I will always be grateful to every person from Pulte Homes who assisted me on my journey of buying my first house. They did a very good job in explaining and making sure that I will have a smooth process since I am a first home buyer. From my sales representative, my Contractor, my Loan Processor (Pulte Mortgage), and Insurance Representative (Pulte Insurance), they are all amazing...

Overall I would avoid building with pulte. The quality of the home is poor. We have walls with giant waves in them due to poor craftsmanship. The cabinets feel cheap and are falling apart already and we upgraded them. The stair treads look rushed and show gaps and look bad. The trim work is terrible. The painters left paint splattered everywhere inside and out. They painted over nails sticking out of the trim. The tiling has multiple cracks already in the grout and a few chips they tried hiding in the tiles. The ac was not installed correctly. This is a common trend with the neighbors as well. The electrical is terrible, if you plug a coffee machine or anything into an outlet it causes the can lights to flicker. This house was not cheap and seeing the quality of work really makes you feel sick. When it comes to the communication or lack there of don’t expect a clear answer from anyone at pulte. We had sales reps lye to use about landscaping and things that could be done. Our contractor seemed to know nothing about the house or the layout. They lied multiple times about things being installed and never got installed. They blamed most of the problems on the trade companies used but the blame is on pulte for hiring such lousy companies. The claim center is extremely hard to get ahold of someone to fix the issues after the fact and when they do they send people in to bandaid the problems. The spec home that they walk you through is no where near what you get. Had our home been shown when we decided to purchase, we would never have made the commitment. Very poor quality and workmanship. Sloppy workmanship and home was dirty (no where near move in ready) Far too many issues to name. Our new home purchase was a stressful and anything but a good experience. Our hope is that everything will be taken care of satisfactorily. We will see. Gianni has been great to work with. We appreciate him.

Lack of trades work being checked for quality. It seems the area lacks the labor force to meet deadlines. I would reconsider if I could. Get sod in back because the other option is all weeds. The area was strewn with garbage and nails and old wood throughout process. They try but to much going on.

Sales lady Marissa was very helpful and patience, she was our main contact with Pulte!!

See the house to closing it went smoothly! Very carefully and responsible, professional and patient! Very helpful for the first-time buyers.

We are very happy with our new home. The build team did a great job. Any minor issues that needed to be corrected were taken care of expeditiously. We have been in our new home a month now and can't be more satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship.

Pulte home buying process took much longer than expected beyond what was communicated. After the lumber shortage ended, delays were CONSTANT. Much of the contractors in this community were unreliable, slow and didn’t provide as quality of a product as Pulte was charging.

The entire process from site selection to final closing was handled professionally and with discretion. Especially welcome we’re the regular updates on the progress at each stage and the ease of assembling and executing the inevitable paperwork associated. The quality of the construction and the support and interest of Evan and Erik from the construction team was excellent. We are very satisfied with the process and enjoying our new home.

All in all, my experience was great and so far the customer service was amazing. Especially with the help of Gustavo and the rest of the team.

Great layout and great community

I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Everything was done on time and my home is beautiful. The process was very easy and management kept me informed every week regarding progress.

We had issues with the house since we moved still waiting for grass to be fix for the 3rd time and no sense of urgency!

Built a townhome with Pulte and the process was pretty average across what to expect for a home buying/building experience. It looks great at first but be prepared to notice issues shortly after. Only 2 months into living in a new space and already have a list formed for warranty items. I couldn't imagine living here for ore than 10 years without things starting to fall apart but it is great for a short term home idea.

Experience from the beginning to end of process was really smooth. Very happy with my new home. Hope everyone looking in this market can enjoy a smooth easy process like our family did.

In short, do not buy a Pulte home. In the first month, we’ve experienced leaky pipes, improper grading to the land resulting in water pooling around front and side yards, and a number of other issues a new home should not have. Fingerprints from workers are in multiple places, paint has chipped from multiple bedroom and bathroom doors, etc. Again this is a new home. We asked other builders about Pulte prior to signing with Pulte and they had glowing remarks. Also, the sales rep offered an additional concession if I could find a lender who didn’t require what Pulte’s lender was requiring and when I did, she reneged on the offer. I even took the complaint up the chain to the division president, Michael. He said he’d call me to hear me out and he never did. Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. They managed to turn our dream house into a nightmare with they lack of respect and responsiveness to the house issues, you pretty much have to chase them, and almost beg to fix issues at the house that you paid a lot of money for, like they doing you a favor. I’ve been waiting two months to use a summer kitchen that I paid $18.000,00 for, and still can’t because, the work on it is not complete, not counting the many others finishing issues and I’ve been begging them to have the contractor come and finish, and nothing! I am pretty much giving up on them , and I’m going to have to use legal means to force them to honor the house warranty. I had issues with pulte from day one , beginning with the sales manager, that after the sale was secured, never answered or returned my phone calls and text messages. This was a sign , that I was about to get frustrated throughout the whole buying process, and so I was and still am .The only one that tried to help me in whatever he could, was the foreman named Dominic Romano, other then him, everybody else just give you the run around, and believe me, make you mad. Very bad house buying experience I’ve been having with pulte, not happy at all and I’ll never do business with them again in the future.
