Overall I feel very happy. They builder company is great.Pulte handover me on time. I will send them congratulations and support for future business.

Second home we have built and couldn’t have been any happier. From sales to design center to construction to the title company. Amazing staff. Always attentive and eager to listen and resolve any issues we had. Would absolutely purchase again and encourage others to do so as well. Gold standard for home builders.

Pulte ensures that I knew what I was getting. Their staff explained all in good detail. From the beginning to the end, they walked me through it all. No hidden agenda, no hidden fees. Pulte staff were straightforward

Maryann and Alan were amazing! They truly guided us through the process and they had our best interests in mind from the signing of the contract to closing. Great representation of Pulte Home Builders! Wonderful experience and job well done!

Our sales rep was wonderful! Our project manager was great. Everything else is average at best. Paid a premium but don't feel like we got what we paid for. Pulte also goes for the cheapest things possible to keep their profit margins high. Would not recommend as my #1 choice

I'm disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I bought a new home because I did not want to go through the renovation process. The quality of the workmanship has required me to contact Pulte for repairs. The longer I live here the more I see. It disappoints me to have to do this.

If I knew what I know now I would’ve chose other house company to deal with or neighborhood for that matter. They don’t care about their buyers, only the money they can get. Now that I live in this house, I’ve seen a lot of half done job, cut a lot of comers, and just covered their crappy workmanship. Very disappointing. 0 star!!!

Worst experience with the pulte agent

Love the design of the home, love most of the materials used, but I would only recommend going with this builder or any other builder if you having nothing but time, patience, and not be in a hurry to complete. That being said… The build took 1 year and 1/2 years to complete. Had I not paid beyond full price for this home considering the current market, I would have been more forgiving and flexible with the quality of the home. I do understand supply constraints and labor shortages, but Pulte really needs to figure out how to hold their contractors accountable for their work. The roof was installed in an amateur fashion, missing caulk on siding, missing or amateur fashion interior caulk, missing door hardware, frame missing hangers (held up by a couple nails), etc. I basically front loaded all Pulte QC by paying inspectors $1,200 over the 12 month period to ensure quality. Even then, not everything was fixed with quality and appearance in mind. Overall, disappointed in the sales process. Once contract was signed and deposit made, I heard very little from Sales. I received upgrade/selection catalogue the day we went to the Design Center, so had very little time to make color/upgrade choices. It also would have been nice to discuss adding irrigation options considering the sod was laid at the end of May, missed opportunity there. I feel like I was being pressured to Close on the house when there were still +\- 38 items left to complete. My construction manager was understanding of the situation, however his manager was expecting me to Close on an incomplete home the next day. This is my second home build so I knew not to be in a hurry and was intentionally not limited by rate locks or having to move out of current place, I can only imagine how bad it is for first time homeowners or folks who have no other option but to Close and hope for the best. Finally, I think the community was short-changed on the amenities. The pool is tiny compared to other neighborhoods, and at $67 a month in HOA, there’s more that could have been done. The large electrical and cable boxes in every front yard is unsightly and makes the neighborhood feel cheap. Those boxes should be placed in backyards or designed with appearance in mind, but save a buck right. Thanks ... More

Overall experience with the team was very pleasant. Updates and follow up with the buyer was prompt. Meeting deadlines and the hand off crew were amazing people. Overall happy with the buying experience with Pulte

The buying experience was very nice. However, the closing was a nightmare. The closing date was pushed by the Pulte title closing company because they would not allow our mortgage company to do an escrow account because of the outside landscaping and the driveway and the sidewalk were not completed. We had to pay an extra $600 which was an hour or our mortgage company fault the manager at the pool day office did not when I agreed to that escrow and then all of a sudden she did. I feel like she just wanted to charge us $600 because we did not go with Pulte Mortgage from the beginning so she didn’t profit on us. Then several issues inside the home has not been completed after the closing as promised. One of them is an outlet in the garage for the garage door opener. Outlet is in the wrong location and the opener cable does not reach it. Instead of moving the outlet into a correct location the construction manager told me to get an extension cord. Needless to say, I am not able to use my garage and I don’t know who else to contact so that correction can be made. This was wrong from the get-go by the electrician and it should been corrected without any ideas of using an extension cord. Brittany R. was upbeat and personable. Met her when I decided to take a tour of the property. She was such a joy to work with from the first moment. Mike B. made the buying experience great too! Met him at the walk through and he talked about the quality of the materials, how well the home was built, and shared info about the warranties. He was very helpful. You can tell that Brittany and Mike are proud of the company and craftmanship of pulte homes and made me even more excited to own one.

Pulte used to be an elite builder. Now they have lessened to cheap materials and 'don't call me, I'll call you' customer service. You wouldn't expect to see the following in a Pulte home based on it's advertising confidence: flat paint (even in wet areas); missed painted areas; door strikes carved with a pocket knife; crooked doors; missing tile; unsealed windows; not following floor plans, and more. Didnt had smooth closing experience with builder

There were several major issues with my home which caused closing to get pushed back multiple times. My original construction manager Terran was not helpful at all and tried to get me to close on an unsatisfactory home. He was only interested in being rated a 9 or 10 and not in actually helping me fix the problems with my home. I had to go above him, to his boss Jordan, and only then did my buying experience begin to take a positive turn. Unfortunately, because there were so many major problems with my home, several minor things did not get addressed before closing. Sales 5stars Field manager 5 stars Very efficient with mortgage and great communication between sales and field manager. My field manager fix all the little problems for me. And this is my second house I purchased with my sales jelena. She is phenomenal.

The buying experience was great. The builder, Ryan, kept us updated along the way and the mortgage team was very helpful. The overall layout and quality of workmanship has been great. However, since we’ve moved in, the warranty team has been very unresponsive for the issues we have had. We have been in the house almost two months and have had constant AC issues. Multiple rooms, upstairs and down, have been 10+ degrees warmer than the thermostat. The AC company was informative but they told us to make the repairs, they had to wait on Pulte. I reached out to the warranty coordinator multiple times via text and email after I was told what was going on and it took almost two weeks to get any response. Once I got the response, I told the coordinator our availability and the AC company showed up on a day when no one was home. It is getting rather frustrating. I have yet to get a response on some of the other issues we have had. Most things are great but in Texas, constant AC issues with no response is definitely no fun. ... More

I think pulte prioritizes their build to sell over people coming in to build from scratch but that’s my real only gripe . The team I worked with to build my house especially my project manager Dylan was absolutely amazing. He always was very attentive and responsive almost immediately. Even now a couple things ( nothing wild ) have popped up and he still has been involved . Highly recommend their building team . Worth every penny .

Adam was great as our project manager. He was proactive and when we had a question he was quick with responses. The city building department for Oakland Park is very difficult to work with. He managed them as best anyone could. The city cause many delays. The quality of the build is pretty good. Adam had to follow up with subcontractors on many occasions to assure they completed their work to specifications. We are happy with the end product.

The Value for Pulte was very good. However, their attention to detail on the home they’re building, pales in comparison to when you tour one of their Models.

I have emailed and texted for some issues in the house that need addressed/fixing, but they haven’t responded

We expected that pulte is more quality and more customer friendly, but ground level is different. Lot of pending issues are still open which were identified at time of closing…

No accountability for issues where the root cause was build quality or poor design. Prepare to spend a lot putting the house right
