I can't stress enough, do not buy from pulte!! Even if you have given them a deposit, let them keep it and run!!! You can never say I didn't warn you! All the bad reviews are 100 percent true!

Never close on your new home until everything is completed. That includes your outside work. Sidewalks, driveways, landscaping and lawn. I was told before I closed on my new home in February that when the weather breaks they would do my sidewalk, driveway, landscaping and lawn would be completed. That is a lie! There are new houses built right now and they are getting their sidewalks and driveway done now. Here we sit with no sidewalks or driveways (just dirt and rocks). They told me and my other neighbors that are in the same boat that our outside work would not be completed for 2 MONThS! That is totally unfair and wrong. They said we would not get our sod till probably June! That is Not how you should run a business. There are a lot of people in this community that are very angry and upset. From what we have experienced to date, we are pleased with the quality of construction and responsiveness to our concerns. Our sales representative, Vanessa, and construction manager, Jesse, have been especially helpful.

All the issues has been repaired fast and well by Jon, we are very pleased

The builder was and their representatives were professional on all aspect of the built. The GC paid attention to the details during the time of the built, because we lived out of town during the time period.

Found multiple major issues after moving in, regret the purchase now. They haste the closing and later found two big holes in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets leading to rodents. Having issues with AC unit.

I have bought 3 homes from different builders and this one has been by far the worst experience regarding finance a nightmare literally, and the closing was even worst both Pulte Mortgage and Pulte title company. They treated me like a 3rd class person even though my Credit is 800+ and my income is well above average and I did 20% downpayment. The closing incentives are a gimmick the say they give you 8k for closing costs but the charge you 10k more on any kind of junk fee. I'm so sorry because no one should deserve to be treated like that.

Pulte Mortgage wonderful to work with. Sales office, nice agents over there, but workmanship, I am not happy. Even if buying new construction, my advice is always pay for a third party inspection.

Initial part of Pulte buying and building process goes smoothly, but once you get closer to closing it turns negative. They communicate like you are their priority, but all they care about is closing and getting your money. Once the closing date is set they don't charge it, even if they are behind. They do a poor quality rush job to ensure they can close. Then on the remaining items you are stuck dealing with contractors after closing which is a separate nightmare. After going through all the negative experience, you end up with a poor quality home with stains and scratches on the floor, uneven walls, paint stains on everything (floor, fixtures, etc.) across the house, poor paint job (can see drywall mud), mud stains on carpet, and much more. ... Good customer service. But I found a lot of things off after moving in such as screws outside the home everywhere, chipped doors, window screens loose, tilted outlets in the wall.

From the buying experience to the closing and the time thereafter I am more than happy with Pulte. I would recommend the company to my best friends.

I think I won't recommend this builder again. Quality of build is OK. Service is terrible been over 30 days didn't hear back from anyone about multiple ticket orders i put in.

If you have anything that you would like to incorporate into your new home that is not outlined in this builder's blueprint, then you will not get it. This builder is extremely restrictive and most likely will not allow you to make even simple changes. Therefore, you will live in their house and not yours.

Supposed to close in October, closed in February. Home looks great, I do have a rain gutter dumping out into the front of my walkway, so people walk through a big puddle. Workers were kind and considerate of my job and how limited knowledge.

I was very discouraged by the home market after searching for a home for two years. I got a text from my realtor about quick move ins and went straight to look. What I found was great curb appeal and great value at a great price. One look and I signed the next day. I am SO glad I did not overlook Pulte. The entire experience was totally painless and everyone was very helpful and responded quickly.

Firstly, Lynette is a wonderful person to work with. She helped us in getting the lot we are interested in and made our process very easy from signing the contract and until we moved in. While in the construction stage I worked with Ali, our construction manager who is an another wonderful person that I met during the process. He was very patient to answer all my questions and really took care of us with everything we wanted in our new home. Overall I'm very much satisfied that I chose Pulte.

My home buying experience with pulte was extremely positive. From the process being intiated to even the support recieved from the builders Forman (Joe). It has made a stressful home buying process feel worth it

The overall finish of the house is poor , each window in the house is different size , the shower bathroom tiles are not straight ,

Honestly we had purchased a home from Centex several years ago and had no issues. We loved it and loved the whole building process. We were really excited to build again with Pulte but had major issues this time around. We ended up with a new contractor and the end who was very responsive and worked really hard to try fix things and make things right and we appreciate all his help but we are now still having trouble getting things fixed after we closed and finding more and more stuff that has issues now that we have closed. The workmanship has been the hardest part of this especially for the cost of the house. There is minimal contact between us and the people who arrange getting items fixed or replaced. Often people will randomly show up to fix things and we had no idea they were coming or we will be at work and not have arranged for anyone to be home. Communication after closing has been difficult. My salesman Josh and construction manager were very helpful. My loan rep Justice was a poor communicator and hard to contact. After closing on property my warranty person Brock Has been slow or unable to resolve issues. Luckily I took pictures of defects the day I received my keys. Pulte in the past has been a builder I’m proud to recommend. Also Pulte was working with Shasta pool so construction would go smooth but that failed also

When purchasing a Pulte Home it is imperative that you have the home inspected by an independent home inspector at least 20 days prior to closing. Please do not underestimate how important this step is.

It is important to us to note that our Construction Manager was very attentive throughout this process and corrected a lot of things along the way for us. The problem lies in the workmanship of the contractors brought out to actually build the home. So many things missed or poorly put together that led to numerous revisits and revisions. Important to hire an inspector to ensure that every detail of the home that may not be obvious to the homeowner is looked over and corrected. It's disappointing that it requires so much effort to ask over and over again for things to get corrected, but if this is a home you plan to live in for a long time, you want to do everything you can to ensure it is correct. ...
