It was a long hurdle getting to the finish but it was worthwhile.

Great team. Everyone was supportive throughout the process and made things as easy as possible.

Sales manager and Construction manager were super helpful.

Love our new home in Waterset!

Pulte did really well in giving us update on our house construction, there's a little bit delay on the construction as planned but it's understandable since materials and labor are short at this time.

The experience I had from the initial sale to closing was flawless unfortunately due to current times of lack of materials and sufficient labor force the house was delayed but understandable I would recommend this property to any and all that is looking for a fantastic community and real people to work and live with.

It was a smooth sailing process, all the way from the sales office through the walk through, and to the closing. I must give a shout-out to the great guys we met along the way — Andrew, Levi (awesome guy) and Paul. However, I’d wished the house cost less or came with more upgrades for the price. Such as all wood flooring in the second floor, a wood-burning fireplace, a third full bath (ground floor in Frampton model) and ceiling moldings.

In my view Pulte is the best home builder because you don’t have to follow up on them - - they want a quality home as much as we do. Thanks!

Space was properly used within this 2180 sft. Well designed.

Given the crazy real estate frenzy going on and all the supply and labor issues Pulte was able to deliver what they promised.

While there were some problems at the closing walkthrough, which is normal, James and Travis (our construction manager and his supervisor), worked after closing until everything was perfect. They even remain in-touch today to fix small things as we notice them living in the home.

Beautiful home. Very responsive team. I wish some of the construction details would have be done with a little more attention.

How well received we were by Kori, Project Manager and Emmanuel, Warranty Manager to solve any usual expected new built issues we experienced. Pulte does a better build of homes in our opinion.

Harmony , Blair and Nate were all great.

Good workmanship and service yet a little bit pricey

No new home is “perfect” but Pulte certainly aims for that and as a result you will take delivery of something quite great. Pulte is also very VA friendly and zero down to them means 0 down. Now fellow Vets if you have debt keeping you from being where you need to be to qualify you may have to put some skin in the game to level the playing field. Don’t construe that as a down payment. Construe that as Pulte genuinely wanting to make sure you can afford the payment and not get in over your head. They also give Vets a break on the earnest money needed to hold your lot and build. This is not something that is typically waived as they would be taking all the risk but at 50% off for Vets it ensures your commitment to the build and makes it affordable to you at the same time. Other builders simply won’t do that but Pulte does and even gives a Home Town Hero credit towards your purchase. Very Vet friendly and it is appreciated. My direct neighbor is a Former Marine and our neighbor across the street is a Sailor so there you go.
