We are new homeowners and have loved everything about our Pulte home and the Pulte company that we have experienced thus far.

Pulte is a good builder, During the development, Pulte provide three orientations: pre-construction, pre-drywell and pre-closing. It is helpful to know how the house is built by Pulte. After closing, the customer care manager is very nice and responsible. He makes every effort to help owners resolving the issues.

Everything was excellent except some minor issues with the carpet

Everything went great and according to plan. Our sales rep, field manager, mortgage group and title company were amazing. The only negative comment I have is the quality of work from the painter. It was disappointing seeing the finished product of work and quality that they did. I recently had to go and purchase more paint for both the outside and inside of the home to touch up his mistakes and where he forgot to paint.

The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.

Excellent quality

Pulte is a quality builder. My home experience has been very satisfactory! A few issues have cropped up but Pulte has been pretty fast to respond with quality fixes for the issues. I feel confident in my purchase.

PULTE did a great job on our new home - home is very efficient and well designed. Could pay just a little more attention to the small details but they are small - I would buy a PULTE home again - I bought home on a discount but otherwise appraised just below retail price.

Wish there are timer switches installed for patio and driveway lights which is not expensive and no homeowner will do it manually everyday. Paint is peeling off even with painter tape

In thinking of my experience buying my a brand new home with Pultie, I would definitely recommend them. I have gone through home buying and refinancing loans in the past, and this by far has been the smoothest experience thus far. Everything from touring the model home and submitting the purchase agreement with Jim, the loan approval process with Becca and Jennifer, choosing finishes in the design center with Abby, being able to see all the stages of building the home and questions answered by my build coordinator David, closing escrow with Adam, and post close questions / interactions with Amy all experiences were very smooth. As usual with a process like this there are always hiccups or questions, but the staff in each of these stages answered my questions or concerns. Housing prices are all absurd these days so the value isn't really there, but the process itself was smooth and easy, with tons of help from various people in a timely manner. It was the easiest house purchase by far. The appliances and quality are great too.

Fine details could be a bit better but have been great taking care of them.

Easy experience in buying the new home. They were very responsive to address items from home inspection and their own blue tape inspection. Home has nice finishes and just exactly what I was looking for as my next home. My pups and I are very happy in our new home.

My home buying experience with Pulte was pretty painless. I paid a little more than I wanted to pay. I trust Pulte the builder. The only part I have a complaint about is the sloppy construction cleanup!!. Two of the large windows needed to be replaced and were ordered and arrived after my close date. My walk through was prior to the final cleaning. I didn't realize the stains in one of the tubs or the paint left on the den door glass or the glue/paint/mud would left on the tile would still be there after the final construction cleanup. Turns out the stains in the tub are permanent. All the other items I clean as I find them and/or find the time to clean them. The Super on the job was very responsive to my requests until it was up to me to put in warranty claims. Sloppy construction cleaning is not under warranty!! ... More

From our sales agent, two construction managers and the warranty department, we've only had good experiences. Wish we had more options; i.e., choice of appliances, option for screened in porch, flooring. This is our third downsizing and the one that worked the best. Overall we love the house and are happy with this community and location. I would highly recommend Pulte.

Great experience building a new home with Pulte!

The level of professionalism and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has exceeded my expectations.

We were living out of state and working so it was hard to coordinate walk throughs but my sister and brother in laws did the walk throughs for us and Pulte representatives were great. We did meet with Garrett and the warranty representative after we were moved in for three weeks, they were very informative. We are going to send in via the service link as directed items we have seen since we moved in.

It was a very good experience. Gabriel and Rodrigo who work for pulte are excellent
