Malcolm and Mary Ann were wonderful to work with. They were extremely organized and had great attention to detail. We greatly appreciated their follow through to ensure that our home was well built and finished in the choice of products we wanted. We feel that our home was a very good buy for the money.

The team at Pulte was so great to work with This is such a huge purchase, it is a lot to think about with so many decisions. I felt comfortable from the start. Working with Robb I knew I was in good hands. I was able to drive by and see the progress and Robb kept in touch with all the updates. Then I started working with Tom who kept in touch with me right thru to closing. Tom convinced me I would love my house and he made that happen. Great experience with a great team of professionals.

Pulte made the process easy and quick during our home buying process. Mike ensured our home was to top quality and walked us through how they build their houses and what they check for. We are very pleased with our Pulte home. There are always stressors in a new home build and we had some unintended delays but the finished product is a beautiful place to retire. The finishes offered are gorgeous and it’s a lovely home. While not custom builders, the team worked with us to make the home more wheelchair accessible within their abilities, and did a wonderful job. Cheryl, Dustin and Kevin were always professional and gracious at every turn. They worked very hard to ensure a quality build. We are most grateful.

OUR Home sweet home became a reality because of David. He was our building manager and he made all our dreams come true. Building a home is never easy however David made it doable. This is our first time to build our home and Pulte provided a satisfying experience. The whole process was smooth. We were kept informed of the building on a weekly basis from our construction manager. This company was very easy to work with and we love our new home!

Summer Bay isn't sold out!!!! Whether its a dry lot, on a lake, or overlooking a preserve Summer Bay is a secluded and quiet place to live. Plus the prices are unbeatable!

Working with the Pulte team was an absolute pleasure! Marianna was always readily available to answer my questions! James was extremely helpful as well, making sure I knew who to contact in case of emergencies. Luke and Brian were so helpful during the initial walkthrough as well as the final walkthrough. My husband and I enjoyed our experience when we decided to purchase a home in the Island Camp, Delta Coves area. The team was wonderful and Dorian, the Const. Coord. was awesome with walking us through and answering all of our questions. He even gave us his number in case we had any future issues, which we have had none! We have had a smooth experience purchasing our home from Pulte in Waterways. Courtney was very helpful and informative about all things Pulte during the home buying process. Steve, the builder has responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. They are both pleasant and friendly. We give them both a 10/10.

Love the new house, everything we asked for

Honestly could not say one bad thing about our experience. I was always so excited for Fridays because of the weekly updates. It was so cool being able to be notified on every step of the process. Designing our dream house and moving in still feels so surreal. Pulte you have been wonderful. Oh and let’s not forget how amazing both CM and entire staff were.

Molly, Luke and the entire Pulte team at Towns on the Parkway in Dublin were exceptional to work with! We love our new townhome and feel like we hit the jackpot with location, selections, craftsmanship and value. We got an impressive interest rate through Pulte Mortgage, too which was well below the prevailing market rates. People should be running to buy at Towns on the Parkway! It's the best investment on new construction in Dublin!
