Overall I had a good experience from beginning to end. While nothing is ever perfect, the entire process from applying for a loan to actually moving into the home was fairly smooth. A few bumps here and there to include some issues with defective material that need replacement but overall Pulte did a good job in winning us over.

Good Experience overall Builder was great

Overall I had a fantastic experience! From Ana, my sales agent, to my Design specialist, Steven my construction manager, to Heather and Zach with loans, I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. Although I was not terribly pleases with the craftsmanship of some of the work, nor pleased with the home worksite cleanliness during the construction, what mattered most was that I had a great relationship with my team members mentioned above. My concerns were always addressed, my calls always taken, my questions always answered and my request for follow-up was always met. Steven is who made my year long experience worth the wait. I'm thankful that he was my teammate... I learned much from him and with him. He has a great relationship with his team of contractors and that makes a difference. I received good discount and incentives for purchasing this property. I was not going to be in-town for the final closing. Pulte worked with me to provide options.

Key to our satisfaction can be attributed to the current Construction Supervisor Jerry Little. With 25 years of home building experience and special relationships with his subcontractors Jerry delivered a home with above average build quality and two months ahead of promised delivery date. His follow-up and communication were awesome.

As a new homeowner, the experience was very seamless. The person assigned as our builder was very informative and kept us in the loop

Prompt response and quick updates about construction timelines, closing process was crystal clear and quick.

Building with Pulte homes was overall a great experience, our project manager Mitchell was great and kept us updated throughout. Since finishing the build, I have submitted a maintenance request for them to come check a leak from the sprinklers they just installed but I never got a reply.. hopefully they will sharpen up in after care, but the overall build process was great.

Everyone was very attentive and worked hard to get the loan. They were a great team great communication

Overall our experience was great from contract to close. There are a few minor workmanship issues with trim, doors and paint. Paint on light fixtures in bathroom even though it was on our punch list. We are still very happy with our purchase and feel it is well built and great value!

Very happy with the house, good quality and finished.

Only thing I did not like was, model shown to me at sign in contract was not same one, at location. Was told after that it was not offered at location house was build. Should been inform. Everything else was fine.

Unfortunately, there was a water leak issue in the laundry room of my new home, before I even moved in. I submitted a warranty service request, and within hours received a phone call from Garrett. The entire issue was handled and resolved within days. I am very pleased with the results and Customer Service from Garrett and Pulte Homes.
