Andrew, Daniel and Gianni have been our main contacts, pre and post purchase. All have been responsive, courteous and knowledgeable … can’t ask for much else. So far, we feel that we’ve made a great choice of home and community.

Had a great experience with Jenee and Kyle. They are extremely supportive to our needs. As with any construction project there are too many uncontrollables and Kyle has meticulously managed them for us.

Pulte Homes sales (Peggy) construction/ operations (Mark / Shea) outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism, detail oriented and a positive customer experience. Where the company needs work is there design center , mortgage co and after purchase concierge service. Overall, Pulte builds a beautiful, well constructed home.

Overall great . Pulte mortgage could have been better in communication that’s the only down side

The house is great. Some roofing and carpentry repairs need to be made and some appliances don’t work. Pulte is good at coming out to see what’s wrong. The appliances are harder to get ahold of some to fix.

Great people good quality home

As a remote buyer, it helped to have "eyes" and consistent progress updates from the site superintendent. Responsiveness to questions, concerns, or follow ups have been handled or are being handled by the team. A lot of things go into building a home and understand that usually at the mercy of several trades and people to make it come together. Perfection is the goal but not a reality usually but fixing things that should be done well and right is why you purchase things from certain companies or people. The locks are not the best quality. They get stuck at times. Microwave door handle is defective. Overall it’s a good home and local Pulte staff were very good and helpful with issues as we moved through the building process. With a new build I’d recommend using a home inspector. Our inspection revealed several issues which were corrected prior to closing. (Wiring was hooked up incorrectly, hot water tank needed minor adjustments etc). After the inspection all things were corrected.

Having a construction contractor coming to install fans, cameras, lights and other things and listen to his comments on how well the construction was done, how the space was distributed, and how so many other details were thought of, bring a sense of satisfaction.

Warranty sucks been two weeks nothing. No email, phone call or phone call. Oh they did call to tell me plants are not cover.

Overall, happy with the experience. Attention to detail probably could have been a little better. Doing the final walk only one week before closing didn't seem like enough time for the trades to correct everything. I could have pointed out several things 3 or 4 weeks before closing which would have given the trades more time to respond. Again, over all very happy with the process, would just suggest involving the buyers a little sooner in the process could have given the trades more time to complete the items before closing. One last thing, Duke was terrific to deal with!! He is a keeper!

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.

Buying with Pultie Homes gave us the security of knowing our home was built well. The guarantees are the best in the industry and response to issues are timely. Everything went smooth from signing contract, walk through and closing

The workmanship in some areas was not very good . I had a door that was dented at the top. In one bath there was some grout missing on the floor. Can see drywall tape Through the paint. Paint not cleaned up on the floor. Woodfloor has some chips in it and was never cleaned up thoroughly With contractors scuff marks I find very difficult still to remove. Crack in a bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sink has residue.I cannot get off. Customer service has been responsive. And will address issues hopefully. Other than That the condo is beautiful. Also I really love How they keep up clean streets due to construction debris. Shows me they really take care of stuff and take pride In the Maintenance Of the grounds. Our sales agent Andrea was great and our construction foreman Mark is THE BEST however our closing was a nightmare. The Tittle Co. was clueless. Closing kept getting pushed back bc of inaccurate paperwork! There is very little support offered once homeowners move in. For instance, learning how to program community gate, garage ect. There isn’t a lot of support by HOA.

Very easy buying experience with PULTE.

Overall I think the turned out as expected with only a couple of minor issues which were easily and quickly corrected. There is one change I would suggest. I paid extra for the Energy Package Upgrade 2 which included insulation for the exterior garage walls as well as an insulated garage door. I wanted to have the garage ceiling insulated as well but was told this was not an option. Insulating the garage ceiling should be part of the package to properly insulate the garage. The insulation company is already here. Now if I want that done I have to find someone to do it and it will probably cost more than it would have to have it done during the construction process ... Pulte was very easy to work with and understanding of my changing closing date. We needed to sell our current home as part of a corporate relocation and Pulte was flexible with us on the closing date. The pre closing celebration and inspection all went great. Overall, they build a really nice home with many great features. The only thing I would like to see improved is the fine detail with trim work and paint. Some areas were a little sloppy considering its new construction and we paid a premium price.

We bought the house while still living in a different state. Pulte did a nice job of communicating with us and bridging the gap between us. We had a third-party inspection done and Pulte quickly addressed any issues we had. It was a very positive experience for us.

A serious builder that you can trust; has a good overall homebuying experience, good quality of workmanship & materials, and value for the price paid; good responsiveness to issues.

Was very pleased overall the entire process.
