Overall experience was good, However, there were some issues that I feel need to be addressed. When the slab for our home was laid, the back porch was approximately 6' short, I had to point out this issue, it was not brought to my attention. When sheetrock was installed, there was a noticeable bulge on the kitchen island, again we had to bring to the builders attention, also, the counter top on the island was crocked, again all these items were corrected, but they never should have occurred in the first place. We even had to point out a decorative feature on the front of the house was left off. As far as timing. Love our new home. Main issue is the 9 foot sliding door. It is very heavy and is still not adjusted correctly. Wish they could replace it with better product. For price of home it should be easier to open and close. Building manager Tom has been very responsive to our issues.

Pulte has a great reputation and builds beautiful homes. Some cosmetic items were shabby which does not seem consistent with the brand. Examples are, crooked outlets and AC vents, uneven ceilings, paint over spray, caulk and paint splatter on floors, crooked toilets. With that said the home is solid with good bones. The warranty follow-up is EXCELLENT! They stand by their product.

Pulte is a great company and want to build a great house. The only thing is they should let you make changes to customize your home. Nothing major to change just small ones are not allowed and for the price paid small customization should be allowed with no issues as apposed to spending a fortune to make the changes after build is complete

Staff we worked with were very professional and courteous. Things got corrected rather quickly.

Pulte has been very responsible about what they have built and sold. The overall price and home design and experience is great. Interior can be built with more durability and future will unfold for us.

Everyone we worked with was very helpful and responsive. Ray at the end made sure that everything we needed to move is was set up perfectly. From the first person we met to the last everyone was very helpful and timely with their responses. Very easy process outside of the many emails but that is to be expected.

Every process went very well and smoothly, we got the house on time.

The Value for Pulte was very good. However, their attention to detail on the home they’re building, pales in comparison to when you tour one of their Models.

We have been living in our home for about a month. There were a few small things we needed repaired after we moved in, and they were taken care of right away. The company also followed up to make sure they were completed to our satisfaction. We’ve been very happy with our experience with Pulte Homes, and would definitely purchase another Pulte home in the future.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Our house was build on schedule. We found them to be extremely communicative. We received weekly emails with pictures and detailed updates. Any time we had a question it was responded to promptly. Any time there were brief delays we were always kept updated. Any minor issues we had as we approached closing were addressed promptly. Our construction manager went above and beyond.

Our sales person Lisa was great to work with. The only negative thing was the cleaning of the house was done very quickly and needed a second thorough cleaning.

The home itself is a quality build with great attention to detail. Slab, framing and roof are just about perfect. Besides a circuit breaker tripping repeatedly, electrical works flawlessly. AC unit is state of the art and cools perfectly. Our salesperson was wonderful guiding us along every step of the way. We were texted pictures at important milestones and even went to great lengths to suggest extras that we are glad were included. But when it came to the final details inside, things seemed rushed. Doors not fitting correctly and some were swelled from getting wet. A switch in cabinet vendors last minute created scratched doors, misaligned drawers and missing shelves. Perhaps product shortages created this situation but should not have occurred. Our warranty covers these issues and some are expected but many were just poor attention to the final details. Minor repairs seem to take forever but they are being completed as promised. All things considered a very pleasant experience with the important components of our home being a quality build. Would we build with them again? Yes, but we would be more picky about the details inside the home. ... More

Pulte made the home buying process easy and rewarding. We were rewarded with a beautiful home because our documents were up-to-date, and we met the requirements There were a few defects such as a roof leak, and countertop defects but Pulte responded immediately to each issue. Job well done !

Our experience with Pulte Homes was great. The house is made of quality materials and finishes, they keep on track on building, most issues were responded and act upon. Also, a shoutout to my PM Will.

Select a ready to move inventory homes, and we are very happy to do so instead of waiting for 8-10 months and deal with uncertainty of supply chain, interest rate and all other issues.

The experience was great until the end. Last few items on the punch list are taking forever — drawer in master bathroom and incorrectly placed downspout in the front.

From purchasing, selection, building and closing the Pulte people did an outstanding job. Keep it going, customer service goes all the way these days.

Sales agent and construction manager addressed all are concerns quickly and to our satisfaction.

Everyone I worked with, starting with the sales representative to the title company closer, was informative, polite and experienced. The construction manager kept me up to date weekly and answered all my questions promptly.

From purchase to close the Pulte staff has been pretty great overall. I would say 95% of the process was relatively painless. The mortgage center was another story but we did not finance through Pulte (which is probably why). Cody the construction supervisor has been great and responsive to our questions and concerns. We appreciate the company’s willingness to make things right when quality has suffered to a degree. We are still waiting on a handful of things to get addressed so currently those matters are up in the air. We will see how that comes along here in the near future, hopefully. The buying process was fine. However, it’s Texas and the house should have been plumbed for water softener. An unexpected expense after dealing with exceptionally hard water. Issues with flooring not resolved. Flooring rep said it’s an issue with foundation and builder said that’s incorrect.

Ryan is very good at his job, professional, knowledgeable, mild mannered and pays attention to get you to the ending satisfied. Pulte Spreads Ryan out to thin afterwards of closing and it's difficult to get him back or a common connection to continue the same process without repeat nagging on misc. punch lists items.
