We had a bad bad experience with this builder they use really really bad materials very cheap. My house was never done.

New home buyers must watch closely at each stage of the construction and third party inspection is a must. Make sure all issues are fixed before closing if they be ready for months and months of follow up. Slightly over priced so try to get discounts or credits before you close.

There are many issues that we have found after closing and one that is still open prior to closing. I have followed up with several emails about my kitchen vent cover, drawer and lazy Suzanne and no-one has set a date to come out to fix it. Prior to closing we were told it would be around January 7 (we closed on 12/28). It's now 2/15 and 3 emails following up and nothing back. The missing tiles in our bathroom shower is still outstanding and we haven't heard back after the tiler came out. We have a hole in our master bedroom door that we did not see during the walk through as you had to close the door to see it. There is a list of items but Pulte has not followed through after closing. Very disappointing! ... More

Issue with low quality staircase rails and broken ones . No lights on any of the bedrooms

Buyer should be aware that fix up items that are done post closing are items that should’ve been done pre-closing but are deemed to be warranty work when in fact they aren’t broken… they were just left incomplete

Has issues with flooring and lots of noise from neighbors even if they are walking in their own second floor

The home appears to be in great shape; the problem is with the other factors that go into building a home from the ground up. The overall administrative function, the loan processing process, and delivery of the home was terrible. As I stated earlier, the house appears to be built solidly, but everything else was a COMPLETE mess.

Shandra the realtor lied to us about multiple situations; if a verbal promise is made obtain documentation of that conversation. Upon purchase date former verbal promises were still unclear and we were unable to these benefits. During the home buying process we were informed that the house was being sold to another party, yet this information was false due to improper procedures. Dillon the construction manger is in a constant state of disarray and never holds his word on contracted repairs to the home. It has been 2 months since we have move in and the only fix from tape day was a patched hole that still is not sanded or painted. And yet we still don’t have a functional dishwasher. We have be neglected from every person we have been in contact with and given unfulfilled guarantees on completion of projects. And these are projects that should have been completed before move in day. Including everything from simple wall repairs to having a functional appliance. Side note; we watch from our windows other homes being worked on yet repairs for a home already purchased are not deemed important. We feel completely neglected and even disrespect. When my wife brought up damaged cabinets to the construction manger she was handed a repair kit. We were utterly embarrassed to be repairing our brand new cabinets in-front of our family. Finished product has so much that requires follow up and contractor visits. The condition of house on move in from quality of paint and paint job to overall lack of "finish" in the interior work has been really disappointing. It is a part time job to work with Pulte and get the same contractors back in here to fix what they did not do right to begin with.

Only interested in your money and not your satisfaction

Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

They really could follow up on the small fixes agreed upon MUCH better. I pretty much had to close when I did but if you have flex, do NOT close with items in your home still needing to be handled. You become a ghost.

We signed up for a home and until we pay the earnest money, the sales rep was behind us and after that she never responded to our emails / texts or any questions. I will never buy from Pulte again.

Danny L. and Alan have been great to work with through the home buying experience. Very responsive and helpful throughout. Always willing to help and explaining all details thoroughly and patiently.

Barri was very helpful and responsive without him I would not get the home. I would highly recommend him. Dan has been great during the construction process and he makes sure that I am happy with the home. He provides great customer service so I also recommend him.

Poor after sale service. Not a good experience of buying a house.

Sheri was a really great sales agent. She was very receptive and responsive. She was always polite no matter how much we bothered her. Mauricio doing the walkthrough with us was very knowledgeable. He responded very fast with any questions we had during the final days that led to us finally getting our keys. The quality of the workmanship and materials could have been a little better. Upon the final walkthrough and ultimately getting the keys there were small things that needed to be addressed that I believe could have been caught or maybe was even seen and not addressed by Pulte.

The quality and workmanship not good and we are very dissapointed. From painting, uneven walls, hole on the ceiling, misaligned lights, sub standard undersink tubings that is waiting to burst and leak water, the awful sound of water hammer or knocking sound that I do not know where it's coming from that I always hear inside master bedroom, the uneven pavement outside my home that's collecting water and never dries out, the gap in my kitchen cabinet trim and etc. For a home worth $600,000....

I don't have much to complain about the house. Overall a good deal for the price. Wish there are more options to add or modify during construction. But there's a feeling that something small is always missing or needed fixing. The finishing touches aren't great.

Pulte originally offered lots first come first serve. When we looked to buy property we were informed that we would need to bid on the property. We learned that we were bidding against ourselves so we didn’t want to lose the opportunity to live in the community. Pulte has since dropped this practice. Regardless we love the home and community

Just a month and the floors and separating, floors creaking, lame response from the construction manager when asked about any issues. The backsplash is totally unprofessional. Just splashed some grout and tiles. Looks super ugly. Cabinet doors falling apart. Noisy exhausts. Overall not at all impressed with the quality of the build. All that the construction manager was interested is in the post closing survey.

The new home was a perfect design for our needs. It provided a bedroom and small living room for our daughter to live in.

Our Salesperson, Karen has been wonderful!!! Any questions along the way have been answered in a very timely manner. She’s a ray of sunshine in this whole experience! Alex, our Project Manager addressed any building questions and concerns that came up. He’s very professional and made our building process less stressful. The build quality of the home is solid. There’s still construction going on around us, and honestly, when we’re inside the house we barely hear it… we’re so happy we chose to go with a Pulte home.

Long delay in home completion; we did many BNB's. 3 + Months. Sales and marketing staff, mostly Daniella, are great. Orientation was good. Few defects found in the home. Project requests a problem; designated contact person appeared to be motivated for personal reasons. Repair request was addressed quickly.
