From the initial meeting Bobbette was truly helpful and supportive. She was knowledgeable and understanding. She checked in with me every step of the way. Mark and Rod were amazing. They were meticulous and were concerned with every detail in my walk through and checked after closing to ensure everything was up to standard. Truly a great team. They treated my home like it was their home.

The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

My wife and i wanted to move closer to our son who's stationed at Ft. Campbell,so we researched extensively,and found Copes Crossing offered the best value,location,and also a good reputation of quality. We lived on Kauai,but we were able to pick out a lot,model,and also options thru video chats,photos,and phone calls with the Pulte design,and sales team.Not an easy task,and kind of nerve racking from 4500 miles away, but the Pulte team made it a lot easier. Everyone was really excellent including TJ,who kept the construction site clean,and on time We are very pleased with the results. Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue. From the first day we came to the neighborhood to look at models to now, after the build and moving into our Forever Home, our experience has been FANTASTIC!! Every single person all along the way was beyond helpful, highly knowledgeable, efficient, VERY on top of things, and answered all of our questions in a more-than-timely-manner, in minutes, most of the time! Each person walked us through the process step by step. The entire process was EASY from start to finish which would be a Godsend for young, first-time builders. A word about the quality of our home: it's a FORTRESS. It is hurricane-safe. Born and raised, and having spent my first 47 years in Broward County, I have been through many hurricanes and tropical storms and am confident that our home will withstand any hurricane. ALL of the Pulte homes are built with concrete block construction with poured concrete, hurricane tiedowns, and impact windows rated to >150 mph. It's comforting to know that we won't have to evacuate or board up if a hurricane is headed our way (we live in S FL, so, of course we'll have storms). We have no worries. WE ARE SAFE here. In closing, my husband and I would like to thank Pulte for a great experience in building our Forever Home. I just retired and we'll spend the rest of our lives here in our beautiful home and neighborhood. My husband and I decided to move from Prosper to Anna for a smaller town feel and because you get more for your money here! We chose Pulte because of their beautiful homes, well crafted workmanship and layout/design of the home. Our builder was Dan and he was fabulous! My wife and I found Pulte homes to be very honest and forthcoming. From the start, Chris gave us all the details about the house along with all the financial figures. I was skeptical that things were going to change somewhere along the way but they never did. All the way to closing there was no surprises. Also we cannot give enough praises to our builder Kelvin- he was incredible. Literally anything we had an issue with, he fixed it and he was very responsive. The building process went smooth and everything turned out as expected. We reside in NJ and Dylan and Tiffany were amazing! Keeping us updated every step of the way with emails, calls and lots of pictures! Closing went smooth as well. Several very minor issues were quickly addressed by Tiffany. We are very happy with our new home in Verdana Village and highly recommend Plute!

Had purchased a spec house in Arbor Oaks MI. Due to change of circumstances decide to build a larger model in the same community. Process was professional,transparent and really easy from sales through construction to close. Was able to customize my home for the family. Did a pre close inspection… no issues. We are very happy with our new home. The best part was the experience with our sales consultant Diane and the construction manager Dustin. They were both thorough, responsive and kind.

We have purchased several homes with Pulte and it has always been a great experience, but working with our supers at the Tohoqua community has been Amazing! Shane and Jordan have been on top of things every step of the way and have been great with communicating timelines and processes.

Since the moment we walked in the community we felt so good, thanks Maria for the welcoming you gave us. After many constructions we visited Pulte has what we where looking for.
