Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

All issues were uncovered after closing. Below are areas of concern 1. Poor quality paint job despite paying for an upgrade 2. Cheap finishes in the home from faucets/shower heads (paid upgrade), carpet (paid upgrade), tile (paid upgrade), bathroom sinks (paid upgrade) are poor quality and cheap looking. The upgraded tile was also poor quality and the grout applied looks like sloppy and full of holes. 3. No landscaping package offered on an $800k+ home. There are multiple areas of uneven grading for the entire lawn. Grass is dying as the pressure in the sprinkler system is awful. Was informed that it is a known problem but Pulte has done nothing to address it. Nothing will be done to fix as as closing has already taken place, 4. The upgraded cabinets are also poor quality with an installer who did not paid attention to detail; caulking had to be cleaned in numerous areas; nailheads visible on cabinets, visible joint lines etc. 5. Electrical outlets/lights not working in a few areas. 6. Drywall and stucco issues throughout the home. This list just scratches the surface. The bottom line is Pulte does not deliver a high quality home with finishes comparable to its price point. Every single aspect of the home was sub contracted without any expectations of holding contractors to a high standard. This experience demonstrates Pulte has adopted a “profit at the expense of quality” attitude with home building. Pulte will nickel and dime you for every single aspect of the home but fails to deliver anything that would be considered polished and finished. Pulte has been a great experience to purchase from. As a first time buyer the process was simple and well explained. The quality of the home is great and energy efficient.

I am glad finally I got my new home, however it took much longer than it was promised. Quality is good but few things still to be fixed. Customer Care group is fixing certain things in the house which I have noticed after I moved in. One of the item still giving a lot of trouble, this item is conduit used for providing Internet Service for my house is damaged/clogged and I still do not Internet my after one month of my moving. Pulte Customer Care unable to fix this issue and I am dealing with Internet provider, AT&T to do whatever possible to provide Internet in my house. I do not know when it will be done. Our sales associate was great at communicating. Very responsive. There was some miscommunication at end with the price we thought we had negotiated and what we needed up paying- so that gave us pause

Buying from Pulte Homes was a great experience. Everything went well.

Where as we love our new home layout, we are very disappointed with the process and quality of materials. The standard finishes are embarrassingly cheap. When you walk through the models you are tempted to mimic what you see but doing so will cost you many 10’s of thousands more. The sales and construction crew made many promises they were not able to deliver and left a terrible taste in my mouth.

I have noticed while living in the townhome now, that there are paint coming off, as well as materials that is the most basic. Every material, in order to obtain improvement and better material, was extra cost for upgrades. Would be better and more affordable this day, age, and time, with the cost of living in the bay area super expensive, to provide some better material. Though email and phone call helped, I also wish that the company had closer companies that we can set up in person appointments. The build took a year which meets the standard of the contract however, was hoping that the build would finish in a 8 - 10 month. From beginning, with the time not being great, interest rates high and the market not being too great either, it did not help that the sales agent was sent to another location and that I was not able to move to a different sales agent that I can see in person. Along the process, it was difficult coordinating, communicating, and wondering what is going on with the mortgage company because they are in Denver! Finally, the title company was stationed in Roseville, however they accommodated by sending a notary to our home. There was a lot of headache, a lot of limited access, and other things. Along with that, the process felt like it was not the best. Builders kept in touch and was accommodating to assist and show us the house and building process. Customer service is an important aspect of house buying and I feel it was not the best. Easier and better method was communicating with a sales agent that was actually at the Bay37 Sales office and there was more communication and assistance at that office because we can meet in person. The team was responsive to my needs.

Roof was leaking, ever since the home was built and house had mold on the walls and under the floor right after closing. Was told by roofer that this was a common issue due to framing. Pulte is still building this elevation, so buyer beware. False promises and sweet talking before signing of contract. Lot premium is a rip off, and appraisal is only for the base price. Base price includes nothing of value. I would NOT recommend this builder, nor would I be buying a Pulte home again.

The Pulte's closing subsidiary P&P Tile representative was very unresponsive, took multiple emails to make simple changes to contract. Pre walkthrough process is worthless. Not all items were addressed before closing even though extra time was provided before final walkthrough. Was some of the remaining items will be addressed soon after closing. We are month post closing, we items are still pending. Within 2 weeks of closing and moving in, we had flood in the basement. Water line broke - making us question the quality of work. This was our first new construction home with Pulte Homes. The sales staff were very engaged and easy to work with. The selections team were great to collaborate with when picking out our customizations. The communication from the construction manager was excellent and thorough throughout the entire building process. I would highly recommend building with Pulte Homes.

There was a lot of handover during the duration from the day we made the deposit till we close the house which has created a lot of frustration and anxiety especially for a first time home buyer throughout but the team however, took great care of us till the delivery of the house which we were really grateful. Special shoutout to Lauren, Roxanne and Nate!

Please with most of the workmanship. When we had minor issues within our first month, response was swift. We are very please with our new Pulte home.

The overall finish of the house might be very poor if you do not pay the upgrades that cost a fortune!! Slab 5X10 in the backyard - cannot even put a table with 4 chairs!! Frustrating and disappointed!

Most everything went smoothly, but a few times I reported an issue in my unit and didn’t hear back. Jose, was able to assist and all of the issues were resolved. I also noticed there are rats running around probably due the garbage bags put out once a week. Can we do something about this?

Kirk and Tran were very thorough and helpful throughout the whole buying and orientation process. There is a really nice flow to how everything works at Pulte and that starts with the people. Thank you to everyone who made this process so positive!

The quality of the home met expectations....some of the normal details that need attention will need to be addressed on the next visit to the home.

The sales agent Rachel was great in every area answered questions/concerns pre and post closing. Allen our building manager was great to work with as well, we trusted our home in his hands.

The site/construction manager is quick and responsive to any quality issues and address it in a satisfactory way. This is the only worthy note of the whole process. Other areas need improvement, especially the sales, the quality and the design of the house.
