Matt and Sam were godsends. We were first time homebuyers that spent a year bidding on existing homes and getting beat out, or backing out because we felt we would have to offer too much for a 20+ year old home. While we did have some hesitations with building, Pulte came through. Build was done on time, and they corrected everything that needed corrected. Thank you!

The people we worked with were responsive and easy to talk to. We got a beautiful home and are so happy to be here. The sales office was great and the design center had beautiful options to choose from.

It is important to look very carefully at EVERYTHING and possibly have a third party inspection before taking possession of the house. In the current climate of workers, it is difficult to get people to come back for repairs in a timely manner.

The builder's sales agent was very humble, respectful and helpful. She worked with us throughout the building process. The Constructors were also on point. They addressed all our issues in time and listened to our opinions. Overall great building experience. Pulte rocks.

We have had a couple of issues and Leo and Lorenzo have been great about running the issues to ground. A couple more items have popped up in the past couple of weeks but I am confident in the Pulte team to get them resolved quickly and efficiently.

Warranty and craftsmanship could be better. It is a nice experience overall.

She really took her time with us prior to signing to go over the levels of potential upgrades my wife and I was interested in so we could truly understand our spending power. She was the reason we went with Pulte. We felt that because of the time she dedicated to us prior to signing we felt like it was less surprises on what upgrades cost. If we could do it all over again my wife and I would work with Jessica.
