Sales process was seamless, we were kept informed throughout the build and were given advance notice in case there were any issues or delays. Both sales agent and Construction manager were amazing to work with.

We really love the new home. Pulte was on time with all their milestones in the building process and has been very responsive in fixing issues after we have moved in.

my customer service representative went above and beyond. helped me take care of some minor issues encountered. all in all a good home buying experience. great value if it was not for the recent rise in the market price.

Let me start by saying how happy we are with our purchase. We were very exited about the home when we purchased it. Everyone is been nice, communicating well and answering all my issues. We only had a small issue at the end but overall everything was good. I will give. 9 out of 10. Totally purchase another one with them!

Salesperson, field manager and customer service afterwards were all very professional, responsive, and home was built on schedule. Easy to see the home in all building phases. Overall a painless and exciting house build!

The fact that I even got into Wild Blue in the first place is an absolute fluke. Luck was on my side and I was able to get one of the very last lots that were available and a nicer, more exclusive, higher-end property. The sales staff was equally as excited for me as I was to be there, when we discovered that I would be able to build a house after being turned away due to “Wait-Lists” at (frankly lesser) Pulte developments as compared to Wild Blue. I found the overall value, exceptional quality of the development, amenities and affluence of Wild Blue to be extraordinary, which is part of the overall appeal, which well exceeded my expectation. The sales team (Cathy, Heather and Mark) were highly engaged and worked with me to get exactly what I needed, and often covered for each other. Mark had his hand on my wallet, but for all the right reasons, and convinced me that an investment in another bedroom, would benefit the resale value, even though I didn't need the room. He was right, and I knew it, which we laughed at! Cathy was the driving force and made sure that I locked the property, once the right deal was struck. She was a great Buyer's advocate. During the design phase, Laura was engaging and presented lovely options, and was remarkably impressed at some of the coordinated choices that were down selected. I knew exactly what I did and did not want and She made it fun and thus we got exactly what we wanted. The building phase was probably the most fun to watch. David was our production manager and absolutely amazing and supporting exactly what I knew what was going on with the build given my architectural and construction background. Many of the Pulte Team members had text messages from me at all hours with my zany questions, which were always answered. Pulte mortgage was equally flexible and forthright and trying to find the right solution for the longer term and in the end has Asmir in Colorado put together a winning deal that took a lot of finesse. Everybody was readily available and when they weren’t, they were very responsive and communication was not an issue. The sales staff (J and J) were very professional from the outset. They kept me informed of updates as soon as new information became available, so there were never any surprises. The job superintendents were on point and knew their craft. They possessed a thorough knowledge of the product and process, from digging the trenches, laying the foundation up and to when the last nail on the house was hammered. The entire process exceeded my expectations.

Overall home buying experience was great.

My purchasing experience was very smooth. My team held my hand throughout the entire process. Everytime I have a question it only took an hour to have a very detailed response. I would recommend Pulte to my friends and family. We are so excited be be in our new home.

Great experience with Lisa and Jordan!! Back end follow-up team after we closed and completed working with Jordan lacked in response time. Took way too long for backend team to follow-up on issues post closing. Again, Lisa and Jordan were FANTASATIC.

I’ve bought two new homes in the past 8 years and this was the best of the two. LaShay was a helpful and responsive sales rep and Owen was a very responsive & attentive project manager. I visited the site often and perhaps that made a difference in the process of construction. Any new home has some issues that need to get addressed and for me, that process for me was smooth. I didn’t have that many issues, and the ones I did have were resolved to my satisfaction. I love my new home and my new neighbors.

I love my new home! From the beginning design process and thru the build process I was kept informed and all my questions were answered promptly. My sales rep and contractor were very knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, and guided me thru the process, minimizing the stress associated with having a house built. However, for the price of the home I wish there were more upscale options included for my home type, the ranch home. Also, I think Pulte should do a better job cleaning the home before it is transferred to the homeowner. I was told at my final walkthrough when I pointed out several areas throughout the home that needed cleaning it would be cleaned by my closing date. Many of the areas were not cleaned. Especially on my countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors, baseboards, and inside cabinets where wood particles remain from the install. Some may say this is minor because it is not easily visible but when you touch the surface you feel the paint, grout, caulk, or other material used. The cleaning team that is used is not doing a good job cleaning the home. I realize that the new home will definitely have to be cleaned to the new homeowners standards, but the new homeowner should not have to clean multiple areas several times to remove building materials left on surfaces, floors, and inside cabinets. ... We have had a very positive professional experience with each Pulte team member. From our salesperson at the model, to the designer at the design center to our site manager we would do it all again with Team Pulte here in Indianapolis.

Tie in to Pulte Mortgage with closing cost incentive was a plus. Quality of painting on doors and trim, and some wall areas could have been better.

Hi, I bought a home at one of the Pulte communities recently and the home buying process was clear and very easy. the construction manager Josh helped a lot and explains all the Queries at the right time as I am the new buyer. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

My overall experience with Pulte was good. William, the sales agent proved to be very knowledgeable and honest in assisting my family and I with choosing the best lot and model that suited our needs. Harrison, our Project Manager was very attentive and responsive with concerns that we had. My only issue was with the workmanship of some of the contractors. However, discrepancies or issues were resolved in a timely manner by Harrison.
