We have built two homes with Pulte. And overall they have a quality, well built product. The staff members that we worked with were fantastic!!!

Overall good. Build fit and finish could be much better. Grass not properly cared for prior to closing.

the townhouse we purchased was already built and available when we needed to find a new home. The color scheme was what I like which was definitely a plus along with the quick move in.

Having had a custom built home for our previous home we were somewhat weary how responsiveness the Pulte team would be. Much to our surprise everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectations from sales to the construction team. Definitely would choose Pulte again.

Peter and Ricky we outstanding to work with. They were friendly and courteous. They responded to calls and texts and took the steps to correct any issues or questions that I had.

Jodee was excellent to work with and timely with all my requests, the mortgage team was friendly and helpful my field manager was quick to take action for any issues but seemed to lack the time to ensure the quality of the work being done. Overall good experienced team but maybe the amount of construction might be impacting quality.

I sincerely appreciate the Sales Manager and the Construction Manager still in the neighborhood to address the few issues that have come up. Pablo and Marcos are awesome.

The overall experience was good. But, there were some communication gap with the design studio and the builder. The construction quality is good, but the finishing work can be done much better with attention to detail.

Pulte was very responsive in resolving the punchlist items at the closing of the house.

We moved from Minnesota to Texas to be nearer to family. The nature of moving across the country was a challenge in itself. While there were some bumps initially with the build process, Pulte kept us well-informed with weekly builder update calls. When we arrived in Texas, Evan and Landon met us at the house and gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done and their attention to detail. They examined the carpet that was installed and had it replaced right away due to some issues. They have continued to be. helpful as we moved in. Pulte sales department was great, they had answers for all our questions so we always knew what was the next step and how to be ready for it.

Jake was very responsive to all our needs.He addressed all of our issues.We are new to the area and Sherri answered everyone of our questions about our new home,the country we live in and everything in between.Both Jake and Sherri went above and beyond are expectations.

Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

I will recommend this builder

Well built house, great value. Great warranty service from Ed and Luisa. Great help from Melissa. We were disappointed with the painting, slightly with the drywall and electrical boxes. Warranty service techs have been outstanding. Our independent inspector said it was one of the best built houses he has seen.
