We were excited to move in. However we have found 3 pages of poor workmanship issues. We submitted tickets for all. Customer Service keeps making appointments to fix the issues but never show up. Stayed home from work last week to meet with Pulte no show no call. ai guess I am stuck with Pulte’s lousy work.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW,after the closing we discovered that the actually house quality is a trash,all the walls and ceiling are unbelievable uneven,you can’t even install a shelf or any pictures,after one week from closing we saw the roof fell off on the half of the garage, the backyard door isn’t intact,when is raining all the water flows in the house,stove installed in only 2 screws,4 inside doors are not closing properly…and more more other things.

We are 45 days post closing with still a lot of tickets in progress. With the rate of turnover at Pulte it makes it hard to get our stuff completed and communication is horrible. It's been a lot of talk.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The quality of the house is definitely not there. The trustworthiness is laughable. And the price absolutely not. And then responsiveness to issues is a joke. Let me start by saying I was forced to close on this house with the head honchos knowing that this house is not ready the tub was chipped. The showers are chipped by countertops and chipped. Most of my cabinets are falling apart or miss matched. I had hinges the wrong colors. I have so many drywall issues so many paint issues I have baseboards that aren’t even painted yet and water damage the first week I moved in a gas leak the second week I moved in, I’ve got the runaround I’ve been there for almost 2 months and I lack the response to take care of any of my issues to get people. There is a joke and when people show up their responses is that’s not my job. My house is a $500,000 home all day. and that’s me being generous. I have drywall cracks everywhere. They used the wrong solution for my joints but now that the heaters on all of my joints are cracking, I have more than a quarter inch gap in my drywall. My baseboards are all cracking my paint with one little rub comes off completely my shower in my kids bathroom leaks, brown things. I have overspray on my toilets and countertops not to mention my tile. Some lines are over a half an inch wide, and my tiles are chipped carpet is very poor quality I can feel imperfections completely I’m not even going to get into the appliance situation, unless I can speak to somebody like Cabinets or a laughing matter considering it’s a $700,000 home these cabinets look like you can get them from less than IKEA. My doors have come off my faces have come off of the cabinet. They are the cheapest quality cabinets you can buy, which I found out. The manufacture doesn’t even make them. They order them and how they come is how they come Pulte should really take pride in the sort of thing, I am literally looking into getting my plans for my house because me installing TVs on the walls nothing is within measurements there’s no 16 inch studs 12 in 24 nothing …, Pulte you have lack the quality this is my third I’ll be home and it’s just getting crappy and crappy here every single house. Oh and did I mention I was forced to close. I looked at Matt Wagner and I told him that this house wasn’t ready. He didn’t care he talk to me two times and never talk to me again. Responsiveness to completion and warranty issues is terrible.

It was ok. Could have been better but wasn’t the worse experience.

I recently purchased a home from Pulte and have experienced numerous issues with the quality of the products and customer service. No one came out to repair the furnace in an emergency, leaving our house temperature to drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for three days straight. I was troubleshooting over the phone. Additionally, there were condensation issues with the windows, which the builder refused to cover under warranty. Finally, there were no trims or molding on the basement stairs they had in other homes but decided not to do for my house. I was assured that all issues would be covered in the first year, but this has not been the case. This has been incredibly disappointing. I have paid 50K premium over the Lot premium price and bought upgrades of 91K, and still, Pulte has cheap out on so many things and given me a really bad experience with customer service, they do not want to do anything, ... I believe the overall quality of the home that I have bought is not great compared to the town home built by Pulte that I moved from. I am extremely disappointed particularly with the way the rain water drainage system has been designed and implemented in my home and in the community. It is clearly a cost cutting measure and it is certainly the worst that I have seen in any property I have lived so far.

Over all a good experience so far just moved in a few weeks ago. Would like to know when Amenities area will be completed.

