My husband and I had the pleasure working with Victor to buy our first investment property FL. Victor thoughtful and honest which is hard to find in today’s market, he also straightforward these are ethics we were looking for in person. We got the transaction done quickly with all of his efficiencies. We appreciate all he done for us and continues to follow up after the purchased . He is truly amazing and hope others get to work with him!!

They quickly respond, and they schedule visits shortly after reporting anything. They'll have been friendly.

The best experience I had was with the salesperson, Derek, who was amazing, and the builder manager, Dylan. I had a really great experience with both of them. They were always there for me, and Dylan was especially attentive to my needs. Overall, Pulte is a great company compared to others. I own properties from Lennar, GL homes and Neal Communities, but my best experience has been with Pulte. This is my second house with them, and I have no regrets — it’s been a truly great experience.

Appreciate the pre-drywall, final walkthrough meetings where builder explained everything in great detail.

Overall, great experience with the salesperson and the construction manager. They were transparent, quick to respond, accommodating and showed great integrity. While I'm very satisfied overall with the home, there are several less than quality finishes that are requiring repair. I have not received service although the person at the warranty department was very helpful. This is my first experience with Pulte and I have to admit they are a well oiled machine and made the overall experience very easy. We live out of state but the well defined process, consistent updates with photos, and consistent contact made me feel comfortable despite not being able to visit often. The Pulte experience was smooth from start to finish. Transitions between the various components of the process was seamless and the very first Pulte employee contacted remained with me throughout the entire journey. Tina A. was an incredibly cheerleader reliable library for information. She created a calm in a potentially otherwise chaotic process. I’ll forever be grateful.

Excellent overall experience. Sales rep was outstanding in helping to design upgrades, house and lot choices, very responsive .

Overall the experience was good. We were able to get the lot we wanted. Carolyn at the sales office was great and very helpful. Only issue is that some finishing details were not properly taken care of. Quarter round around the kitchen island was not properly installed and the front door paint is awful. A service request was submitted. As of today still waiting for the issue to be taken care of. Other than that, so far we are really happy with our home.

Our construction manager (Jose) and sales consultant (Krista) were always on top of any issues or questions that we had during the process. Always providing updates on schedules and ensuring we were well informed. Great people to work with.

Pulte made the buying process quick and simple.

Ashley showed as everything of the models, the floor plans and was very patient with out questions. She answered in a timely manner. She helped us with details about the home. Kyle was the building manager. Same high level of attention. Answered questions. Advised us on things. We had 2 inspections, pre and post drywall. Only minor issues were found that were corrected promptly. The design center was lovely and the people there helpful. There was no push to sell to us or rushing us through the process. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Buying experience was smooth. Throughout the process there was some conflicting information given about a few issues found with the tile flooring, but eventually it was corrected. Since moving in, found additional Issues that need to be fixed and corrected. Emailed the superintendent over a month ago and never received a response. Additionally, I’m not happy with the quality of the work of the flooring. The tiles are not all level, creating a sense of unevenness all throughout the home. It’s subtle, but noticeable when walking around the home without shoes on. Was also an issue when we had an appliance repair technician come to the home to adjust the doors on the refrigerator and was unable to perfectly align the doors due to a slope and unevenness in the tiles under the feet of the refrigerator. Excellent experience through the buying and after purchase. Communication about loan status could have been more frequent.

Our project managers were amazing! Great communication and fast responses. They made the whole process so much easier for us!

Overall was pretty easy process. I paid cash so i didn't deal with there mortgage company. Everything eas completed on time with no delays. I purchased everything base with no upgrades. Materials are sub par but I was getting it gutted anyways. My personal upgrades cost about the same but were far superior.

Back in May of this year we decided to sell our home and but a new Pulte Townhouse that had not even broken ground. Pulte said we should be able to close on it in late November or early December. We were dubious of their time line but lo and behold and we did just that and we love our new home. We were kept abreast of developments eavh week with an email from the manager and week by week we watched our new townhome being built.

I had a great experience with the team at Winding Creek. They were very responsive, patient and provided answers to all the questions.
