Will need to be very critical of build quality issues

The experience was great and we love our new condo

Drywall workmanship leaves a little bit to be desired No weatherstrip on front door plus a FEW other issues BUT overall would recommend as Great Build

Everything went well with the sale and move in. Pulte obviously hires great people that care about their clients.

First time buyer with no expectation but had good experience overall.

100% recommended, the construction company Pulte is very responsible

The experience of buying a Pulte Home at Split Oak Reserve was the best I have ever had in purchasing a home, thanks to Mandy and Joe. Mandy was attentive to my needs! Mandy new exactly what I needed as an elderly woman with disabilities. Mandy took me to the house that allows me to be independent, a single story with open spaces. The building supervisor Joe was there with us from the beginning of our experience and continues to this day to help and answer questions. The walkthrough with family and my realtor Jen could not have been better. Actually, Joe took the most time with this walkthrough that I have never experienced and I have purchased several homes in my life. Joe made us all feel his knowledge of a Pulte home double sold us on why we chose our home. Joe is an expert from the roof to the ground on our home. I commend Joe on his expertise but most of all for me his kindness with my needs. Thank you Joe and Mandy for making this purchase of a Pulte home the best ever! ... More

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! My biggest problem was the metal cover over the sewer drain in front bedroom

Design experience in a digital world should be digital. Not read a PDF with all your options. Should be a digital model of one’s home which allows for an immersive experience to put in options and lighting that gives you transparency in cost and choices vs. a rushed feeling when you get to the design studio. Trades are challenging and carpentry at times are a miss. The way they care for your home should be with more care and awareness of where and how they place things that are already built by other trades.

We bought in a tough time - supply and labor shortages and then massive interest rate increases. However, Pulte stayed true to the timeline and, when they couldn’t get a particular appliance, they upgraded us to a higher level / brand so as not to cause further delays. The house is gorgeous and all the materials, even things we chose not to upgrade, are of excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

This home buying process was easy with Pulte homes.. The professionalism and care given by the sales department, and mortgage lenders was outstanding. They use high quality materials and the workmanship was great. I am very satisfied with my home and would recommend Pulte homes to anyone looking for a high quality home at a fair price.

From our first phone call with sales we felt completely at ease. Romina was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We had taken our time and visited with the other builders in our subdivision but hands down what Pulte had to offer was incomparable. We were included every step of the way. Our Construction manager Ryan was an absolute dream. He addressed any concern asap and would follow up and keep us in the loop at all times. He was patient in explaining every inch of the house and is still available to answer any questions. Kudos to Pulte to for building beautiful homes and having a great reliable team. We paid a bit more, I feel mostly because we were buying in an up market. But Pulte was very good to work with and built us a good home. We did not face bad experiences.

This is my first new home so i did not know what to expect but everyone was very helpful and always answered my questions no matter how many i had or how often i emailed or called.

Had our construction manager quit 2 weeks before our house was supposed to close and realized he hadn’t cared for weeks. Had so many things wrong at our walk through. Pushed closing back a few days. Still have multiple thongs on the outside wrong. Dishwasher has never worked, still waiting in parts. Water heater was broke from the electrical people turning it on without water. Still waiting for cabinets to be fixed for the 2nd time.

Great experience, helpful and responsive team

Worst sales consultants to begin with. Construction manager is never available for questions. The in answer he had S is that a host is built by humans so it will have issues and defects and will never be perfect. This is his standard answer to all the lousy workmanship on the house. Absolutely poor quality build.

The master bedroom bathroom shower was not stable and did not want to fix it

Poor finishes and no attention to details. Prior to closing home was incomplete, still waiting for Pulte to complete list. Poor response from warranty.
