Pulte has an amazing team members. From the beginning, they guide and help me through the whole process. They made it so easy. Kudos to Rachel, Jaffe, and Clay. They are amazing.

my buying process was easy

The Pulte buying experience was great. The only complaint was the selection of options. When you start the process you have no idea what the different levels mean. You can't see the options in every level so you have no idea what you can actually choose. When you get to the design studio they show you mostly what is in your level. So I was not able to know all of my options. Did not realize this until after the process. I would have picked things differently had I known.

Overall it was an easy process purchasing a home with Pulte.

Thanks to the Pulte team at Amber Fields! Everyone has been very responsive to my questions, and there have been many! I especially want to commend Brien. He has been so helpful His experience and advice is very much appreciated. A few weeks ago I had a sloppy washer/dryer installation from another vendor. It was late Friday afternoon and Brien immediately came by to help me resolve an issue. It's been a crazy year but I'm glad to be HOME!!

Let me first start at the beginning. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the building of the house and the other parts involved. He was extremly punctual in returning my messages and in helping make decisions on the house. His experience with Pulte homes showed when he answered all my questions which made the home buying experience a 5 star processes. The quality of workmanship and materials,3-4 star depending on what materials were chosen. Some of the finish detail work needed more of a, "finish look". I had to upgrade trim/switches/outlets to match the cost of the house. I felt this should have been part of an incentive add on once the upgrades hit a certain number. Another example is the back poarch light, a $10 light should not be on a house of this calaber. Because of these reasons I gave the 3-4 star rating. The overall trustworthiness of the build I feel deserves a 5 star because I was very impressed with how the house was built and sealed. I feel the builder did a fantastic job on this part and I trust the house will be very efficient. The value for the price, 4 star, Once the upgrades were all added on that was when the base modle options looked a little under valued. This made me add more upgrades to get the look I wanted for the price I was paying. The construction manager Matt was very helpgul and knowledgeable about the building of the house. He was there on the walk through before our final closing and helped point out items that needed attention before the closing was done. Some items were missed by the painters but there is the home warrenty that will take care of it within the year. My over all experince since moving into the house has been very good. We had a great experience from the sales team, through the construction team. Peter was very helpful and we found him always available to answer questions and helpful in our decision making. Bryan was also great to work with as he was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive.

Great experience from start to finish

All questions were answered and addressed especially the final walk-through of the home. Loved the experience. Thank you!

Everytime I contacted Chris with a concern or a question, he responded in a day or two.

We have been Pulte’s home owners in the past. With this home we purchased at time of closing was so disappointment to see the tile floors. The grout and scratches were all over the grout and tiles. The house was poorly cleaned in general.

Problem with installed materials and manner in which the grass was played down.

Weekly updates during build were excellent and included pictures. Found many issues after move in but are being addressed as needed.

Having the opportunuty to purchase a home can truely be exciting and sometimes daunting, Pulte has managed to make this an easier and more pleasant experience.

Overall buying process, House were good and fully satisfied. However, professional workmanship was missing (I am not that demanding person). Painting, Wood work finishing, Concrete finishing were too much rough. Home appliance installation was amatuer ability. I already made a lot of service request ticket in a month. Some cabinet parts are still missing although construction manager promised to set up asap when I closed document. Fortunately, Ms.Nicole in customer care center was really helpful to solve all the issues.

Overall great experience from Ed, our sales rep (as well as July in Aurora who didn't get the sale but helped direct us to the right home and neighborhood), Jeremy, our construction manager, Allyson at the design center and others.. Everything was finished on time (actually a few days early to meet closing on our new home) and work was as expected.

Overall we are satisfied with our home but after living in it for a couple of months, we noticed some flaws with the finishes. Specifically, the paint on the doors and trim was not done completely and there are several nailheads sticking up that were just painted over when they should have been nailset and filled before painting. We have pointed this out to Pulte Customer Care representative Amy. So far they have not sent subs in to correct this. Also, there was a hail storm that happened before we closed that damaged our neighbor’s roofs . We asked Pulte to come out and inspect our roof to see if we also sustained any damage but so far no one has come by to do the inspection. ... More

Overall very happy with speed and quality

The 1st time home buyer process was extremely fun because of the sales office members were some of the greatest people to get in touch with and the construction managers were also amazing. We are enjoying our home and are glad to meet skilled professionals.

After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More
