We came in buying a completed spec build. The sales rep Craig was great, gave us a great deal and very helpful along the way. The site manager Brian has been a wealth of knowledge and very responsive to small little things we noticed even after close. Overall great experience and we are enjoying the house!

Very happy with the house we customized. It took us one 13 months to finally close it from signature to signature. Pulte team very friendly and helpful… until closing. After closing you get to deal with customer care, which is almost inexistant. Every touch up they promised to fix after closing are still pending (5 weeks after closing).

Pulte made it easy to buy. The quality is good. The personnel are helpful. At the end the whole process left a good feeling with us

Would not recommend. Poor response time to issues. Quality is terrible for the price of homes.

The home took a bit longer than estimated to be completed. But that is understandable given the supply chain issues plaguing every industry these past few years. Our Sales Consultant and Construction Manager did an outstanding job navigating the setbacks this caused and ensured our closing date, once established, did not get delayed. Although, a few minor things still needed touch-up after our move-in, we are satisfied with the overall quality of the home and their persistence to ensure any post-closing line-items are fully addressed.

Lots of contact and support through the process of building. Whole Pulte team was very responsive to questions and concerns. Minor niggle is that the process of closing is very standardized and did not cope well with my somewhat non standard situation.

Customer Care Service after closing is excellent!

We reposted a lot of things on our last inspection that was not fixed. The AC was not working, and the AC company mentioned they had a ticket for that before closing, and was never fixed, so they knew about it. It was not a great experience at all

Overall, we are thrilled to be here. “The Marys” in the sales office were awesome. Construction delays were frustrating but understandable. Sean and Mike W from construction were great! We love the quality of the unit and any minor imperfections will be taken care of. The clubhouse and small gym are fine but it will be interesting to see if will be adequate as the community grows. We really wish there was a pool here but I suppose there would be negatives to having one. Our neighbors are all very nice.

We purchased a build that already had its custom features selected by someone who was going to purchase but chose not to. There were a lot of things that were told to us about the home that turned out not to be exactly correct. Which we did not learn until after we moved in. The materials used inside the home are not top of the line as we were told. The cabinetry is mass produced and cheaply made. The LVP flooring that was raved about is Shaws cheaper LVP that scratches and scuffs very easily. The service was subpar as well the items that were suppose to be completed before closing were not and 2 months have passed and still we are waiting. We closed within a few weeks to help Pulte Homes meet a deadline to get house sold before new year, but we do not feel we have been taken care of. The home is not wired as a smart home it can be but was not and the vender we were given as a contact did not want to help us AT ALL with any upgrades or even share what had been done in the home! There is no blocking in the walls to hang the TVs. ... More

I was pretty excited for this house, but as time past and I saw how it was being built, that feeling of 'this is a perfect home' faded. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the pieces of the home feel good (flooring is great, hardware is good when it's not painted over, and overall layout is perfect) but the workmanship involved in putting it all together seemed sub par and rushed. This is the second home over purchased and the cost this time was significantly more, so my expectations were equally as high. In terms of the structural quality, I have no doubts it's solid. In terms of the drywall and after work, I'm not as pleased. One of the major issues was the house was painted incorrectly and went unnoticed until I said something. This led to hardware outside the home being painted around which effects the finished look. On top of that, the weeks before closing had a hard freeze and nearly all the landscaping died. I made the report immediately as the house looked awful. It's been about a month and a half with no fix or follow up. For as much as we paid for this home, I felt the list of issues post closing is too lengthy. The rate at which the issues are currently being addressed is still to be determined. I'm sure everything will be fixed in the end, but knowing that I have to do the work to get everything fixed (report obvious issues and have to schedule getting them fixed around my schedule) because the workmanship was poor in the beginning is a bit disheartening. ... Poor quality Many issues identified before closing. Most of them are still open

Jose (Sales representative) is great. He explain things in detail and always available to answer any questions we had. Shaun ( construction manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable.

This is our second home but our first ever built and the whole process was stressful to say the least. I was disappointed at the quality that the house was delivered. The quality of workmanship and materials are embarrassing and doesn't worth the money we pay for the house. We came upon several issues while we did our preclosing check up and our concerns were heard until we had to involve more people. The house would have been delivered better if Pulte homes didn't push to finish the house sooner than it was supposed to. I doubt we will go with Pulte homes for our next house. NEVER AGAIN!

Overall, the experience was fair to good, but there are areas that left us underwhelmed. The team at the sales office was professional, responsive, and friendly. Their genuineness was refreshing and made making the purchase easy. They felt like they were genuinely advocates for us in the process, which was a definite plus. However, the volume of homes being completed simultaneously in our development meant that many items went unnoticed or things occurred that needed to be communicated but were not, which was frustrating. Frequently emails were responded to quickly, but then the action steps needed for resolution required a follow-up email or call on our part to set things in motion. Overall, Pulte uses an effective home-building process, and the people working for them seem genuine and honest. However, because their business is based on the volume of homes they build, you may get a different quality control or attention to detail than you might expect when purchasing a home at this price range. ... As a first time buyer, I had a very positive experience. Kyle kept me up to date with the progress of the construction. During my walkthrough, he was very professional. He was a pleasure to work with during this process. Kyle was thorough during the walkthrough as he pointed out details and pending issues with the build while assuring me that he would personally see that each issue that needed to be complete or corrected. As the closing date was approaching, he organized all the trades involved and made sure to resolve all pending items on the build. Kyle was true to his word and I felt like I was heard, treated with respect and he made extra efforts to make sure that I would be satisfied when handing over the keys to the house. Material used is low quality and workmanship is sub-standard. We have been in the home for 4 weeks and some of carpeting is already coming off at the seams. Some of the tiles on the floor are damaged, door knobs are loose and some doors do not shut properly. Kitchen drawers are not aligned properly. A large package (mattress) that was erroneously delivered prior to our closing date, was stolen by someone on site - which the crew could and should have left in the garage or inside the house. House and garage were not cleaned before we move-in date.

Our overall build process was honestly a nightmare. We had such high hopes knowing friends who have built with Pulte and were so happy, but our experience was quite different. If we weren't on top of things every step of the way, not really sure how the outcome would be. The quality was not there. Time frames were not met. There seemed to be no organization to when and how things were done creating chaos and rework that was redundant. Damage seemed to continually be done that was unnecessary and deliberate, some we had to take care of ourselves after moving in. We were basically our own manager creating the punch lists needed for completion and pushing the process forward. We closed 4 months ago and major items on our closing punch list are still not completed, our home is still not completed. It is disheartening to have such a terrible experience with a company that supposedly has such a good reputation, we felt like they just didn't care. There were so many things to deal with that some we had to just say we'll live with it, but we shouldn't have to. We wanted to feel happy and excited for our new home but instead felt (and still feel) overwhelmed by the issues that currently still exist. As I sit here with a strained back from all of the cleaning and manual labor we ourselves have had to do to make our home livable and presentable, I truly feel saddened that this was our experience, it shouldn't have been. I hate writing bad reviews but this had to be said to hopefully protect other home buyers from the same experience. ... More
