My husband and I decided to move from Prosper to Anna for a smaller town feel and because you get more for your money here! We chose Pulte because of their beautiful homes, well crafted workmanship and layout/design of the home. Our builder was Dan and he was fabulous! My wife and I found Pulte homes to be very honest and forthcoming. From the start, Chris gave us all the details about the house along with all the financial figures. I was skeptical that things were going to change somewhere along the way but they never did. All the way to closing there was no surprises. Also we cannot give enough praises to our builder Kelvin- he was incredible. Literally anything we had an issue with, he fixed it and he was very responsive. The building process went smooth and everything turned out as expected. We reside in NJ and Dylan and Tiffany were amazing! Keeping us updated every step of the way with emails, calls and lots of pictures! Closing went smooth as well. Several very minor issues were quickly addressed by Tiffany. We are very happy with our new home in Verdana Village and highly recommend Plute!

Had purchased a spec house in Arbor Oaks MI. Due to change of circumstances decide to build a larger model in the same community. Process was professional,transparent and really easy from sales through construction to close. Was able to customize my home for the family. Did a pre close inspection… no issues. We are very happy with our new home. The best part was the experience with our sales consultant Diane and the construction manager Dustin. They were both thorough, responsive and kind.

We have purchased several homes with Pulte and it has always been a great experience, but working with our supers at the Tohoqua community has been Amazing! Shane and Jordan have been on top of things every step of the way and have been great with communicating timelines and processes.

Since the moment we walked in the community we felt so good, thanks Maria for the welcoming you gave us. After many constructions we visited Pulte has what we where looking for.

Always get a prompt response

Charlene was great to work with from the beginning of the process. Not only was she pleasant each time we met, but if there was a question she could not answer, she did not hesitate to let us know and escalate appropriately. When things went into the building phase, Nate was very communicative and made sure my wife and I were kept to speed about each and everything going on. During the final walk-through, Nate made sure to address any additional things that we made him aware of. Charlene and Nate are amazing representatives of Pulte.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a home through Pulte Homes, and I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback with you. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by Nathan, the salesperson, and Eric, the construction manager. Both Nathan and Eric demonstrated exceptional communication skills and ensured that I received timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. Eric's proficiency in construction was particularly impressive, as he adeptly addressed and resolved every issue that arose during the construction phase. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship displayed by Eric and his team. However, I must bring to your attention some areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Regrettably, I found the communication from the mortgage loan officers and title company to be lacking. I felt uninformed about the money transfer process until the very end of the transaction, which was a source of frustration for me. I believe that enhancing communication in this area would greatly improve the overall home buying experience for future customers. Despite this minor setback, I want to emphasize that my experience with Pulte Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already recommended Pulte to several friends and family members based on the outstanding service provided by Nathan and Eric. Their professionalism and attention to detail have left a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that others will also benefit from choosing Pulte for their home buying needs. Our home turned out beautiful, and any issues seen in walkthrough or after moving in were attended to and fixed promptly. Our experience with the builders was great, unfortunately I cannot say the same with the process of the lenders during the approval of the loan, that area needs much improvement. Other than that, everything else was a smooth and great process!

The Pulte staff and management is very professional and has always taken care of any issue with Atmos urgency. This is my second home that I purchased with Pulte and I’m fully satisfied
