I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Everything was done on time and my home is beautiful. The process was very easy and management kept me informed every week regarding progress.

We had issues with the house since we moved still waiting for grass to be fix for the 3rd time and no sense of urgency!

Built a townhome with Pulte and the process was pretty average across what to expect for a home buying/building experience. It looks great at first but be prepared to notice issues shortly after. Only 2 months into living in a new space and already have a list formed for warranty items. I couldn't imagine living here for ore than 10 years without things starting to fall apart but it is great for a short term home idea.

It was great service and project manager contacted every week and when I had questions he answered and explain everything

Experience from the beginning to end of process was really smooth. Very happy with my new home. Hope everyone looking in this market can enjoy a smooth easy process like our family did.

In short, do not buy a Pulte home. In the first month, we’ve experienced leaky pipes, improper grading to the land resulting in water pooling around front and side yards, and a number of other issues a new home should not have. Fingerprints from workers are in multiple places, paint has chipped from multiple bedroom and bathroom doors, etc. Again this is a new home. We asked other builders about Pulte prior to signing with Pulte and they had glowing remarks. Also, the sales rep offered an additional concession if I could find a lender who didn’t require what Pulte’s lender was requiring and when I did, she reneged on the offer. I even took the complaint up the chain to the division president, Michael. He said he’d call me to hear me out and he never did. Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. They managed to turn our dream house into a nightmare with they lack of respect and responsiveness to the house issues, you pretty much have to chase them, and almost beg to fix issues at the house that you paid a lot of money for, like they doing you a favor. I’ve been waiting two months to use a summer kitchen that I paid $18.000,00 for, and still can’t because, the work on it is not complete, not counting the many others finishing issues and I’ve been begging them to have the contractor come and finish, and nothing! I am pretty much giving up on them , and I’m going to have to use legal means to force them to honor the house warranty. I had issues with pulte from day one , beginning with the sales manager, that after the sale was secured, never answered or returned my phone calls and text messages. This was a sign , that I was about to get frustrated throughout the whole buying process, and so I was and still am .The only one that tried to help me in whatever he could, was the foreman named Dominic Romano, other then him, everybody else just give you the run around, and believe me, make you mad. Very bad house buying experience I’ve been having with pulte, not happy at all and I’ll never do business with them again in the future. Really happy and satisfied with the new home they built for us. Would recommend pulte to my friends as we are highly satisfied with their finished home.

Throughout the whole process Andrew wanted to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We definitely appreciated his genuine concern to make sure things were done correctly!!

All the process was easy

Overall we’re happy with our home. The process ended up taking 4 months longer than they told us it would when we signed the contract but it was during the Covid supply chain period so I’m guessing most of it was out of their control. They were good about providing updates along the way and being responsive. When it came time to close, as with most new builds I think, there were quite a few things that weren’t up to par. We made the mistake of closing anyway instead of forcing them to fix them first and now we’re 6 weeks into being here and most things still haven’t been fixed. Our AC didn’t work for the first week we lived here (and we have an infant and live in Florida). The master shower doors didn’t line up or have a seal at the bottom so water just flowed onto the floor. Some cabinets in our upgraded kitchen still had raw, unfinished edges. One cabinet had a hole in the front where a screw had gone too far. A lot of stuff like that. And then there were 25 other minor things on top of that. Marissa and Isiah were responsive, timely and thorough a pleasure to work with

We started the process back in February 2022 with a visit to Edisto Beach for a long weekend with the family. What my wife didn’t know is was I scheduled a visit with Pulte and meet LaShay who showed us around the community and walked us through the model homes. Once the kids got to see the model home and the amount of space we could all have it was a no brained to make the move and relocate like so many other in the recent years. Pay attentionas some of the contractors work was shoddy

The house is good with high quality.very quick and satisfying service of warranty department and good HOA staff.

This is the worst business of my life. the house does not have any construction quality for the price. Poorly painted, caulking missing on all walls, exposed drywall, hunched walls, none with 90 degrees, all doors scratched and poorly painted as well as door frames. The air conditioning has been damaged 5 times, the last time I was without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and they still haven't given a solution. Driveway flooring sagging, cabinets damaged, backsplash poorly done, you would never recommend anyone buy a home from Pulte. The warranty department takes time to respond and solve the problems ... From sales to closing, we have had a positive experience

Before move in, our Pulte sales rep was not able to answer many questions, and at times provided incorrect information. After move in, there have been a number of issues with the house, generally minor, that are chalked up to poor craftsmanship. Poor flooring installation, thin paint with visible drywall tape, visible gaps between drywall sheets, non functional appliances. Working with our construction manager was at times effective, and other times we would get no response at all. A pulte warranty rep called us and rambled for 10 minutes about why some issues will be ignored by her team, despite our purchase of a brand new half million dollar home with a 1 year warranty on workmanship. ... So far so good. Can’t complain.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with a great team while building our home. Travis our consultant went above and beyond making sure we had everything needed to close in a timely manner and for that I really appreciate him! Big shout out to our builder David, the service, knowledge and professionalism he showed went beyond great measures. We were truly blessed to have had the honor of working with him to make sure our home was complete. I could write a book for how David was there every step of the way and even after! Overall is good, there is couple some small details that is not so good, but sales and construction manager are very easy to talk and reply very quickly.

We liked Pulte construction quality and service throughout.

Great experience and love the floor plan.

Great communication and follow thru during the entire build process.
