Andrew- Sales- absolutely worthless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. If you can find someone else to deal with, do it. He lied to make the sale. Craftsmanship is an absolute joke. The list of items that were fixed preclose was huge, but since I’ve closed 2 things have been addressed. My cabinets- level 4- look like trash. I was told they’d fix them at the cabinet punch on 5/19- 2 cabinets were fixed, the rest are still damaged. Dishwasher was installed wrong (they had to reinstall because my floors had to be replaced due to being laid wrong). I guess not being able to put my dishes away a month after close isn’t such a big deal since I can wash them anyways… The carpet was installed so poorly there were gaps where it wasn’t stretched right- to “fix” it they glued chunks of carpet fibers together and shoved them in the gaps- so you can probably guess what happened when I vacuumed the first time. Back door has gauges in it. Spray paint on slider window from where they painters over the scratches and damage instead of replacing the faulty door. Pavers are stained from where they repainted the ceiling in screen room and spilt paint. Looks like oil all over the place. Plugs and outlets are off center and crooked. The list of things that are wrong is so long it comical at this point. The warrenty process is an absolute joke. I took a half day off work so they could fix my front door that had gaps so large that daylight shined through- they never showed up. They did call at 5:30 to let me know that they weren’t coming and asked that I leave work early or take another half day so they could try to fix it the next day. All of those things are absolutely ridiculous. Don’t both calling to try to get help from the warranty or builder or even submit tickets, they don’t actually show up. Once Pulte has your $50K- $150K deposit, the service stops because they know you can’t do anything to get out of buying their poorly build homes. I’m guessing this won’t get posted, and no one will contact me regarding any of this. Because that is the MO of this company. I’m legitimately just submitting it for further documentation of the failure to uphold their end of the contract by fixing warranty issues in a timely manner. ... More

Overall experience was great. We are satisfied.

During the building process, I got updates every week, in details from the field manager. I have been explained thoroughly each steps and materials used have pretty good quality. Even after closing, the customer care manager is always there for your needs. Nice people and trustworthy builder.

The home seems to be priced well, compared to the competition, however, this came with a lot of sacrificed quality and workmanship. The final product workmanship is bad, we walked the entire home pointing out to all defects and bad things, and 5-10% of it was redone, all the blue tape we placed for hours was simply removed and no work was done. We had someone inspecting the house when this took place and they saw the contractors that were supposed to do the work simply remove all the tapes and walk away. Great to work with Pulte

Overall our experience was great from contract to close. There are a few minor workmanship issues with trim, doors and paint. Paint on light fixtures in bathroom even though it was on our punch list. We are still very happy with our purchase and feel it is well built and great value!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home from Pulte Homes in Florida and every person that we dealt with at Pulte was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a newly constructed home.

Poor workmanship due to rushing experienced leak in master bedroom on my very first day of moving in. Cable wiring incorrectly done and electrical wiring as well. Lots of issues still going on and have been waiting for resolution almost 2 months now.

As we selected Quick move In everything is already installed. Great work, As we are from other state when ever we called they arranged virtual meting and updated everything by sending videos and pictures of every step. I appreciate flied manager who responded when ever I called him.

Only thing I did not like was, model shown to me at sign in contract was not same one, at location. Was told after that it was not offered at location house was build. Should been inform. Everything else was fine.

Our real estate agent, Derek Deros and our construction manager, Ryan Pitts were great to work with! We lived in Missouri while our home was being built in Florida. Both were very good about weekly communication and providing virtual tours. Now that we have moved in, our post closing experience has been much the same. The quality is outstanding and the communication continues to be strong.

Straight forward buying experience where all of our questions were taken care of. Super high quality house

The overall process was disappointing, sales was always promising things that were never fulfilled. The house was rushed and the quality of the home was not what we have seen from Pulte. I will never buy a home or refer anyone to buy from this builder. The house was not finished at closing and was not finished for over a month after closing. The warranty does not respond to emails or voicemails. There are still items that have not been resolved and no time frame for them to be completed. This review is a waist of my time for that fact that my house will still be incomplete. Lee Young was a great home buying realtor. Was always very helpful when we had questions and got back to us very fast.

The close date got moved back significantly (2 months). Once in the house the quality was great and it came out very nice. There have been some minor issues we've experienced since moving in, but Pulte is quick to send someone out to get them fixed.

The sales team gave us an awful experience especially Trenton and Jacque. They were manipulative and constantly lying about the home building process, incentives and much more. The building team we worked with was great and and saved the experience. There are some issues with the house that still haven’t been corrected. Thanks.

Our experience with sales was horrible after the contract was signed. Sales person is unorganized & needs retraining. Construction side was good. However the quality of paint is horrible. You cannot clean walls without the paint coming off. Pulte mortgage has too much turnover & we were shuffled around multiple times with loan professionals. When timing is key for locking in a rate, the communication is not fast enough. Ended up costing us a higher rate. If a deposit was not on the line, we would have walked away early on.

Chad the sell guy he’s really good and professional. We get 2 houses from them on the same time one next to each other.

Unfortunately, there was a water leak issue in the laundry room of my new home, before I even moved in. I submitted a warranty service request, and within hours received a phone call from Garrett. The entire issue was handled and resolved within days. I am very pleased with the results and Customer Service from Garrett and Pulte Homes.

The contractors that Pulte has access to are just not that good. There were many things that had to be recompleted correctly. My superintendent was very good! He was able to get projects recompleted correctly. Some timely and some not so timely.

The process went smoothly until 2 weeks before closing. Then the wheels fell off. Construction, Title and Mortgage are not tightly aligned. Many issues arose relating to the backend processes we assumed were handled, but were not. Issue with an added soft water loop not properly detailed on the plans. Appears to be a major HVAC design issue/flaw that will need to be addressed. Communication during the transition to ownership wasn't what it should be. Felt like once they had our money, we were no longer a priority. HOA issues, location issues, USPS issues. Lots of details missed. Construction is average and what you would expect from this type of build. Not a lot of attention to details. More like just get the job done. Our construction manager, Bob H. has been great and responsive, which has helped with a number of smaller issues. ... More
