It was a great experience working with construction team.

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. Joe has gone beyond and above what any normal person would do to make sure we were happy with the home during and after your move in. He is definitely an asset to Pulte Homes. He has made this whole process easier and comfortable for us as new home owners. ... More

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

By far one of the worst experiences of home building we've ever dealt with. We've been in our home for just shy of 8 weeks & we currently have 40 work order tickets submitted for issues in our home. The quality is beyond poor !! And next week, movers are coming to remove everything from our 2nd floor due to subfloor issues which we report MONTHS before closing. The experience has sucked every ounce of joy from us. We will never recommend Pulte. We just want all of our issues resolved so we can live in a home we are paying a fortune for. And some form of compensation since we are missing work for repairs and essentially cannot even use our 2nd floor of our home as it is intended. The exterior of our home is awful - splintered woods, sharp unseamed metal edges, damaged wood, etc. The list goes on. We were patient with the home build (we were told we'd close in July/August & didn't until December). We requested quality from the man in charge of our home & what we got couldn't be further from that. While the person in charge of warranty has been helpful, they too expressed our home shouldn't have went to close with the amount of issues we are experiencing. The man in charge of building this home should be ashamed of himself for the home he left us. He promised to fix things even after close & they weren't done. After 8 weeks, we are still left with cabinets damaged throughout, no scribe/trim in several places of our home, a patio covered in rust spots, doors with damage, etc. The list continues. We are sad that our new home is filled with stress of issues rather than joy and happiness. It is not okay, at all !! Someone needs to be held accountable for the extremely poor quality of our home. We used Pulte for our first home build and it was a great experience which is why we chose Pulte again. And to be honest, I wish we wouldn't have. One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. We missed so many details that we hate to see everyday. Uneven window frames, tile that’s not leveled, bad paint quality, broken/cracked caulking, nails sticking out of our carpet, warped walls, and the list goes on. We’ve called warranty and nothing has come out of it. Still waiting for a call back. Before you buy a home with Pulte think about it first. You might regret it like we did. ... More

Amazing experience, we are 10000% satisfied

I was fortunate and had some really good individuals working for my builder at the site where I purchased. The sales side was honestly very above-board at every step, I was fully aware of what I was getting and Pulte stuck to the spirit as well as the letter of their agreement. The builder managed to close on time and got around to all items on the blue tape checksheet, so no complaints there. All in all I was impressed with what I saw.

Expecting a few things to be fixed when we come closer to 1 year warranty.

Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Something they could have done is close the doors and windows during the weeks leading up to closing. Every time I came to see progress, everything was left open. They lie about everything and nobody is ever held accountable. If I weren’t going to lose a ton of money, I would sell this house in a heartbeat. I will NEVER consider buying another Pulte home or recommend them. ... More

This is my 2nd new home build and it went anything but smoothly. Not a fan of all the nickel and dining for add-ons and moving target for closing dates..

Love the smart home features.

We like our new home overall. The follow through on resolving issues has been slow

House was completed on schedule and issues have been easily resolved so far.

Pulte built us a beautiful house. The process was easy and inclusive. I would highly recommend anyone to Pulte

Drywall work in house was terrible walls are crooked and can see seems especially in the garage painting is terrible had to repaint the entire inside of house would work was terribly painted dirt everywhere in paint very difficult to sand out also woodwork was pieced together with six to eight inch pieces in a row just very very poor craftsmanship not worth the money flooring is making crackling noises when walked upon refrigerator door opening was made the wrong side and had to be completely reconstructed would not recommend to anyone

I was blown away by the experience we had buying our home in Olmsted. The sales agent was so friendly, helpful and personable. She helped me make sure I was getting the right home and was *not* pushing anything on us. When we arrived at the decision to buy she worked with us and made us happy about the end result. And then there was the builder. The builder was so helpful and responsive and still is, even after closing. Both have gone above and beyond my highest level of expectations going into this. NO BUYERS REMORSE AT ALL! Thank you Pulte!!

Hi, I already completed the survey for our actual home. I think we were a different model then what's listed in this survey. I completed it and then a month later this came and hasn't stopped notifications to complete it. We are still waiting for some items and overall things are fine. Please don't send any more surveys.

The house has many issues. We contacted the builder, but no response. We brought the couple of houses from other builders. They were somehow good to bearable. The Pulte is the worst and not following through the issues. I am very dissatisfied. I will never recommend Pulte to get the dream house.

No communication, no invitation to see work progress, no follow up. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Attribute the lack of quality work to absence of supervision or sub contracting to lowest possible bidder. Things such as cracked tiles, then when replacing tiles, using wrong color grout. Terrible finish work on sheet rock seams and edges. Paint on doorknobs and hinges. Paint spots on brand new appliances and floor. Sloppy finish work on all 5 bathroom cabinets. Wrong touch up paint, using matte where should have been semi-gloss. All 5 toilet seats had blade marks where worker cut through cardboard to remove from packaging. Floor boards in loft completely loose, resulting in removal of carpet to secure and now loose carpet with visible seams. Master bedroom upstairs ceiling joint completely loose, when they tried to repair were unable to screw into ceiling joists leading me to believe that there were no joists in that area. Entire sections of pool area missing sand between pavers. Missing caulk throughout, inside and outside. All in all, sub standard work. The fact that you're asking me for my experience leads me to believe that your company is clueless as to the type of sub standard, unprofessional work being performed by what are obviously unskilled workers. (The young lady attempting to repair sheetrock in upper master bedroom ceiling was about 24 and absolutely clueless as to what she was doing, I saw her!) All of this I observed before closing, I don't want to even think of what is hidden behind the walls, what corners were cut, what shoddy workmanship was performed etc. Sorry, wish I could give better review. ...
