they decided on my property to install the air conditioner compressor on the 3th floor outdoor area instead of having it in the ground, outside of the house , so you can hear the maddening noise of the equipment all the time. Regardless of this, I'm very happy with Pulte.

We recently closed on a new condo from Pulte, and overall, we are very very happy with our condo and the experience with Pulte, and can definitely recommend them as a builder to others! New construction always has issues here and there as the ground shifts and the structure settles and we've found Pulte's response to our "punch list" items to be prompt, efficient, and done in a high quality manner. The price we paid we considered fair at time of purchase, but our local market conditions have changed since then, so I can't write that our condo was a 'steal'. However, even though we live in a high-cost area where "value" is very very difficult to gauge, we are confident that Pulte will work with us to help protect the value of our condo and the others in our new development! ... Managers are very friendly and cooperative.

Value for price paid for this area of Texas is tops.

Top notch material

Nothing is perfect. Yes, I had issues reported during walk through and after I moved to the new house. Everything is being take care by Pulte team and contractors. Joe my site manager seems to be more concern with issues than myself. His support has been amazing.

Good builder. Troy was excellent and very responsive in dealing with any issues