Opted for costly upgrades to the kitchen but was installed a shaker cabinet that was asymmetrical where one side had 2 doors and another side had only one. Was told after the fact that this was their intended design. There was no disclosure before hand that it would look this awful. Would not want to correct it. Whats the point of upgrading if the original looked way better than the upgrade. Clearly, the architect or whoever designed this does not have a concept of math and symmetrical measurements. It’s like buying a car with 2 doors on the left but just 1 door on the right side. Also, the overall paint on the inside is mediocre. Paint finish was done in a hurry with only a single coat on some areas. The garage was not even painted, only primered. Some rooms have botched painting on it. ... More

My home was not ready for closing. There were too many items that needed to be repaired redone or fixed. Now it’s a slow and difficult process dealing with the home warranty and vendors entering my home for things that should have been complete before the closing.

Ever since we purchased this property and my mother has moved in, i have been on tons of email chains with all of the issues on the house. Your workmanship and quality control is terribel.

My experience as a first-time home buyer was amazing from the moment that I walked into the sales office! I was greeted by the sales agent Jacqueline and immediately felt comfortable zero pressure or sales tactics, didn't even consider looking at any other properties I chose the model on this property but Jacqueline did want me to see other homes on the property before I made my decision, I appreciated the fact that she took the time for that before just jumping on closing the sale of a higher priced unit. still chose the higher price and I love the home and property highly recommend Pulte Homes ... I had the great experience while making the offer on the house. The agent was super responsive and provide all the information in timely manner. However after closing builder did not complete the remaining repairs as they promised and as sign in the contract. It took almost 2 months to get those issues addressed after the closing. I needed to follow up multiple times on those repairs. They even lied mentioning everything fixed even when none of those items were addressed. It became very hard to trust.

Excellent service and material quality.

I understand it's common that new homes have issues. Although I think the builder should try to fix those issues in timely manner. We had problems with leaking gas that took 3 weeks to solve despite the gas being dangerous both for our health and may explode. The communication with the warranty team is terrible and they don't bother to respond to emails. I see a big problem with the warranty team. We bought a house with 3 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs, both tubs are leaking, one is completely unusable because of the holes in the tub. The house is beautiful inside and out with amazing Mountain Views and spectacular sunsets. Our construction manager and sales consultant were absolutely great to work with!! We are very happy and looking forward to building memories at Copperleaf!!!

There is no light in the toilet room. They placed a handicap bar behind the toilet, that is of no help to my husband. The towel bar is in the toilet room and not next to the sink. There is a 6 inch border going into the shower so it is not handicap accessible. The cabinets are made of some material that is not wood. The toilet paper holders are plastic. The appliances are the cheapest and bottom of the line you can find anywhere. The "gathering room" is a misnomer as it can only accommodate 3 people. They did not have a model to see before buying, only a floor plan and misleading photos which were truly inaccurate. When we moved in the elevator broke and we had to put half of our stuff in storage . The next week they replaced the elevator doors. We still do not have a recycling room set up in the basement so I have to drive to the other dis of town to get rid of my recycling. The fire alarm went off twice in one week and the building had to evacuated (my husband is handicapped and we are on the third floor, it was terrifying). The single kitchen sink is huge, 30 inches long, wastes a lot of counter space. You have to take your house key and fob everywhere, even to the trash room on your floor which for some reason is locked (why???). Honestly it feels like we are living in a hotel and does not feel like home. I submitted warranty issues that needed to be addressed and other than getting a confirming e-mail response, have not heard from anyone: it has been weeks. Sales team and site manager are great; these concerns a quality and design issues. Sales team helped carry stuff up the stairs when the elevator broke. These are mainly design and quality issues. I have good experience working with Sales consultant, her name is "Kristen Fatt" and the Construction manager "Logan Coffey-Lumpkin", appreciate their work in building my home and its been 1 month I moved to dream home still I see the concerns like water leak from the windows and the issue has been escalated to Pulte customer service rep - Chase and I know he is looking in getting it resolved and I would request Pulte to take care of the issues getting them resolved. other observations in my home are like there is a skin/chip layer on the Vinyl floor panel is broken and Pulte is not responsible to have it fixed, also door knobs with locking is not put in the other 2 bedroom doors, along on the carpet I feel sharp nails are hurting while walking on the steps and in the living area, I have a small kid who is crawling and worried the safety of my kid because of it. ...
