Love the house. Construction manager/supervisor was fantastic. He listened, and really worked hard for us to support the customer service promises we were given at the outset. The sales office on the other hand, was much more prickly to deal with. We heard "No" quite a lot in answer to our needs from the condescending and dismissive sales rep, only to find later that the simple things we'd requested were possible, available, do-able, etc. In short, if you can get past the initial salesperson experience, the rest of the team was really good, and the home turned out beautifully.

It was difficult applying stars because where there were issues a 1 would apply. Firstly our major complaint is we are very upset about the symbiotic relationship between your subcontractors Uxari (security and sound system) and Coast to Coast Pool (pump) with the internet provider Blue Stream’s system. We moved in November 13th and are still experiencing major issues with the technology provided by both vendors. Sales Rep Megan, Design Center Rep Maureen, CM Daniel and Customer Rep Kayla were all great to work with. CM Daniel, in particular, listened to my concerns and worked to address them. Getting things done quickly, however, was less satisfactory, which was frustrating when I was eager to get settled and enjoy my new home. My main criticism is the quality of the finishing on the woodworking. Hopefully this will be addressed at the quality review in about 9 months.

Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

Our experience with our salesperson was great; however, our interactions with the construction manager were disappointing. Several important details were overlooked, such as instructions for using the dehumidifier and guidance on setting up our utilities. During our final walk-through, many of the identified issues were still unresolved. James my construction manager was very helpful and responsive to my questions or concerns. Elizabeth designer assistant was great. She was very patient and helpful in picking out my choices. Gayle was wonderful to deal with when I first purchased the home.

Overall, I love the modern style, fit and finish of the home, however, the detail work isn't up to par. While responsive and easy to work with, our construction Mgr could not fix all the wrongs. Surely this is an industry wide problem not just Pulte which is unfortunate.

Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.

I would of preferred Pulte to not rush building this townhome. I have had many issues with the craftmanship. I think if Pulte would of taken their time building this townhome, there would of been less issues to address in the home. I think Pulte buids a solid townhome but needs to slow down with construction so it is done right. The response time repair things in the townhome is good but too many problems to address. The build process was good, on time. Sales was great. Many electronics never worked. Google doorbell and nest devices are inoperable. Won’t replace, service company Phoenix Systems in charge of install are ridiculous. It’s not difficult to give me the correct code to make the devices work. They want additional money. Overall good experience with agent Jonathan and construction manager Nick. There should be a category for design of the home. Major issues with the downspouts location and not draining far enough from the house to prevent water settling under house. Buyer be aware. One downspout releases in the middle of the driveway. This horrible design and creates a dangerous ice patch in the winter and Pulte refuses to correct the issue. The other downspouts don't present the same danger but long-term concern is that a footer may settle after the 2 year warranty due to soil erosion and I'm stuck with a ...

Disappointed at how many things are wrong with the home that is a new build, including uneven walls, uneven window frames that are wider on bottom than top or vise versa, broken beams on a roof, broken roof tiles, leaky pipe in the shower, scratches and splatters on every door, uneven handles on kitchen cabinets, very sloppy craftsmanship.

Great home….poor follow up.

This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Sales and Construction personnel were great. All very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The closing side fell short. Our senior agent felt put out at some very mundane requests. Overall we would consider a repeat buy with Pulte if we were ever again in the market.
