From our construction manager revealing pertinent details regarding a defect AFTER handing over the keys to the trades destroying our yard and using our utilities after we moved in, I cannot say that this has been a positive experience. No surprise that everyone was much more helpful prior to close. Now it's difficult to answers. In terms of quality... Everything looks beautiful, but we've already begin seeing signs of poor workmanship. Our pantry cabinet door is already breaking apart (we moved in less than a month ago), the smurf tube feature that was highlighted to conceal wires is a total joke (our 16.5' tv cord isn't long enough to reach the closest outlet), etc. etc. I love our home but I am already disappointed that "The Pulte Way" is merely a selling technique on paper only. ... I had a great experience buying my home because the entire from start to finish did everything possible to make my home buying very smooth and pleasant.

We worked with Gretchen and Nate who were throughout the whole building process and they were both amazing. It was so easy to communicate with them and they were always 100% honest with us. We are very satisfied with the finished product and we recomend Pulte Homes to anyone out there is looking to buy a new house. 5/5 stars.

Some of the issues that didn't quite meet my expectations, no doorbell camera and chime button placed on the left instead of the front, no z-wave compatible thermostats, HVAC component already discontinued, lots of paint/glue stains all over the floor, lack of options for the Internet service...

Our sales lady, Victoria, was awesome. Took 15 1/2 months for completion. That wasn’t good. Once we started working closely with project Mgr., Keith, things started moving. Keith was awesome,

Corner cutting is way too much esp at things like paint, insulation fills, windows, floor material, quality of cabinets etc. I upgraded a lot of these but still the quality was not good.

build quality is awful.. did not expect this from pulte..

As the title states, quality of workmanship is below average for a $600,000 house. Drywall and paint leading the way for some of the worst quality the minute you walk through the door. $30000.00 worth of flooring that buckles and cracks when you walk on it and the electrical lighting system that consistently flickers on one side of the house. This is the fifth NEW house that we have purchased and the first and last from Pulte. We started with a DR Horton home which had higher quality control standards than this house. Followed by Rylan homes, Collins Brothers and finally Pulte. To set a clear understanding we are not extremely picky customers. So much so I haven’t put one repair ticket in because I don’t have the faith in their subcontractors to do a better job a second time around. Some might ask if all of the other builders did a better job. Why didn’t we stick with them? Because location and timelines narrowed the path with the timeframe we were looking to be completed. In the end, there were some concessions with pricing that were made based on the final product, which was agreed-upon on both sides, which will cover the cost of some of these repairs. But overall with the constant upsell tactics from all the other Pulte sister companies from the mortgage lender to the insurance provider to the design studio really don’t help the Pulte brand name. ... From the very beginning of the process, and still ongoing 2 months after closing, the Pulte team has been only a phone call away. The team has offered and provided support at every turn. Even prior to closing I was receiving updates, checklists and contact rosters for any contingency. When I have had to reach out for answers or problem solving I have received a response within hours or just a few days. The Pulte team has gone way over expectations in providing me with the channels and contacts to solve any issue. These contacts are not just departments or 800 numbers, they are specific NAMES of people who solve particular problems. I certainly don’t feel like I have been abandoned after the sale. The overall Experience was good, clear and transparent communications. Very helpful throughout the loan application and approval processing as well. Closing was smooth

We had very few issues and those we did have were minor and quickly addressed. I think that our good experience is directly due to our construction manager. Good communicator, nice personality and pretty responsive considering how many houses he is responsible for

We purchased a new home, that sat empty for a year. Several buyers went under contract and then lost their financing. This was a fast move for our family and sadly I didn't go through the house with a strong discerning eye. This house is a thousand cuts, so to speak. Window portals are not even (one window portal in the drywall is about six inches lower than another. Many are not even level. Flooring is separating, siding is loose, no hardware on any drawer or cabinet, paperwork wasn't filed properly to trigger the city to deliver garbage cans (been seven weeks and we have to take our garbage to the construction dumpsters a few blocks away) no refrigerator, property line is now in question (from the builder I might add) and they think the foundation was poured in the wrong spot, the hot water in the house reeks of bleach and we seem to be the only house on our street with the problem, no radon mitigation and the house failed miserably during the test, leading to a credit issued to us by the builder that covered 1/3 of the actual cost to have the mitigation installed. The warranty manager informed us that Pulte fired the original builders and construction managers, that he and his counter-part came in toward the end of Phase 1 of the development. Put in service requests and it's been days and they are "still working to send someone out." The list goes on and we are doing what you have to do to get solutions - which shouldn't be this difficult, especially when you spend over $600,000 on a house. Bottom line - I do not recommend Pulte as a builder, anywhere. We built a brand new home in 2019 with Lennar and the house came with hardware on cabinets, a refrigerator, window blinds that were of a good quality, etc. This house with Pulte, honestly, does not make us feel good that we spent so much money on clearly a troubled project. ... Pulte team is very responsive right from sales, construction and support after closing

I had very good experience buying my first home from Pulte. The team itself is very understanding and very responsive. Andre has been great in getting a very good deal and always understanding and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. John mainly has been excellent in getting the house ready in time and responding to any questions I have or issues I see while construction

Warping door. Chipping paint. Rusting kitchen sink. Dead sod. Squeaky doors. To name a few. Won’t buy from them again.

This was our first new home build and it was a great experience!

This was our second time building with Pulte. The first time was seemless. This time it was a nightmare. Numerous lies were told by our first sales person, which led to multiple delays in our process. I always recommend Pulte to potential home builders, but now I definitely do not recommend Pulte.

I was in FL during construction but Bob was great in keeping me informed about the process, and helpful throughout.

From the first appointment with the sales team to the final walk-through with the project manager, this experience has been great! The team kept me informed of weekly progress and answered questions along the way. It is so exciting to see the finished product, my beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood! I love it!

Currently all good, not find any issue

Had a good customer experience overall. Very disappointed with the quality of my home. You can tell things were done rushed with no care how it would turn out. Painting throughout the house was horrible. Hard to believe that was done professionally. There were a lot of scratches on everything (appliances, countertops, floors, tubs, walls, baseboards, cabinets).
