The experience with Pulte was amazing. We are happy with our home.

The seller realtor quit a week after I sign papers. I had no one to ask questions about the home. I felt alone throughout the underwriter process but I made it happen!

We loved the building experience. The only negative is trying to get in touch with the HOA. PGP title sent our deed but the HOA didn’t accept it. They couldn’t open the file they said. They ended up hitting us with a late fee for our monthly HOA payment that wasn’t our fault. We tried multiple times to get things setup with them beforehand as well. We were told the HOA would reach out to us, but everyone in the neighborhood will tell you they won’t. As far as the house goes, it’s beautiful and our general contractor was amazing.

I have found so many mostly fairly small problems. It is like pulling teeth to get the help I need and I still have unresolved issues after 2 months. I have doors that won't shut. Missing door stoppers so dings in walls, unanswered questions as simple as what paint colors can I get for touch up. How hard is that?

Had a great home buying and home building experience with Pulte in Cattail Run. Our sales consultant Debbie and our construction manager Christian helped and guided us through every step. Their knowledge, support, responsiveness and communication were all first rate! They made what can be a very complicated and stressful time much easier and enjoyable.

After 2 months from the purchase I have no access to the amenities because pulte has not share my information to the HOA. The sales team are not. Interested in the customer after the contract. Ticketing on Customer webpage pending.

The home buying experience was overall a great one! Pulte was willing to help us find a great price point and fix all issues that surfaced in the inspection. Anytime someone is buying a home it will be stressful, but now that we are in, we absolutely love the house and neighborhood! Thank you Pulte!!

Homes in Florida are being built at a rapid pace. It appears they bring in workers with minimal to no experience. Most cabinets and door jambs are not lined up. Corners do not match up, so some corners of the cabinets are filled. Some corners are so mismatched there is space...a hole. Wild! Countertops...you can see where the two pieces come together. The outlets are in odd places throughout the house. One outlet in master bathroom is under the hand towel bar and the other outlet is on the side of the hand towel bar. In the master bedroom, two outlets are next to each other, one behind the door and one next to that one. Not sure how this was approved. At the preinspection, our realtor and us walked through the property and marked all items to be cleaned and repainted. Pulte's effort was minimal to zero. One section of countertop was cleaned, yet the rest was dirty. None of the pieces were repainted. Pulte's loan officers/consultants were horrible. The added stress they caused less than 24 hours to sign was due to their incompetence. The two ladies we worked with didn't read things thoroughly and kept putting the issues on my husband and me. I had a few confrontations because they didn't make a lot of sense and they didn't care for the confrontation, however, I wasn't sure how they had their jobs due to their incompetence. Our realtor was not "allowed" to talk with them based on"how they do things." My realtor was stunned and kept us calm and moving forward. No street lights, poor lawn installation, no light on front entrance, poor/no communication with homeowners

From our salesperson Marilyn, to our site manager Ryan, along with many others it was a very wonderful experience. Smoothest walkthrough and closing of all the houses we’ve bought.

Derek was extremely helpful with the buying process, particularly because we purchased our home while residing in a different state. Because of his willingness to take numerous photos and videos, we were able to choose a home that is perfect for our needs.

Needed to record conversation need the end of the process as certain promises wasn’t kept and then asked if I had proof if the conversation happened or not. Some things in the house was just slapped together and poor craftsmanship. Room for improvement for sure. The background admins were great I’ll say that for sure. Very fast responses.

The building experience with Eli and David/Josh was excellent.

The entire process was excellent. We did not use a real state and were able to buy a new home without any issue in a couple of months. The quality of materials, design, and appliances satisfy all our expectations. We are really happy living in our new home and neighborhood.

When we first coming everything great. During the time building the House it a lot issues- problems going on and very stressful to due with ….. After closing some projects they not done correctly. I’m talking with Manager builder but not been done until now! They said will fix that’s! Do that’s ….. after 2 1/2 months since we moved in . It not done!!!!!

We cannot say enough good things about the buying process at Pulte in Merrill Ranch! From day one the team was warm, attentive and upfront about all the details. We never felt rushed or pressured and the multiple times we asked to see homes or see the same one over and over they were spectacular. The actual buying process with their lender was simple and easy to navigate and made the transaction very smooth! Each step of the way from selection to financing and title the team was engaging, supportive and professional. Our house is a great quality-built home!! We couldn't be happier. Even better than that is the care you receive after the purchase which is amazing. Pulte does not just forget about you after you buy one of their houses. If there is a problem Pulte is always there to help you.

Sarah, our sales consultant was terrific, cheerful and knowledgeable. This is the 4th Pulte home I have purchased and was confindent that it would be as terrific as the other 3. I sold homes for Pulte for 15 years and believed in the product, until now. The home that I have purchased in NE Ohio is in a word, horrible. The workmanship is extremely sloppy, really over the top. The sheet rock installation is below sub-par and I question the credentials of the subs that did the work. There is no quality control, having sold for Pulte, I know their processes and processes were not followed. The disapontment that I feel is extremely disheartening. He was a true professional. He kept us updated, in layman terms, throughout the entire process. Always available for matters pertaining to Pulte and provided great references for those items that did not directly involve Pulte. No question went unanswered. We hope that when we purchase our next investment property in 2 years, we have the opportunity to work with Jeff again. Can't say enough about him as a Pulte representative and as a human being.

We love our new home and neighborhood. The purchase process was smooth and easy. The construction manager Jeremy was fantastic addressing all of our questions and concerns.

The house is beautiful, that said I do have some issues with the house. I don’t think the quality is there for the price. I’ve had trouble with the AC and the flooring. They are willing to help remedy the issues as long as it’s before you close on the house.

Shawn, the building supervisor on property here has been wonderful!

I was not clearly communicated with from start to finish. I was told my home would be contingent on selling my prior home but the deadline for selling my home could be extended as needed. I was then threatened 2 months in that if I did not sell within a few weeks my home would be listed for sell. I was not told my home appraised $12,000 under listed price and an appeal was done that still was $7,000 under price and would not honor that valued appraisal. Now living in for one month I learned the community center will be shared with 3 communities, which was never explained.
