My name is Kushal. Response for issues is terrible. My cabinets are coming off by itself. Sent email and called them no response. Cabinets are not included in warranty. People who worked on my cabinets did a very bad job, there are lot off issues with my cabinets.

Great experience purchasing and build up to closing, issues after closing and response to issues not good at all

My initial experience with my sales person and construction manager were exceptional. But after I closed on my home, my experience has not been what I’ve come to expect from pulte. The customer care department does not follow-up on my service request. The exterior of my home still has not been completed. It is now March and I closed mid January. I paid for exterior wiring on my home that has not been completed. The weather stripping on multiple doors has not been been repaired either. This has truly been an unfortunate experience and I’m really disappointed with the entire process. Pulte has incredible sales personnel and construction managers. I had a good experience, I am very happy with my new property.

Our experience with Pulte was great overall. They were very quick to answer questions and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We kept looking for red flag along the way, but never found any. The workmanship was good. There's a few things here and there that need to be addressed, but overall, everything came out good. We would definitely build with them again.

Communication very poor. Drywall finish workmanship very poor.

I would recommend pulte to any family member or friend.

Great community, hard working people

Pulte delivered!! Jesse was awesome. Andrew was a godsend. We were overwhelmed moving from another state and both of these Pulte employees made sure we were informed; eased our anxiety and built trust in the process. Our home is exactly what we expected. Our design elements work so well together (thanks Shane) and the quality is top notch. Andrew in sales answered EVERY question I had even if it wasn’t his “domain”. Jesse tended to every detail. We made friends in this process and we highly recommend Pulte Builders to anyone looking to customize their home building dreams!! Thank you Pulte!

First, the sales representative is very rude in responding. Even after 40 days of closiystill there are lot of non weather related items pending.

Probably a less common experience as we purchased a spec home. Home was finished about 10 days before closing. Overall happy with the house/value. We had a few issues noted before closing that were fixed but it took over 6 weeks after moving in to have the issues resolved. Issues were with contractors showing, being late, or miscommunication. Two months in we are loving the house and haven’t had any new issues. Would recommend

The buying process was smooth with no issues. Construction management was awful when it came to the framing of the home; forcing a change in construction site management. However, once the those problems were corrected the final product is beautiful.

Everything was great with the house

It was a very stresfull expierience. Many issues. Elizabeth was our savior. She was great. Everything else was a nightmare.

Pulte house is beautiful design and high quality.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Jesus, the construction manager was very thorough and accommodative. I am very pleased with my purchase.

i went to level 4 cabinets because they mentioned they cabinets dont have seperation but handed me 3 cabinets with seperation and no one is responding to get the issue resolved..

My home construction manager quit in the home stretch. The manager that picked up our home did a great job; however, things agreed to with previous manager that was IMPORTANT to us became null and void.

The home we purchased was a spec home. It included many upgrades and overall beautiful. There have been some minor issues and some workmanship issues. The response of the team dedicated to our issues has been exceptional. They seem genuinely concerned about us as homeowners and committed to repairing all issues, small and large, in an effort to completely satisfy us.

They do not comply with the established times, they finished the house after 7 months after the established date and the finishes were very bad. We were very disappointed.

First let me say that the home is beautiful, and I believe it is definitely worth the price we paid for it. For the most part everyone we have worked with has been very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been marred by post move-in issues with the house and poor responsiveness by our builder to address these issues like they claimed they would. It's nothing major. It's a bunch of small issues that have added up to be a huge headache. Drips of paint on the carpet, overspray on the banisters, holes next to a can light, crooked light switches, unpainted surfaces, nails from the tack strips coming through the carpet in places, etc. Most of these issues are so small that we didn't notice them till after we moved in. To be honest, none of it would bother me if we didn't have to ask the builder repeatedly to come take care of the issues the way they said they would. Ultimately, we requested to be contacted by our construction manager's supervisor and were told he would be in touch. He did not contact us. We finally resorted to creating a spreadsheet to track issues and shared it with our construction manager since it did not seem anyone from Pulte was keeping track of these issues and seeing them through to completion. We moved in five weeks ago and we are still dealing with all these little things. It has made what should have been a happy experience something we would rather just forget. ... More

Tiene muchos detalles en acabados y cosas que no funcionan como ventanas y puertas que no cierran bien nada de no puedan arreglar si quisieran hacerlo; lamentablemente para mi es no responden los correos ni las llamada y cuando responden te piden hacer una cita. It has many details in finishes and things that don't work like windows and doors that don't close well, nothing they can't fix if they wanted to; Unfortunately for me they don't answer emails or calls and when they do they ask you to make an appointment.

Building a home is difficult, and Pulte is a good company to do it. However, the design meeting, where you pick out the furnishings, was a disaster. Lots of issues with supply chain that I think could have been averted. Overall workmanship was excellent except for some glaring issues that were identified but not corrected. Still having issues arise. Their customer service line is wonderful, but the "special" one for appliances is really bad. I think issue still is that trying to build too many homes too fast instead of concentrating on what they have in front of them. Construction manager Blake and Salesperson Isabel excellent. ... More
