Good experience with Sales person who was actually working at HighPointe --- she introduced me to Ocean Cove. Not involved in building phase of home purchase.

We love our new home. Great experience and great staff. Mindy, Matthew and Justin are very nice and responsive. In particular, Justin helped us installed garage handrail and restrooms' grab bar. we are very satisficed. Thank you so much.

Waited over a year for a home promised to be delivered in 6 to 8 months, only to be subjected to the sub-standard materials, sub-standard workmanship, overlooked construction discrepancies by the construction managers, paid upgrades that were never installed, lack of care or concern during the warranty period with NO follow-up to inquiries. We were also provided a poor turn-over of the home; not provided with any administrative access to our touch panels, nor the garage door keypad (which should not have been installed). We were also never provided any drawings of our home. With every newly constructed home that we have owned, in the state of Florida, the builder provided us a set of detailed drawings of the home, in case we need to update or modify our home at our leisure. This is an inevitable reality for disabled military Veterans, of a combined 48 years of honorable service to our country. Even with this request we received opposition from Pulte Homes and are forced to divulge private HIPPA protected medical information to receive drawings, to honor this request? The sales person Hannah did a good job keeping us up to date with the build including tons of photos since we were out of state buyers. The construction manager returned all my calls and answered all our questions which made the process less stressful. The only issues were timing which thanks to Ian and supply chains were understandably beyond Pulte's control. Our closing team was very good about fixing last minute issues including making a few last minute changes that saved me a lot of time and effort when I moved in and was very much appreciated.

Not even the sales team is nice. They are not knowledgeable at all, rude people. House bad, frames bad, plumbing bad issues since the first day

If I could go back amd purchase my home from Pulte I wouldn't. They are very hard to get ahold of near the end of the building process. They are not very good at communicating and wouldn't respond to emails. They made us miss out closing date and then blamed us for missing it.

Chad from sales and Jeff the construction manager are great. They quickly answered any questions and addressed any of our concerns. Most of the construction materials appear to be of quality and overall build of the house is good, but the attention to detail by the contractors is not there. Not all of our concerns were addressed before closing, but Jeff stayed in contact with us to make sure we were taken care of. Warranty process is simple and the response is quick. The loan process was by far the worst I have experienced. The Pulte website to upload documents was very problematic and I had to send documents via email in order to meet our closing date. Charlotte, the loan processor, did not seem very organized. The required documents list kept changing and I was asked to write a letter as to why I want to purchase the newly constructed home which was very strange. On the day of our scheduled closing day, Charlotte was out and a different loan processor reached out to notify us there was an issue verifying an employer. This was after having received loan approval days prior. This had us scrambling trying to resolve, but our closing date was rescheduled due to the issue. This ruined our plans for moving and wasted vacation days taken to close on the originally scheduled date. The quality does not reflect the price increases, homes are being sold for 6-700k+ but the lack of attention to detail is disappointing. Simple things like sanding down doors before painting them isn't done. The sense of urgency for repairs has dropped to almost zero now that I've closed on my house. My house is still filled with blue tape and has issues that aren't being resolved.

Two months after buying the house and moving in, we do not have keys to the mailbox. After asking the sales office multiple times we have just been passed around and no one is able to get the keys made for us. Otherwise great house.

The location was very desirable, but the Quality was not. Expectations for a nearly $400K unit were simply NOT met. The upgrades which were nearly $50K, were done with very little attention to Quality. My expectations for a new build were similar to purchasing a new car, yet this Pulte Townhome offered very little of that. Poor quality was evident in the painting, caulking, trim work. The construction process left the carpet full of construction dirt, despite the claim that it was "deep cleaned". Simple items such as insuring the windows were cleaned, were not completed. I'm now forced to work though Pulte's Warrenty team, for items that should of been addressed prior to completing the unit. No body take responsability. They say that the contractor come to home to fix the damage and the contractor come very late or don't appear for the house, so waste my time, my money and my patience, i signed two month ago and I can't live in the house because they repair something and damage other thing, I think that this nigtmare never will finish. I need to somebody to take my claims

Pulte sales team was great and got us set up fast and efficiently. Our construction manager was attentive during the construction phase but after it was a challenge to keep on them to finish the necessary work after closing. The build quality is passable but often find it wasn't done with any level of craftsmanship. Landscaping left much to be desired. Sod placed in the dead of winter has died and have been trying to wait for a reply. The sod dying and not taking is leading to some soil erosion and grading issues. I hope they respond soon to resolve this issue.

Pulte really went above and beyond for me and my family and I can’t say thank you enough. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler assigned to watch over your build you will be in great hands.

I can't stress enough, do not buy from pulte!! Even if you have given them a deposit, let them keep it and run!!! You can never say I didn't warn you! All the bad reviews are 100 percent true!

Never close on your new home until everything is completed. That includes your outside work. Sidewalks, driveways, landscaping and lawn. I was told before I closed on my new home in February that when the weather breaks they would do my sidewalk, driveway, landscaping and lawn would be completed. That is a lie! There are new houses built right now and they are getting their sidewalks and driveway done now. Here we sit with no sidewalks or driveways (just dirt and rocks). They told me and my other neighbors that are in the same boat that our outside work would not be completed for 2 MONThS! That is totally unfair and wrong. They said we would not get our sod till probably June! That is Not how you should run a business. There are a lot of people in this community that are very angry and upset. From what we have experienced to date, we are pleased with the quality of construction and responsiveness to our concerns. Our sales representative, Vanessa, and construction manager, Jesse, have been especially helpful.

All the issues has been repaired fast and well by Jon, we are very pleased

The builder was and their representatives were professional on all aspect of the built. The GC paid attention to the details during the time of the built, because we lived out of town during the time period.

Found multiple major issues after moving in, regret the purchase now. They haste the closing and later found two big holes in the wall behind the kitchen cabinets leading to rodents. Having issues with AC unit.

Very Good and GREAT EXPERIENCE with Pulte

Maintain the timeline and delivered home at proper time as promised.

I have bought 3 homes from different builders and this one has been by far the worst experience regarding finance a nightmare literally, and the closing was even worst both Pulte Mortgage and Pulte title company. They treated me like a 3rd class person even though my Credit is 800+ and my income is well above average and I did 20% downpayment. The closing incentives are a gimmick the say they give you 8k for closing costs but the charge you 10k more on any kind of junk fee. I'm so sorry because no one should deserve to be treated like that.

Pulte Mortgage wonderful to work with. Sales office, nice agents over there, but workmanship, I am not happy. Even if buying new construction, my advice is always pay for a third party inspection.

Initial part of Pulte buying and building process goes smoothly, but once you get closer to closing it turns negative. They communicate like you are their priority, but all they care about is closing and getting your money. Once the closing date is set they don't charge it, even if they are behind. They do a poor quality rush job to ensure they can close. Then on the remaining items you are stuck dealing with contractors after closing which is a separate nightmare. After going through all the negative experience, you end up with a poor quality home with stains and scratches on the floor, uneven walls, paint stains on everything (floor, fixtures, etc.) across the house, poor paint job (can see drywall mud), mud stains on carpet, and much more. ...
