We are so happy with our Pulti home! Derek and Angel were super responsive. Every question was answered quickly, every concern addressed right away. The construction site was kept clean. There were a few concerns we had (AC vent not centered in hallway) and Angel had the trades on site to address within days. When we asked something via text or email it was responded to with in 24 hours. Even when the questions were about mail delivery or community issues like water Presure- I was given and honest and respectful answer. Post closing We still see Angel and he asks how ever is. He even emailed me the paint colors so I could get touch up paint. We are so pleased with our home and would recommend Pulti as the best builder!!! ... More

Our construction manager Shane is the best !! He was at all times on top of all the construction and very courteous. With Shene we would buy again and again!!!

Sales and service personnel were responsive and professional. Isleton townhome has a feel of a house.

Some amazing people working for Pulte, including our construction manager Dimitri and Zorinel our sales consultant. Both were and continue to be responsive and made the experience straight forward. Some aspects out of their control but they genuinely are great to work with. Original estimate for move in was Oct-Dec, moved in officially in April. Which is going to end up costing an unbearable amount of money with the interest rates increase, no one’s fault who we worked with directly but no way can we give 5 stars all around knowing it’ll hurt us in the long run in probably high 5 or 6 figures worth of interest. Some minor issues after move in with warranty on certain appliances, sanitation not being picked up correctly, USPS not being able to set up our address for first 9 weeks. And although everyone wants to assist, two of these issues are still ongoing. I’d chalk this up to a major concern so far we have on the after sales process of a new home with Pulte. A few small craftsmanships issues as well, one of the numbers of our address posted on our house fell off the other day, it was glued on although there are clearly holes made for drilling. ... More

From the initial meeting with the sales team to the walkthrough with the construction manager. Everyone has been friendly and always had time for us. It’s particularly difficult with us living in England so communication is vital. This has always been excellent. The swift response from the construction manager since we closed had been great. The overall quality of the home is what we expected and certainly what we have seen in previous Pulte developments. Thankyou

Our experience has been a mixed bag. Pulte has been pretty good with rectifying issues with our service calls etc. But there have been lot of quality issues we have been needing to address. As long as expectations are tempered and you are patient in the overall process things will get done. Our construct has been a great resource for us throughout the process.

We have been very pleased with our new Pulte home! Fabio was excellent and keeping us updated along the way and what next steps to expect. We are two months and now I am still loving everything about our new house. The quality of work exceeds our expectations! We were also happy with how the service was from Dan and helping us with our 30 day walk-through to fix any minor issues

I am very please with my new home. My contractor guided us every step of the way. Pulte built great quality homes for every level.

Good Design Good Price Good Build

Good experience with Sales person who was actually working at HighPointe --- she introduced me to Ocean Cove. Not involved in building phase of home purchase.

We love our new home. Great experience and great staff. Mindy, Matthew and Justin are very nice and responsive. In particular, Justin helped us installed garage handrail and restrooms' grab bar. we are very satisficed. Thank you so much.

Waited over a year for a home promised to be delivered in 6 to 8 months, only to be subjected to the sub-standard materials, sub-standard workmanship, overlooked construction discrepancies by the construction managers, paid upgrades that were never installed, lack of care or concern during the warranty period with NO follow-up to inquiries. We were also provided a poor turn-over of the home; not provided with any administrative access to our touch panels, nor the garage door keypad (which should not have been installed). We were also never provided any drawings of our home. With every newly constructed home that we have owned, in the state of Florida, the builder provided us a set of detailed drawings of the home, in case we need to update or modify our home at our leisure. This is an inevitable reality for disabled military Veterans, of a combined 48 years of honorable service to our country. Even with this request we received opposition from Pulte Homes and are forced to divulge private HIPPA protected medical information to receive drawings, to honor this request? The sales person Hannah did a good job keeping us up to date with the build including tons of photos since we were out of state buyers. The construction manager returned all my calls and answered all our questions which made the process less stressful. The only issues were timing which thanks to Ian and supply chains were understandably beyond Pulte's control. Our closing team was very good about fixing last minute issues including making a few last minute changes that saved me a lot of time and effort when I moved in and was very much appreciated.

Not even the sales team is nice. They are not knowledgeable at all, rude people. House bad, frames bad, plumbing bad issues since the first day

If I could go back amd purchase my home from Pulte I wouldn't. They are very hard to get ahold of near the end of the building process. They are not very good at communicating and wouldn't respond to emails. They made us miss out closing date and then blamed us for missing it.

Chad from sales and Jeff the construction manager are great. They quickly answered any questions and addressed any of our concerns. Most of the construction materials appear to be of quality and overall build of the house is good, but the attention to detail by the contractors is not there. Not all of our concerns were addressed before closing, but Jeff stayed in contact with us to make sure we were taken care of. Warranty process is simple and the response is quick. The loan process was by far the worst I have experienced. The Pulte website to upload documents was very problematic and I had to send documents via email in order to meet our closing date. Charlotte, the loan processor, did not seem very organized. The required documents list kept changing and I was asked to write a letter as to why I want to purchase the newly constructed home which was very strange. On the day of our scheduled closing day, Charlotte was out and a different loan processor reached out to notify us there was an issue verifying an employer. This was after having received loan approval days prior. This had us scrambling trying to resolve, but our closing date was rescheduled due to the issue. This ruined our plans for moving and wasted vacation days taken to close on the originally scheduled date. There was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience caused by Pulte mortgage's lack of attention to detail ... More

The quality does not reflect the price increases, homes are being sold for 6-700k+ but the lack of attention to detail is disappointing. Simple things like sanding down doors before painting them isn't done. The sense of urgency for repairs has dropped to almost zero now that I've closed on my house. My house is still filled with blue tape and has issues that aren't being resolved.

Two months after buying the house and moving in, we do not have keys to the mailbox. After asking the sales office multiple times we have just been passed around and no one is able to get the keys made for us. Otherwise great house.

The location was very desirable, but the Quality was not. Expectations for a nearly $400K unit were simply NOT met. The upgrades which were nearly $50K, were done with very little attention to Quality. My expectations for a new build were similar to purchasing a new car, yet this Pulte Townhome offered very little of that. Poor quality was evident in the painting, caulking, trim work. The construction process left the carpet full of construction dirt, despite the claim that it was "deep cleaned". Simple items such as insuring the windows were cleaned, were not completed. I'm now forced to work though Pulte's Warrenty team, for items that should of been addressed prior to completing the unit. In short, very disappointed with the quality, from one of the country's largest builders. ... More

No body take responsability. They say that the contractor come to home to fix the damage and the contractor come very late or don't appear for the house, so waste my time, my money and my patience, i signed two month ago and I can't live in the house because they repair something and damage other thing, I think that this nigtmare never will finish. I need to somebody to take my claims

Pulte sales team was great and got us set up fast and efficiently. Our construction manager was attentive during the construction phase but after it was a challenge to keep on them to finish the necessary work after closing. The build quality is passable but often find it wasn't done with any level of craftsmanship. Landscaping left much to be desired. Sod placed in the dead of winter has died and have been trying to wait for a reply. The sod dying and not taking is leading to some soil erosion and grading issues. I hope they respond soon to resolve this issue.

Pulte really went above and beyond for me and my family and I can’t say thank you enough. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler assigned to watch over your build you will be in great hands.
