Quality of the construction work is very poor. The house was not built at the luxury home standards. There was mess up in flooring, they dig the concrete in kitchen which left a lot of dust on all appliances and backsplash in kitchen. Painting work is very bad. I don't recommend Pulte homes.

Happy with the process and final product. Would do it again definitely.

The builder is Pretty responsive to our requests. We had a number of minor issues and a few major issues, and the builder has been incredibly responsive and willing to fix any issues we bring up. When they could not come, I appreciated the clear communication and setting of expectations.

Was a wonderful experience with Josh and Steven from Pulte. They kept me updated throughout the home build process.

I was forced to close on an unfinished house due to year end 2022 situation with a written commitment from Tiffany, Manager of Sales team and commitment from onsite Construction engineer Michael. With in a week, Michael was laid off and there was no communication on new person until my follow ups and the response from Patrick was okay but he doesn't have a full understanding of what Michael has done or not done. I have given a list of Items from quality walk through to Final walk through and now Patrick has turned them over to Customer Service, no resolution, Got mail for customer Service, but no further follow up. After spending 900k on a whom, if Pulte is expecting me to do daily follow ups, I am sorry to say it is pathetic service. All I need is to resolve open issues from before closing to final walk through after closing as soon as possible. Worst thing to say is there is junk of plastic, bottles in sump pump and and mud, plastic and dead rat in egress window. Patrick knows about it to clean and promised to do so. We are thrilled with our new home! While it was a long process it was definitely worth the wait.

Pulte not delivered all items based on sale agreement. Pulte forced me to close the home without complete. When I asked about pending items while closing Pulte given written document and said will complete pending items after closing but it’s not completed yet it’s almost two months still don’t when those items will complete and there is no point of contact to talk about pending items from Pulte side. I never expected Pulte will do like this. I don’t know why Pulte delaying to complete purchased items? I am requesting Pulte please complete my pending items else refund my money about pending items. ... More

Overall im realy pleased with the quality of home. To me the hip roof over concrete construction feels like the rock of gabralter floors ,doors showers everthing seems solid n smooth. All mechanical stuff functions well . I still believe the large price increase from January 2021 up to November 2021 was out of line almost 80k . Swimming pool is beautiful n solid follow up from pool company terrible . Babcock ranch is amazing place done by engineers n good people. The tiny bike path road in front of my house is absolutely silly n was givin little thought considering the great engineers around here. It should be widened by 5 ft on the away from houses side especially for any potential emergency vehicles trying to get to patient . Fabio our field manager was excellent. The closing went smooth. There was things still needed to be done in the house after closing. I will say the project manager was good at keeping us informed on the process.

I had a very good experience thru out the process with a lot of communication. That all ended when I closed. Since then, everyone has disappeared and there is no response to cleaning up the left-over issues. Also had a contractor do some work in my house and damaged my three-week-old refrigerator and again no response. If it wasn't for no customer service after the sale, I would have said Pulte was a good builder.

Process for home buying was smooth and all decisions were made early to ensure all materials would be available.

Site manger just let anything pass once we moved in we found a lot of thing wrong and brought up to building manager let warranty handle it they will fix it we had 67 items on the list they have to come back and fix and a few of the item they had to come multiple times to fix

The experience could have been better, with multiple delays, very very very poor communication from sales associates and construction managers. When we finally got into our house, we noticed multiple things wrong with it. Some of the cabinets were broken when we moved in. We were promised they would get fixed soon after moving in. However, we have lived in our home for over a month and still need an eta of when they will get fixed. Very disappointed with the process and professionalism with every step of the way.

We love our new Pulte home. The entire process went really smooth and we are highly satisfied with everything. Customer service is excellent and they have been really prompt in addressing our questions/concerns

As a publicly traded company, I would expect better quality.

Kay, my sales rep was amazing! She regularly checked in during the entire construction process and was well informed on the progress. Between conversations with her and the weekly updates from the construction managers there weren’t any surprises. If I called, texted or emailed any one of them with a question, I received a prompt response with the information. There were a few items that needed attention after closing and no problem getting the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I felt end of year closing date drove the quickest and poor quality of work. The drywall tape and mud was horrible and the paint job was the worst. They had to redo painted areas which still was done poorly. Painted without removing electrical faceplates. Im also Still in the process of cleaning most faceplates and paint splatters on my floor. All my inside studs are 24 inch apart. This is a cheap way to build a home this expensive. Paid over a half million dollars for a home that looks like any other low end subdivision.

The home buying experience with Marilyn was fantastic and she was helpful from start to finish. Shawn did an amazing job seeing to it that our house was completed on schedule with the highest level of quality. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and it just has that well-built feel to it. From little details like gluing and screwing down the floorboards to keep out the squeaks, to the quality of the finishes, the house has exceeded our expectations in every way. Seriously, come be our neighbors...Pulte is the only way to go.

Our sales agent gave some useful information during the buying process and , we had good experience with the sales team and the construction team. Design team experience was not upto the mark . The construction crew was very friendly crew , helped clarify queries. And Its a good quality home

This was our first new build so going in maybe our expectations were to high. While we love our new house and are so glad to be in it finally (after additional weeks of delays) there are a few things that I wish had better workmanship. The tile work in the upgraded shower is probably my biggest complaint. I am not an expert tile installer but I have done some myself and am extremely disappointed by the "professional" job the team did. We had some significant delays towards the end and the continued lack of communication from Pulte and team was upsetting to say the least.
