My Builder Representative in the office was AMAZING. The experience was WONDERFUL. I was kept informed as much as possible, and I felt like the rep took great care in making sure I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On the other hand, the person who was supposed to keep me notified on the progress of my house and the periodic inspections did the worst job I've ever experienced. I was not informed about any of the steps. I was forced to call the office to determine what progress was occurring. Finally, the landscaping leaves something to be desired. My yard had deep footprints in it where someone had walked across it, rocks and wood underneath the straw and netting, and nothing but WEEDS, WEEDS, WEEDS. I was truly turned off. ... More

Nice home but interior paint is cheap . Have to repaint the interior of the home

Moved in the end of july. The property was nice and clean few unfinshed items. Construction manager and warranty manage cheerful and helpful. A couple of gripes: Landscaping- the first installed small plants all died. They did replace with something else, not what we would have wanted but. The new trees are planted too deep. They cannot mow without damaging the sod with the big tractor. Wound up mowing myself. Bushes along noth side if of the house all dying no matter how we baby them. We will need to submit to redo the landscaping in the spring. It feels like they put in whatever was left in the nursery. Paint- i did not realize the quality of the basic paint. We would have upgraded to something, its barely primer. Went to sherwin Williams to get touch up and they said they could not match because it is contractor paint with dry instead of wet colorants. Punchlist items. We sent in quite a few punchlist items that we did not see at the final walk. If that was our only oppurtunity we would have spent the day going over inch by inch. Some cabinet doors we dropped in the driveway, i put in the garage and when they came to install, they were warped. It has been a couple of weeks since we sent the lists with no schedule to repair other items, or confirmation of cabinet door reorder. Range- we opted for the fancy fridgidare range and it was not in we we moved in but there was a temp in place. It took about a month to get. Then i had to take a day off work to make the swich, they could not commit to a small window of time. Then when we turned it on we noticed the oven did not work. We scheduled a warranty service the next day. They could not come for a week. They provided an arrival window between 8a and 4p another lost day of work waiting. He got there after 5 , worked on for 30 min then said main board was bad. Not in stock, have to order from the factory. No follow up on status. I suppose i need to take off a 3rd day for the next service call whenever it comes. Still no oven. Overall the house is nice and we like it and the neighborhood. It functions well, just a few things i mentioned above that could go better. Over all the team was helpful and the purchase process was smooth, just need to get to the finish line. ... More

Have a home inspector take a look and forward recommendations to the building superintendent. Compliments to Travis who has complied with all needed repairs. Substandard kitchen cabinets for homes in the $500K price range.

What a smooth transition for us. Estimated completion date was spot on. Workers were polite. Dustin is totally awesome. Diane so friendly and always got back to us within minutes. Dawn and Caitlin awesome as well. I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone. I love our new home.

The materials not great at all already I have issues on my house they didn’t used great materials

I would recommend Pulte Home to all my family and friends. I have good experience and a satisfying results

I am aware with anything manufactured/built, there will be some flaws. Pulte does a wonderful job of responding to issues when they are discovered. But some things were definite design flaws and poor craftsmanship. For instance, finding that a towel rod was only attached to the drywall and not anchored properly, the back door hitting the top of the building, and the poor paint job. Little things like these makes one wonder about the overall workmanship of the home and very thankful for the 1 year warranty for anything.

Our construction manager Reno was great. He was the only one that kept us updated. He made a list of what we requested to fix and he not only fixed them but confirmed if it was to our liking. He went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

The buying experience was exceptional as Pulte bent over backwards for us. Once closed, after the initial week of ownership the response to house issues has been pretty much nonexistent. Although we are truly happy with our home Pulte’s workmanship is only good.

I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

Julie was very easy to work with. The house was completed when we first looked at it, so we didn’t make any choices other than the house. Now that we’ve been in the house for a few weeks, it’s clear that many of the materials and finishes seem cheap compared to what we paid.

I had an amazing experience! Sal our sales consultant was trustworthy, knowledgeable and responsive.

Our construction manager Adam was fantastic. It was a pleasure working with him.

The quality of the structure is ok. Would have been better if there were amenities as well. l building quality is ok.

Great experience purchasing and build up to closing, issues after closing and response to issues not good at all

The sales and mortgage departments have been very informative and helpful. However upon moving in the house we have 2 major issues specifically in the master bedroom. Outlets tend to overload and tripped and shut the power in the bedroom. We are hesitant to use any appliances suchas vacuum cleaner, iron or TV due to this for fear of causing any complete electrical failure in the entire house. Resetting the breaker only helps temporarily as power continues to trip whenever we use the outlets. Master bedroom toilet is clogged for unknown reason. Plumber was able to unclog temporarily and at this time, toilet is still unusable as it continues to tend to overflow and won’t flush properly. ... More

The response to the defect of public facilities are poor

One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

We like our new home overall. The follow through on resolving issues has been slow

Some of the paint work outside of the home requires touch ups. The front yard rock is patchy and sparse.

Attention to detail was lacking in a number of areas. Expected a better ‘initial’ condition of the house. Things took longer than expected to resolve.

Overall a good experience. Strongly believe that vendor supervision during construction should be stronger and by qualify staff, the lack of this leads to some issues with workmanship, we gave experience sone workmanship issues and based on what they are it is obvious that project manager, field superintendent we’re doing their due diligence

The Houses are beautiful just little details like the doors or the paint or the delay on some things like I been leaving in my house for almost 3 months and I am still waiting on some tile for one of my kitchen wall or my stove it has not been replaced yet with the original I mean I love my house its just little details

I love my house. The work done was very good. The people I worked with were all very professional and pleasant. Only complaint is the scratches on everyone of my pavers. The company won't fix either. But other than that I love it
