This home buying experience was worth the wait. Art walked us through the entire building process and kept us well informed by sending us weekly updates and pictures. It’s like watching our precious baby grow. Every questions we had was answered and thoroughly explained. We felt at ease with the quality of the building materials because Art made sure quality assurance inspection was conducted after each phase. We love the fact that we were invited to inspect the quality ourselves prior to the builders sealing the walls with drywalls and stucco. Marc Taglieri at sales office is awesome - knowledgeable, helpful, caring, honest and most friendly. This is the second house I bought from him at this community. Justin S. is extremely helpful in overseeing the construction process, so is Jack P ,Kylie and Bradley from Warranty/customer care that absolutely took care of any issues promptly. Victoria at design center is amazing in advising our interior options. PGP Escrow officer Alyssa K was super efficient and responsive. All great people.

We were remote buyers, yet the Pulte team made sure to stay in close contact with updates, pictures and important milestones/information throughout the process, including a virtual settlement to accommodate our move schedule. Solid team of sales, construction management and settlement resources. Thank you.

Overall I'm gonna say it was very positive and that I like the experience and the home. HOWEVER, architecturally I am very upset with where they placed the water tank and the fact that it takes over 5 minutes to get hot water through the tap in the bedroom and in the kitchen. I think that is unacceptable. They say a "tankless" is an upgrade but I disagree - I hate it. I am thinking about hiring a plumber to put in a regular water heater in my master closet so I can have hot water as soon as I turn on the faucet. I am very livid about this.

Overall quality was good. Seemed to be in a hurry to get the closing done by the end of the month. Some sloppy work especially the painting and cleaning before occupancy.

Builder Rafael was great and very responsive. He heed to our every complain or issue during construction process

The whole experience from selecting our home to the finished product was excellent. Follow up however on defects has been challenging.

Building a new home is always tough. That said, for the vast majority of the build with Pulte was great. And so far, the warranty work has been handled quickly and very professionally.

The Pulte process provided weekly communication through out the building process. Everyone was very responsive.

Nowadays, purchasing a new house with all the craziness going on in the world is a major challenge. Only the experienced builders are figuring out! Pulte is definitely one of those builders. Customer service, open communication, honest feedback and immediate follow through are the reasons that Pulte made our purchasing of our new home such a nice experience.

Overall, smooth process given the supply issues. Field manager and sales reps were all great. Pulte Mortgage was a bit frustrating but still got us in our home on time

We bought a model home. Exceptional follow up to complete all of the small details - touch up paint, replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, etc. great response for one minor issue post closing. Thank you.

Overall, the experience from signing to closing was great. The responsiveness after the 30 day walkthrough has been wanting. They promised to fix any lingering issues but the it seems they are not in a hurry to do any of that. Why promise to do something then renege?
