Cody was hardworking and advocated to get my needs me. He was tenacious with supporting the viewpoint that he was there to serve and minimize concerns.

Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

The whole buying experience was exceptional from start to finish . The gentleman that started us on the experience was completely professional at all times answered all our questions and made all necessary phone calls . Helped us every step of the way . The original project/ property manager was A1 . The only hiccup was when we went to close . The office In general was not totally prepared to do what was needed . As a matter of fact the manager came into the room to apologize, which was not necessary. That finally got everything straightened out and all were satisfied. That was our only problem with the whole build and paperwork portion of the process. ... More

From the first moment we visited the project Troy and the whole team were super helpful and great resources along our journey. Home buying with Pulte was a blessing everything run smoothly and all was transparent since day one. This is our first home and I'm grateful for all the people along the way that help us (Troy, Darren, Dalton, Kathy, Brandy)

The process leading up to the purchase/home completion was transparent and useful. Overall the QA process for identifying issues in the home was comprehensive. A few items were still left by the time we moved in - but Pulte has steadily been correcting those. Given all of the things that could go wrong - there are really only two worthwhile things noting: HVAC system in one of the rooms was not effective and Pulte is working on that, and the bathroom master floor is not fully level - which is not a problem yet. However, walking on the tiles sometimes results in a crunch side. There were a few minor cosmetic issues that we didn't bother taking up with the company - because the overall build was very good. Build quality is excellent and the weekly update from construction manager Shawn was great.

We bought our home in a short time frame after visiting during Christmas. At that time we had to return overseas and trust Pulte throughout the build process to clearly communicate and provide updates as the home was being constructed. When we returned 7 months later the house was nearly done and we were certainly satisfied with the communication and updates via: photos, videos and emails during the build. There have been small issues throughout but Pulte has been responsive and made things right. This is our 3rd new build and by far our best experience. No issues with Salem bay, great work. Some pieces and workmanship on the house seem to of been rushed and not done properly but slowly getting things corrected

Excellent engineering and material selection. Great floor plans and upgrade options.

The building experience was simple with all steps outlined. There was someone there to guide us throughout the year long process. Closing was very hectic and the dates were not very flexible, but it was overall a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and appearance of the home.

Pretty good experience!!! Not a lot of worries. The Pulte floorplans is really what sold us on our purchase. The layout really works for our family!!!

Lisa (our Pulte sales representative) was a joy to work with from the beginning and throughout the progression of our new home. Although there were numerous delays due to supply chain issues and labor shortages, Lisa kept in touch with us with updates via phone calls and e-mails, and she included pictures that she personally took each time anything changed as our home was being built. Jorge (our construction manager) was also very responsive and informative. He was quick and thorough in answering any questions we had for him. As with any new home, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. Jorge personally responded to ensure the appropriate contractors rectified the issues in a timely fashion. ... More

First off this is a beautiful home, is there some problems that need to be addressed-yes. Things have gotten by the supervisors but with everything that goes into building a home with multiple contractors some do a great job, others are trying to get onto the next job and things are shoddy . Our warranty man Fanuel is doing fantastic job trying to get schedules matched with all involved.

Excellent team of Construction and Mortgage to work with. Unfinished area of HVAC area is completely dissatisfied. Looks very ugly. Not a good job or quality work done with way too many foams being used to cover the gaps and air leaks. I have never seen like this in any other builders. With the cost of the house paid, finishing Garage with primer and paint would have not been an extra work or cost for Pulte. Luxury pack is overly charged, could have included cabinet door handles and knobs. Most annoying part of no mail box in drive way and it’s common to all residents. Been one month I closed and still no mail box keys received. ... More

There are many aspects about the purchase of our new Pulte home that are above and beyond the norm. During the sales process and closing they work to make it a good experience, well above the norm. They work to provide a good product in the home they deliver to you that is above average. Average is not outstanding, so above average is better yet still not outstanding, Perhaps outstanding should not be an expected from a production builder. One has to wonder if the cost of the home was $2,000 more could Outstanding be possible?

We had a great experience purchasing and moving into our new home. From our initial contact with the sales rep Mark, through closing with Steve and Dan, our construction sups, great experience. Mark kept us up to date on the progress and actions needed throughout the initial stages to completion. This is where Steve and Dan stepped in to walk us through the home and make any corrective action necessary. Even after the closing, the final punch list items are quickly being resolved to our satisfaction. Great job Pulte Team!

Beautiful community with fabulous neighbors. The sales staff are awesome! Once this community is finished it will be top of the line.
