Such a great team to work with. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was so much better than I was expecting. I recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy the perfect home! I can’t explain how smooth and stress free this process was working with Pulte. We viewed properties by other companies and NONE of them compared to Pulte.

From the initial process, beginning with Sales, Loan Processing, Initial Walk-thru and Closing, this has been the best home purchase experience we've ever had. All the deadlines were met and fulfilled. We feel extremely good about the purchase and would highly recommend the Watershed Team to anyone on the market looking to purchase a home.

From the Pulte sales models...to our salesman...our home buying experience has been great! We love our new home! We did have a few minor items that needed attention--AND? Pulte and their crew were quickly responsive! Our house is very well built and energy efficient! We like the neighborhood and the view of the Sandia Mountains.

From start to finish Glen and Chuck help and guided us in the success of our new home. The mortgage and financial teams were easy to work with and very informative on what was needed for the acquiring of our dream home. Even after being here for over a month glen and chuck still say hello and make sure that we are not having any issues.
