I love the fact that Pulti has dozens of inspections from start to finish. I wish the buyers could have more than two home inspections. The tile company really needs to do a better quality control of each step when doing floors. Most floor jobs cover a large area and to get each step correct is critical.

At the end of the day the bones of the home might be great, but they sure can’t finish a home. So many finishing issues wity trim, appliance installation, paint, cleaning, chaulking, sloppy work, building materials all over the windows, lack of care of finishing things out of view, carpet pulling, and more. and when we talked to pulte, they blame the trades.. lol. The builder is not worth it.

I month after I moved, ask to repair my master shower plumbing and until nothing. Three week I have 2 inch the water in my shower area, water is green now..... Visit to repair !!!!! LOL

Construction Manager was great! He kept me abreast of the progress of my home! Quality of construction and overall work was great! Had some difficult time dealing with Pulte Loan process group! But at the end it all worked out!

The people I dealt with are amazing. The fact is, housing prices doubled in the last year and Pulte took advantage (as they should). But materials have not doubled. I paid $716k for a house with an unfinished garage, cheap vinyl paneling floor, and cheap carpeting. Since using Covid as an excuse to build my house for me, my house is $80k more than the model. I have no idea where that could have went as nothing is particularly impressive. A few things were left out like how the roads aren’t finished and the mud/garbage across the street from my alley. The whole home purchase process with Pulte Homes is very smooth and highly efficient, from sales to construction, service, and title. Pulte Homes have a great team!

Make sure you print out all contracts and sign off any changes . When you purchase kitchen appliances you want the stainless steel to match !

Consistent delays and poor communication up front. Once our Project Manager was fired, things turned around, but the damage has already been done.

Stewart and Blue guided us from our first visit to our completed home! With updates every week during the building process, we felt very included and informed about everything being done in our house, even though we lived 6 hours away. When we saw our newly finished home for the first time, we felt pure joy! It was exactly what we wanted and needed. Sarah was extremely helpful at the design center where we chose all our fixtures and finishes for reasonable prices on the upgrades. And in the end, our total cost was in our price range. Chad was an excellent sales manager for the home we bought. He was communicative and so so nice. He gave us extra time to look at the home in the evening when he didn't have to and just was excellent. To this day, I have had questions about the home and he has been very helpful.

We cannot lock our sliding glass patio door, we do not have access to our addict door, we cannot program our smart door lock. It's frustrating these thing takes so long.

Too many turn overs of oversite management has caused items to not be properly completed. Many items are still not completed after two months of moving in. Even the follow up warranty group/manager has left with no notification or who is working on completing the remaining issues. I am not happy.

i loved the fact, i was walked thru every step. i was given POC that i could contact. Due the nature of my job i was not always available for contact, Pulte rep were always happy and helpful. Sale rep Gratziela, would send me pictures and measurement. She listen to my family even thou they were going to be living with me. I went to the house often :) before it was built the contractors/workers always greeted me friendly and explained what step they were on.

The design and style of Pulte Homes, location and the neighborhood layout are what lead to our decision to purchase a Pulte home. We are very happy with our home overall. That said, to be honest there are some small quality issues, which the team is quick and responsive to resolve, but they do exist. At the end, there was some rushing and it resulted in floors and paint splatters not being fully cleaned up and some other small blemishes like excess grout in the master shower, etc. I would highly recommend Pulte, they are great to work with.

I recently moved into my new home built by Pulte in Woodcreek community, Fate Texas. It was a great experience as we were carried along during the entire construction phase. The build is solid, beautiful and value for money paid. All professionals that were involved were helpful and supportive.

The folks at the Mortgage application and Title company, both which are with Pulte Company names are functional robots. They are friendly and got the job done but beyond that...you should have the privilege of seeing for yourselves.

I had to do a out of station closing and the management team was helpful in assisting it seamlessly.

This house has been a dream come true. Great neighborhood with lots to do. Beautiful home we can be proud of. Amazing layout and attention to detail.

As a first time home owner, the experience was new and exciting! Our sales person was thorough in letting us know our options when considering purchasing a town home and the different build outs available. The tour of the model units was thorough and gave me and my fiancé a good view of the space that worked for us. Ultimately, we chose the Greenwich layout, which provided the most space out of all the build outs. We decided to proceed with putting in an offer and the process started. When it came to funding process and getting approved for a mortgage, through Pulte, things did not go as smooth. Upon speaking with the coordinator, we were given clear instructions on what was required of us on our end to follow through. We complied with all the requested documents, statements, and unrelated accounts. The frustration set in when the EXACT numbers would not match up to the single dollar and a lot of the income was questioned, even after a thorough explanation on the source. The biggest hiccup was the change of an account, due to an unfortunate car break in where the account number to the bank was compromised. Upon that incident, the said account was closed and monies transferred to new account within same bank and same owner. With that explanation and proof of transfer, account closing, and account opening, the representative seemed to be confused, even with thorough explanation, and seemed frustrating to continue to explain ourselves. Unrelated accounts were continued to be brought up and we were at a point where we did not want to move forward with the purchase anymore, so much so that we did not care to lose the earnest monies of $73k. By far the most frustrating moments, even with proof of all monies. This begged us to question whether our information was secure or even going to the right place. We are glad that the phone communication was being recorded, so that upon the review, you can judge how clear we were in explaining everything that was asked of us, and still, have the representative not understand. We appreciate everything with Pulte homes, starting from Nick at the sales office who is always ready to help us with anything, following with Gary and his team to deliver almost the perfect condition of our new home, then John and his team are always available for any questions after we moved in, the list is so long! We are very happy and grateful to be one of the Pulte Homes owners!

One word to say about pulte is “Worst”. Right from the beginning of home contract signing nothing went according to the plan. Delivery date got pushed 4 times without any prior notice. I was literally homeless for almost 23 days staying in hotels and friends place due to Pultes last minute date push. No compensation was provided with all these issues. More over after moving in, house is sub par. Floors are with paint stains, my master bathroom was completed after a month of move in. Still open issues yet to be addressed by service team. As soon as we raise a service ticket, first response would be it is as per spec and no issues with the installation. Is Pulte thinking that we are that dumb that we do not know anything and we take whatever they say? Classic example: my dishwasher was not draining after I move in, raised a ticket, got an appointment fixed, on the appointment day customer service person called and told me that they cannot make it today as they are waiting for spares, Really? Without visiting and checking how they decide that they need to change something to make it work. The above is one in many, better please avoid pulte if you can. ... More
