The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

We absolutely love our new Pulte Home. The best thing we love is the quality of our Home as well as the weekly updates from Brady our construction manager. That made the process so much completely seamless. Thank you.

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

From start to finish, our experience with Pulte was great. We have been well taken care of, lots of open communication and celebration, and even after our build was complete & moved in, we have been well taken care of on anything that has arisen in a timely fashion. I would recommend Pulte to anyone!

We have had an awesome experience with all people associated with Pulte. They are amazingly responsive to any issues or questions. Extremely friendly and helpful!

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. Builder always update of home progress on weekly updates , they delivered what they promised

During the pandemic, Pulte delivered our home on schedule and has been responsive to our questions and concerns after moving in.

We just moved into our new home The Retreat at Glenross. Great overall value and located in Olentangy schools. Pulte was amazing through the purchase, financing and assisting with any house issues after closing. Amazing neighborhood with 2pools, golf course, basketball, sand volleyball and Frisbee golf - all in the neighborhood!

Our field manager and sales associate were very responsible and expressed interest in addressing all our concerns. Ask about how your layout will sit next to your neighbors’; our bathroom has a window above bathtub facing into neighbor’s upper hallway window!! (We fixed with an adhesive stained glass.) Approaching closing, the process became a bit rushed. We are planning to use the warranty for every little thing, but they haven’t been able to come out yet with the pandemic. They have been providing phone support which is good!

I had a great experience with Pulte homes, mortgage company and foreman when building my home. The communication was consistent, detailed and I felt very confident I was getting a great home.

So we're loving our new home and the great use of space. There were small issues most of which were associated with the current pandemic that were quickly addressed and corrected.

Dustin and Devin at North Woods made the whole experience a breeze. We love our new home!

So far so good, there are a few things that need to be addressed but my overall experience has been very positive.

We really like our new Canopy home. This is our second Pulte home and so we knew overall we would be very happy. I could not give 5 stars for the quality of workmanship and materials but it was only in two areas - drywall and painting. I believe Pulte will do the right thing to try and correct our painting concerns but it is too late for the drywall. Please know it is not terrible - just not as great as our past experience.

Most of major structure and design is good as I expected and the quality is great as their reputation. Just a few minor thing need to be straight out quickly. And the responsiveness to issues need to be handle quicker and timely
