Pulte delivered a great product right on schedule and was great about communicating and setting expectations. Felt deceived about pulte mortgage and despite bringing this up by email to pulte and in a pulte mortgage survey, have yet to hear back. does anyone read these things? One lingering warranty issue is the hdpe running to att's pull box. a segment was severed during construction resulting in att direct burying my fiber. pulte warranty hasnt engaged me on getting this fixed despite submitting a request. all else has been good.

We felt at home after our first visit to Mavera. Laurie was very helpful and provided us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had to cancel our first contract due to job loss. Laurie was compassionate and helped us cancel and process the return of our Ernest money. We came back to Mavera once I secured a new job. We were hoping to get our original house but it was sold a few days before we came back. Lauri showed us couple of homes that were quick move ins. We fell in love with the Idaloo it had many upgrades and had the tub my wife had to have. We put in a contract the next day. The entire team was very helpful. From the construction manager Steve to the loan processors and closing team. Our contract was contingent on the sale of my home. It sold the first day on the market. Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

My over all buying experience was great, my sales person Yvo was my go to guy and he was always professional, timely and helped me with any info

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

The construction manager would say he was going to do something, but then would never follow up. The next in line manager was very helpful, very responsive. Still some issues with window and lanai sliding door after closing 2 months ago. Should be resolved this month although very unhappy with the way they left the garage floor. Paint, stains …total mess doesn’t look like new construction.

Gigi was fantastic and very responsive

The construction manager Rob was outstanding. He continues to be even to this day. The rest of the team ( closing team) was not very helpful. The did not communicate well with phone, text or email. The guy who actually met us at closing was great. He did a wonderful job. The newest member of the sales team is very helpful and the male in the office has been very helpful through out the entire process. If I did not mention someone they did were did the least in selling or being helpful. Everything was always someone else job and they didn’t do anything to problem solve by contacting to person in Pulte who they say were responsible or follow up with the information. When I followed up with Pulte often it was information readily available or should have been known. Since closing the newest team member has answered every question or gotten back with an answer within minutes. Overall a good experience. ... More

The buying experience was good, some of the building issues could have been resolved before we moved in or purchased the house!

Overall its a nice house. We did a quick close, so it was almost finished being built. Had some issues, but Pulte is quick to fix things

Fantastic all the way through

We were moving from far away. Therefore we had to rely on others which ended up working out. Being here from framing to completion would be ideal. I think that Pulte could provide more information earlier in the process including written timelines for when things are happening. I also think they need to provide more flexibility with their models. The ability to add a window or door or enlarge a porch or patio should be considered.

All Pulte employees were great to work with and answered all questions and very proactive with updates and explanations of the total process —especially Isabel and Ashley !

I love our new home. We had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Everything is great honestly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is our flooring. The quality is not that good. It was stained before we moved in. I was told I can wash it of easily. It’s not true. Also it doesn’t feel or look nice. I guess we will change that as we have an opportunity.

I originally thought I wanted a single family home until I walked in the Abbyville model at Hillcrest. The salesperson (Kay) provided the right amount of information and was always available for follow-up questions with a down to earth comfortable approach. The construction team (Chad and Ben) took the time to walk me through the features of my home and were willing to respond to issues found in my new home orientation and inspection. Kay, Chad and Ben were great to work with and represent Pulte very well! The only reason I gave a neutral rating for workmanship and materials is that I have only been living in the home for 4 days (moved in on 1/22)and have not had enough time to assess and/or work with Pulte Customer Service. ... The Pulte team was fantastic in assisting me in the purchase of my new home. I would highly recommend a Pulte home and the folks in the mortgage process who walked me through each and every step in the process. A fantastic experience for me!

Overall experience was positive, everyone we worked with was professional and responsive. They certainly communicate proactively when there are construction, permit delays and kept us appraised.

There are two people that stood out with me and Pulte during my homebuying experience first was the sales representative Bobbett. She was exceptional. She was friendly personable, and she made me feel like I could be a part of a community that was family oriented, and driven to have a safe environment for my children, the second person within Pulte that was exceptional and provided a comfortable situation and was able to answer all of my questions in which I can understand them as a first time Home owner was the construction manager Mark. he was personable straightforward and made me feel comfortable with the materials and quality of my home. From the start of my loan process to closing was a stress-free experience and those that I spoke with to the ones I had seen in person was great and knew their business I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.
