Joe is a great project manager. He is there for you in any way he can help. He worked hard to get my house to close before year end. During the walk thru he took immediate action in getting everything completed so we could close. Sherri, Sales Rep, was also great.. She was quick to respond and help me in whatever I needed. Very upbeat, and made me feel that my needs were very important to her.

We started our home buying experience with Pulte Homes July 31, 2021. Due to situations beyond Pulte Homes control ( covid19, suppy line shortages and lact of laborers) it took an extra 6 months to complete construction. It was very much worth the wait. You can not beat the quality of Pulte Homes. We are very happy with the completion of our home. Each of our specifications were met exactly as desired. We definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

We signed for our new home in March of 2022 and we’re told our home would be ready in the spring….March or April of 2023. Then we were rushed to close in December which only benefited Pulte. Outside brick was installed the day of the closing.

The entire process was great and the home is perfect. They answered all of my questions and helped me at every stage of the process. The team I worked with Sarah, Dustin, and Brian made the whole experience easy and as stress-free as a home purchase can get.

They have a nice product looking forward to the new house.

My experience dealing with the people that lead and built my home was fantastic. They were communicative during the whole experience and I felt informed all of the time. Their overlords at the corporate office were a different story. Very uninformative and very hard to get a hold of. Thank goodness I didn't have to deal with them very often. I would recommend building a home with Pulte, just make sure that you stay in constant communication with the folks actually involved and building your home. They were fantastic. Had minor issue upon move in but Jared took care of them in a timely manner

Mary Burbank was very professional and very easy to talk with. Enjoyed working with her.

I am not happy with the work ethic or the construction of my new home.

Mike and Steve are very responsive during the process. After we move in whether it be touch ups or questions they are always there to get back you in a short amount of time.

I love my house and it is a beautiful floor plan, but I have some issues with the workmanship and materials since the house is very expensive.

Most of the people we met throughout the process were very professional and honest. I would recommend Pulte for new home buyers

They don’t care customers after closing. Make sure to get things done before sale.

Be sure and review everything carefully. I caught the sales rep with errors particularly with change orders. At one point she asked me to select different cabinets because I changed to built in appliances which I never did. When I received the final closing documents price did not match my final change order. I believe sales rep forgot to submit the last change order. Beware of Procom Pulte's partner for smart home features. Very deceptive practices in order to make more sales after close. Thought I was getting a "system" when all I was getting were speakers. Only allowed in home 1 time during build process ask for more so you can see quality. Ended up with scratches in tub which Pulte stated was not covered under warranty. ... More

I am very like the house!

Attention to detail was lacking in a number of areas. Expected a better ‘initial’ condition of the house. Things took longer than expected to resolve.

Working with Pulte Homes to build my home was a great experience. Everyone was very helpful through the whole process. Keeping me informed. My build was even a head of schedule by 2 full months!

This is our 3rd Pulte Home. We have been very pleased with the Pulte experience. The people we interact with from sales, production, quality control, and customer care have been excellent. They deliver on their promise and on time. Any issues we had were addressed professionally and remedied immediately. If and when we decide to build again... It will be with Pulte.

House met our expectations except for baseboard work (corner transition work was poor) and painting (splatter/overspray on wood floors

I think there are things that can be improved such as the quality of the toilets, the keys to the bathrooms, showers, kitchen equipment is of low quality, the entrance to the house and the backyard is as if it were under construction, only cement, the poles of the fence are made of wood and not metal, they gave me the house without gutters, it is strange because all the others are delivered like this. The design and colors are great, the rest of the materials are good.

Everything was great until we filled out our 5 star reviews that they all begged for. After that, everything takes a turn because nobody cares anymore. They got their good review and now it doesn’t matter - maybe a public review will spark some initiative. We moved into our new home 12/08 and discovered a leaking valve on a toilet 12/21. Construction manager wanted to fix it but because of “liability” gets told he isn’t allowed, and we need to contact customer service. We have been contacting customer service off and on with empty promises and zero follow through since then. The plumber called once and rudely says, “I’ll be there in 30 minutes” when neither of us are home and we were not given ANY heads up to expect him. Now they tell me they have no appointments until the 10th. So, they want me to deal with an unusable bathroom for 3 weeks?!!! Beyond that, Morgan at “customer service” is one of the rudest, worst customer experience reps I’ve ever talked to. I would fire my employees if they ever spoke to one of my clients the way she spoke to me. No empathy, no sincerity and just a deal with it attitude. Great neighborhood, beautiful home, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER. Buyer beware. PART TWO: 1/16/2023 we find water pouring out of our master window, down the wall and onto the baseboard and carpet. We call the emergency number like we were told to if anything like this happens.. Emergency line tells us its MLK day and everyone is off, somewhat understandable. Tells me that they will send the info to the manager and have someone reach out the next morning right away (they said manager was Ariel) By 10am we still hadn't heard from ANYONE so we made another call. We were told that a manager needed to review, and they would pass the info on. We waited 2.5 hours for a call back and received nothing as usual. Called and spoke to Elizabeth at customer service, she is beyond rude and does nothing to even try and help. She told us someone was already working the file and she had to refer us to them and she would have them call us. We asked for their number and she told us, "I don't have it, they work in the field." Then she continued to tell us this person would call us within 24-48 hours to check our leaking roof. 1 to 2 days just to have a customer service "manager" come out to look at our issue? This is an absolute joke. ... More

The whole experience could not be better. We feel like we are home here. Marsha at the model center was great throughout the buying process and is always so helpful still. The Pulte mortgage process was a little bumpy coming right down to the last minute, but they got it closed. And we got a healthy discount on the closing costs as well. We also used the HOI company recommended by Pulte and that process was a breeze. We used the lawyers recommended by Pulte to close, Butler and College, and they were great! Michael, our construction manager has always been so friendly, helpful and responsive. With a new home, that no one has lived in yet, there are always little things that were not noticed until you move in and start to use everything in the home. Michael has always taken care of everything we need to have fixed since we moved in really quickly. We always feel like a priority. The community is beautiful, and we can't wait until they are finished building the amenity center. Thank you, Pulte, for a smooth transition and a beautiful home. ... More

Went with Pulte due to their great reputation. Unfortunately, maybe due to current times our experience was far less than stellar.

From the moment I visited the model homes in this community, I knew that it would be my future home. Pulte homes are designed with great thought to the layout for gatherings or personal space. Their quality is superior to other builders and more upgraded features are standard. They do offer many upgraded options to customize and individualize your home. Everyone that I worked or spoke with were always available and quick to handle all my questions and requests. I highly recommend a Pulte home as your next forever home.
