This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. The only frustration we have had is with appliances and their support teams. The gas range is leaking and the dishwasher has dissolving issues. We have been following with the product support for weeks now and nobody has shown up for weeks now. It is impossible to get them on phone and the wait for a resolution is torturous and endless. Pulte should vet such vendors and check their support credentials. Apart from this, We had good buying experience starting from our first visit to enquire until move in. We did have some hiccups through pulte finance but I can let that go. Big shout out to Patrick and Anthony for being there for us. Long home closing date waiting

Should fix few issues faster

The house was completed in a timely order and I was happy with the overall quality and design of the house.

We had a wonderful experience buying and fantastic communication with Pulte while construction was happening. The minute we closed, they are harder to deal with than the DMV. We had a punch list of items to be taken care of after closing, not one has been taken care of 2 months in. Pre close they were 5 stars. Post close Zero.

Bobbett was exceptional. she was available with every concern I had. If she did not have an answer she responded appropriately and professional. My experience with Pulte was an exceptional one due to Bobbett. she is truly an asset to this company. My experience with Pulte Finance was a disaster. I would not recommend their finance department to anyone.

The sales consultant and the overall buying experience was fantastic! The quality of the home seemed like they skimped a little. Walls/ baseboards aren’t even straight or even.

Everyone we worked with at Pulte, including the sales manager and construction managers, were excellent. Communication was consistent and they were always helpful. However, the workmanship of the home leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I would have liked to see more attention to detail. We still have tiny holes in the wall, scratches in bathroom tile, backsplash tile that is broken, etc.

Love our home, but disappointed at some of the final work. A lot of painting that needs to be redone.

Poor communication/workmanship needs to improve

It withstood hurricane Ian for which we are grateful. Numerous little things the need touching up to turn a good experience into a great experience

My experience with Pulte Homes was ok. Lot of stuff need to be corrected in the home

Moved into a brand new home. Had a roof leak within few weeks.

A lot of details still unresolved, Plastic Pan under washer dosen't fit and was broken during placement.

Everything was good up until our walk through. Tyler our CM deceived us and withheld information on our AC unit. For the first month of owning our new home we were without AC (family of 6) for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks. Had 5 total technicians come and give different reasons for not working. The sod was dead and has yet to be replaced, we had no ethernet outlets that we paid for and are still dealing with that issue. No screens on any of the windows, and multiple electrical issues. Since the new Customer Care Manager came on board, he has been amazing in trying to fix the issues we have. Be cautious and ensure all work is complete to your standards. Expected a little higher quality of house and build. The buying process was smooth.

Everyone I worked with at Pulte has been great. Very personable, very professional, very knowledgeable; a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the materials used, however, is a bit below expectations. When one pays almost a million for a house one expects a higher level of quality.

I love my home, everyone was very nice and professional, my only issue is I have been in my home for almost two months and some things that were suppose to be done has not gotten done yet.

Have been in the house a month and a half and still have outstanding issues that i been trying to get resolved

Home buying experience was great. However, I do have a few issues with the workmanship in my condo, for instance the master bathroom countertop is not mounted to the counter. But overall happy.

There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. Overall, Pulte has attempted to correct to our satisfaction all issues we’ve reported- and they’ve been responsive- but we feel like they should have ensured that we received the same high quality and high standards that they advertise given that we paid the price for the advertised higher standards. ... My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

Would like to have better responsiveness to issues

The beginning process went really smooth. Like our contact Morgan a lot she helped us get through a lot of the planning stages and exactly what type of home we wanted and needed. Our closing went really well also we still have a few outstanding issues and waiting for weather to break to resolve them.
