A lot of issues with the house despite the fact that the construction was delayed beyond belief.

We had multiple issues with the final details of our home. The final paint was subpar, sloppy finishing with gaps on baseboards and stairs. We also had a roof leak in our bathroom the first week we moved in. With the price we paid, the finishing details should have been better. We delayed closing twice to have major issues addressed like bowing walls and mal-stained landings.

Be cautious of the “quick move in’s” ours was supposed to be ready in November. Which is why we purchased this home. Did move in till middle of February. Sales agent didn’t even bother to show up on closing day, yet we saw on documents the commission amount. No one was there to explain any HOA details, how to make payment, etc. A few items in house did not work. Still waiting to be fixed.

Overall it was good. Teresa was great to work with in sales, Really listened to what you were looking for and what your range was. Also gave great ideas to your future home.

This was our 8th home/condo purchase in 50 years.. Pulte did a fine job thru the whole process. It was definitely one of our best experiences.

I was told all issues would be taken care of before closing. They were not. I have been here a month and am still waiting

We love our new home. Any issues that came up, our customer care manager, Steve W. was wonderul to work with.

I don't have any words to say how bad the whole process is and how much mental stress and pain they can give to buyer. Everything they will say we will fix and force you to close the home and they will give you letter of intent and finally after the close ... you hear the words "" As per Plan"", we won't do anything. The new home becomes 10 year old within a year with so many breaks and fixes as part of warranty. The construction team quality is very poor and they think warranty team will fix incase of leaks and issues. So you end up with fighting with warranty and break walls, doors of your new home. There is no honesty, they will change rules from buyer to buyer, not on their promises and words. The main highlight thing is they will say yes initially and keep delaying a final confirmation and they will say after couple of weeks either No or not possible, by the time you lost your interest and fed up with follow ups. I do not have an option to give negative rating which they deserve 100% and I can say in one word they show " A Magic Show " to sell home. ... More

We love our home but the trades all did a haphazard job in the house and lacked really finishing the job. Some walls not painted in closets, wrong color grout/caulk, crooked lights, drywall issues, etc. Be ready to GC your follow up work and expect lots of no shows

Quality of materials used is concerning. There are mold in basement which is not covered with in warranty. Radon level is high which is also not covered in warranty.. Any cosmetic damage that you see post closing is also not covered under warranty.. So basically you are taking the same risk when you buy from any ordinary builder except you pay premium price here..

Mike was so helpful always available to answer question and show me progress. Marsha was most helpful in getting g the French door changed to open outward instead of into the table area in the kitchen Rachel was always available when I stopped in. Thanks !!

Amazing experience with everyone I interacted with, from the front office to project managers, loan officers, etc. However, at this price point, (over 600k), I had certain expectations for a home. Some of the standard/builder grade options were the same/less than my first new build (approximately 20 years ago). For example, I had a better shower/tub in my apartment than the stand tub/shower combo in my over half a million dollar home. In addition, some things just felt rushed. For example, there were a number of areas where paint hadn't been removed from the hard wood, paint dried but looked as though it was still dripping because of the way it dried...just small cosmetic things I didn't notice until after I moved in. ... We had a water leak in the office room downstairs. We put in a warranty claim. The initial response was very fast which we appreciated it. The leak was fixed and stopped quickly. However, we’ve been waiting for more than a month for the drywall and the carpet that were damaged to be fixed. This should not take this long. My wife works from home and uses this office for work. We are having a very bad experience with the warranty issues to be completed in a timely manner. It is very disappointing.

Have not been back to fix our issues.

It's worst and I am not going to think again going ever with Pulte Homes. Buying and building process with them was is fine but we are very disappointed with the quality of work and materials they used in the home even with everything we chosen to upgrade. I feel like we have overpaid them a lot compared to the value we received. I have contacted the service agent to get these fixed and still from 2 months waiting to get fixed With upgrades, Most of them marked to get fixed during the final walkthrough were still had open between the final walkthrough and the closing. we feel Pulte is focusing only on building many homes as they can and increasing the revenue number. Another thing I'm extremely disappointed with is that Pulte isn't flexible at all. You would have to work per their schedule and they will hardly make any changes you would want to make in the schedule even with early communication. I would advise new buyers to be very careful in buying a Pulte home. ... More

To date Brian has resolved the items I’ve found needing correction and or repair. I closed at the end of January but will be moving in the end of March AA I needed to come back to AZ to close the home I had here. I hope the Pulte response to action items I may find upon return is still high level customer satisfaction

Really happy to work with our builder Kevin, Very good experience working with him. But we are not happy with couple of things, We didn't get the brick and appliances which are promised from pulte group

The finishing work work was horrendously bad: crooked, unfinished trim around the floors, doors that were not level, wall paint over spray on the floor, panels with over a half inch gap in the flooring that was filled in with a brown substance, missing handles on the drawers and cabinet doors, drawers installed with the wrong glides, unpainted end pieces on the cabinet trim, blinds improperly installed and with the wrong handles, door stops installed backwards which punctured the doors etc. Response from those responsible has been very late and the corrections that have been made so far have come with silly excuses as to why those items were left in the condition they were. Over all - cabinetry and fixtures are cheap and I don't expect them to last very long. If not for the constraints of location and timing I would not have bought the house. I can tell you I will not be recommending Pulte to any one and will certainly pass along my experience to those who ask. ... More

A lot of open issues during closing, which the construction team did address afterwards.

So far a nice experience. I just felt that, in a rush to close the house sooner, there were few things not taken care. The flooring was not so clean despite requesting to be cleaned few times. First floor carpet had marks several places and for a brand new home this is unacceptable. Some wood and Paint works are not so great. The front door paint is 2/10 kind of rated work. Front door and back door locks are not great, doors need to be pulled hard to put the locks ( remember its a new house) I am happy with the location otherwise and the house is spacious for me. I just hope Pulte takes care of issues I pointed out above. ... More

We are thankful that we built our home with Pulte. From the initial meeting with our sales rep, Jack, until we closed on the home, we had a terrific experience. Everyone on the builder's team took great care of us. Our family is thrilled with our new home.

Not happy at all with the person that did our walk thru both times. He’s no longer on the job site and that’s great news. There are a ton of things he was supposed to address and didn’t. It feels so horrible to spend so much on a house and to see so many imperfections. I don’t understand how my house from 2005 doesn’t have close to the defects this home by Pulte has in 2023. It doesn’t make sense.

Pulte staff was great during all process, from the showing to title and insurance, and very good on customer service
