Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

Professional and efficient staff throughout the whole process, understanding of and accommodating to a buyers needs

I am overall very satisfied with my home buying experience with Pulte. The sales agent was wonderful and the contractor was great throughout the home being built. The only issue I have is since the house has been built I have been trying to get some minor things resolved and it has taken a little longer than desired. Other than that everything is great with the purchase of my Pulte home. Great value for the size of home we purchased.

The home buying experience was good my sale associate Dave was awesome. The only downfall was setbacks with home being built due to supply shortages and workers. I only wish I closed on time for the lower interest rate than 9 months later. I am overall pleased with my new home now.

Everyone was great during the process of purchasing and building our townhouse! The only downfall for us was the house didn’t look like it was professional cleaned prior to closing!

Drywall workmanship leaves a little bit to be desired No weatherstrip on front door plus a FEW other issues BUT overall would recommend as Great Build

It is a good built home. The only issues is lack of detail from the contractors. They are moving so fast they don't have the fine fit and finish. Tiles can be raised in shower, door frame trim is not gapped right. Plumber put pipe across walk around from water heater. Little things. But overall good built house. Pulte guys great to deal with.

Jeremy was exceptional, Josh was good, Daniel was good and Trish was was good.

Chris and Bryan worked with us on our build in Parkside. Both were openly communicative and available to answer questions and provide help whenever we needed it. Thank you both for making our home building process as stress free as possible!

The baseboard had so many rough joints and most of them were not sanded after painted. Missing caulk line everywhere. Tiles are not level, and had over cuts under many door frames.

Once in home had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed our warranty guy Phil was on to top of our concerns and issues and had them resolved in a timely manner.

Overall I am happy with the process and house. There were some issues but most of them taken care of by project managers. The quality of materials are good. The cleanliness of house was not perfect.

All new builds will have their share of issues. Subcontractors rarely pay attention to the small details and tend to cut corners throughout the building process. This will definitely happen regardless of who you build with. However, the biggest difference we had when building with Pulte was the leadership team and their commitment to making things right for us. Our superintendent, Brian L., and his team did a phenomenal job of handling our issues in a timely manner and ensuring that everything with our new home was up to our standards before closing. It was his attention to detail that made the difference for our family. I love Pulte homes they are beautiful and well built! I’ve looked at a few of their communities before deciding on Naples Manatee Cove. This quaint gated community has a beautiful community pool and the landscaping is always well taken care of as part of HOA fees. I’m extremely fortunate to have a perfect palm tree in my front yard which I love. Little issues concerning the workmanship within the first 30 days are still being worked out but they are being handled. One thing I will say regardless of who is in charge or assigned to welcome a new homeowner home is a better checklist. I moved in and was never given my Hurricane Shutters “box” of how to with pictures and screws until the day before the storm and when I received it I was shown how or where anything was! All the gromits were missing and trying to get those on the day of a storm is NOT EASY! But thanks to a great friend he went to Lowes and purchased a whole box. Just not ok when moving into a new home. Unfortunately there was a hurricane right after I moved in but that is and should be a time for Pulte to shine by showing a new homeowner they want to make sure they have everything they didn’t know they needed. ( Hence the checklist) I didn’t even know the Hurricane Shutters box kit was missing. And I’m sure there are many other items missing ( for example I didn’t know I didn’t have attic pull down stairs because I bought my home after someone backed out there are way to many options to review, all I do know is there is a light on in the attic since before I purchased the home and I have no way of turning off ? These things need to be delt with prior to signing a home over to a new homeowner. There are so many more small things I learned after moving in which should all be in our to do package which weren’t and I believe good customer service starts from the beginning. You can’t set up garbage pick up until AFTER you close because it’s registered with the county that you now own the home, and so many other little details. ( I wanted everything set up prior so that it was organized for me but in Florida it doesn’t work that way) these little details are very important to a new homeowner moving from another state. I’m happy to speak with anyone in customer service as that is what I do everyday with my job. People call us or email us because they have questions and don’t know it’s that simple- or they don’t know anything is missing but because the company cared so much to make sure you the new homeowner had all the information now the new homeowner is well informed. The process of buying a home with Pulte was great. We love our house and location. Our let down has been responsiveness with concerns on the website.

Smooth process, good communication through different phases

Working with Pulte was surprisingly easy. They involve the homebuyer in every aspect of the homebuying experience. Their homes our beautifully built and the quality of the home for the price is good. Everyone I worked with; loan officer, home design, construction manager and closing agent were all very personable and knowledgeable subject experts. Pulte is a homebuilder you can trust to build well crafted quality homes.

We have a great experience with. Very professional group of people. We have not moved at the house yet so we can not really judge the workmanship and quality. We like what we see so far

Finish work on walls, drywall finish terrible

We understand that there always will be issues pending after closing. Nevertheless the communication with the office and the personnel in charge of taking care of the issues is worse than bad.. Castle Group is also an organization that needs a lot of improvement.

Overall, a good home building experience.
