The home buying experience was good my sale associate Dave was awesome. The only downfall was setbacks with home being built due to supply shortages and workers. I only wish I closed on time for the lower interest rate than 9 months later. I am overall pleased with my new home now.

Everyone was great during the process of purchasing and building our townhouse! The only downfall for us was the house didn’t look like it was professional cleaned prior to closing!

Location is critical in buying a home, Pulte homes understands this well and chooses strategic locations while building quality homes that makes us proud to own. We are very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long time of memories built in thr beautiful home.

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! From our first phone call with sales we felt completely at ease. Romina was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had taken our time and visited with the other builders in our subdivision but hands down what Pulte had to offer was incomparable. We were included every step of the way. Our Construction manager Ryan was an absolute dream. He addressed any concern asap and would follow up and keep us in the loop at all times. He was patient in explaining every inch of the house and is still available to answer any questions. Kudos to Pulte to for building beautiful homes and having a great reliable team. We paid a bit more, I feel mostly because we were buying in an up market. But Pulte was very good to work with and built us a good home. We did not face bad experiences.

Shandra and Jackson did a great job with the house and Cody also did great even though the mortgage didn’t work out with Pulte mortgage.

It is a good built home. The only issues is lack of detail from the contractors. They are moving so fast they don't have the fine fit and finish. Tiles can be raised in shower, door frame trim is not gapped right. Plumber put pipe across walk around from water heater. Little things. But overall good built house. Pulte guys great to deal with.

We are excited to be in the Caliterra subdivision and happy with our Pulte home--they have no control over the increasing interest rates. Our Project Manager was excellent to work with. Thanks

This was our first home buying experience and we worried a lot. But, things changed when we get involved with Pulte Homes Anna. It was nice step by step process and got guidance from various Pulte teams. Even we were out of country for few months, we got prompt updates and progress. Overall, I recommend Pulte for new home buyers.
