Over all a good experience so far just moved in a few weeks ago. Would like to know when Amenities area will be completed.

Opted for costly upgrades to the kitchen but was installed a shaker cabinet that was asymmetrical where one side had 2 doors and another side had only one. Was told after the fact that this was their intended design. There was no disclosure before hand that it would look this awful. Would not want to correct it. Whats the point of upgrading if the original looked way better than the upgrade. Clearly, the architect or whoever designed this does not have a concept of math and symmetrical measurements. It’s like buying a car with 2 doors on the left but just 1 door on the right side. Also, the overall paint on the inside is mediocre. Paint finish was done in a hurry with only a single coat on some areas. The garage was not even painted, only primered. Some rooms have botched painting on it. ... More

My home was not ready for closing. There were too many items that needed to be repaired redone or fixed. Now it’s a slow and difficult process dealing with the home warranty and vendors entering my home for things that should have been complete before the closing.

Ever since we purchased this property and my mother has moved in, i have been on tons of email chains with all of the issues on the house. Your workmanship and quality control is terribel.

My experience as a first-time home buyer was amazing from the moment that I walked into the sales office! I was greeted by the sales agent Jacqueline and immediately felt comfortable zero pressure or sales tactics, didn't even consider looking at any other properties I chose the model on this property but Jacqueline did want me to see other homes on the property before I made my decision, I appreciated the fact that she took the time for that before just jumping on closing the sale of a higher priced unit. still chose the higher price and I love the home and property highly recommend Pulte Homes ... I had the great experience while making the offer on the house. The agent was super responsive and provide all the information in timely manner. However after closing builder did not complete the remaining repairs as they promised and as sign in the contract. It took almost 2 months to get those issues addressed after the closing. I needed to follow up multiple times on those repairs. They even lied mentioning everything fixed even when none of those items were addressed. It became very hard to trust.

Excellent service and material quality.

I understand it's common that new homes have issues. Although I think the builder should try to fix those issues in timely manner. We had problems with leaking gas that took 3 weeks to solve despite the gas being dangerous both for our health and may explode. The communication with the warranty team is terrible and they don't bother to respond to emails. I see a big problem with the warranty team. We bought a house with 3 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs, both tubs are leaking, one is completely unusable because of the holes in the tub. The house is beautiful inside and out with amazing Mountain Views and spectacular sunsets. Our construction manager and sales consultant were absolutely great to work with!! We are very happy and looking forward to building memories at Copperleaf!!!

There is no light in the toilet room. They placed a handicap bar behind the toilet, that is of no help to my husband. The towel bar is in the toilet room and not next to the sink. There is a 6 inch border going into the shower so it is not handicap accessible. The cabinets are made of some material that is not wood. The toilet paper holders are plastic. The appliances are the cheapest and bottom of the line you can find anywhere. The "gathering room" is a misnomer as it can only accommodate 3 people. They did not have a model to see before buying, only a floor plan and misleading photos which were truly inaccurate. When we moved in the elevator broke and we had to put half of our stuff in storage . The next week they replaced the elevator doors. We still do not have a recycling room set up in the basement so I have to drive to the other dis of town to get rid of my recycling. The fire alarm went off twice in one week and the building had to evacuated (my husband is handicapped and we are on the third floor, it was terrifying). The single kitchen sink is huge, 30 inches long, wastes a lot of counter space. You have to take your house key and fob everywhere, even to the trash room on your floor which for some reason is locked (why???). Honestly it feels like we are living in a hotel and does not feel like home. I submitted warranty issues that needed to be addressed and other than getting a confirming e-mail response, have not heard from anyone: it has been weeks. Sales team and site manager are great; these concerns a quality and design issues. Sales team helped carry stuff up the stairs when the elevator broke. These are mainly design and quality issues. I have good experience working with Sales consultant, her name is "Kristen Fatt" and the Construction manager "Logan Coffey-Lumpkin", appreciate their work in building my home and its been 1 month I moved to dream home still I see the concerns like water leak from the windows and the issue has been escalated to Pulte customer service rep - Chase and I know he is looking in getting it resolved and I would request Pulte to take care of the issues getting them resolved. other observations in my home are like there is a skin/chip layer on the Vinyl floor panel is broken and Pulte is not responsible to have it fixed, also door knobs with locking is not put in the other 2 bedroom doors, along on the carpet I feel sharp nails are hurting while walking on the steps and in the living area, I have a small kid who is crawling and worried the safety of my kid because of it. ... It was a great experience working with construction team.

Our first experience started with Stephen (sales), who greets you with a smile and a great personality. He was willing to stop what he was doing and allowed us to look at several different models many times on several different days to make our decision. He also worked with us the best possible deal. Definitely a great representative in the purchase of our home. Secondly, we have to acknowledge Joe (construction), who oversees all construction and details in the home. He also takes you on a tour of the exterior and interior of your home after your purchase to shows you all the pluses and features of your home. Joe has gone beyond and above what any normal person would do to make sure we were happy with the home during and after your move in. He is definitely an asset to Pulte Homes. He has made this whole process easier and comfortable for us as new home owners. ... More

We really enjoy our new Pulte home! It's a good quality home. We wish it was easier working with the closing company but Pulte Homes build good solid homes with great floorpans and we are very happy with our house. WE LOVE IT!

By far one of the worst experiences of home building we've ever dealt with. We've been in our home for just shy of 8 weeks & we currently have 40 work order tickets submitted for issues in our home. The quality is beyond poor !! And next week, movers are coming to remove everything from our 2nd floor due to subfloor issues which we report MONTHS before closing. The experience has sucked every ounce of joy from us. We will never recommend Pulte. We just want all of our issues resolved so we can live in a home we are paying a fortune for. And some form of compensation since we are missing work for repairs and essentially cannot even use our 2nd floor of our home as it is intended. The exterior of our home is awful - splintered woods, sharp unseamed metal edges, damaged wood, etc. The list goes on. We were patient with the home build (we were told we'd close in July/August & didn't until December). We requested quality from the man in charge of our home & what we got couldn't be further from that. While the person in charge of warranty has been helpful, they too expressed our home shouldn't have went to close with the amount of issues we are experiencing. The man in charge of building this home should be ashamed of himself for the home he left us. He promised to fix things even after close & they weren't done. After 8 weeks, we are still left with cabinets damaged throughout, no scribe/trim in several places of our home, a patio covered in rust spots, doors with damage, etc. The list continues. We are sad that our new home is filled with stress of issues rather than joy and happiness. It is not okay, at all !! Someone needs to be held accountable for the extremely poor quality of our home. We used Pulte for our first home build and it was a great experience which is why we chose Pulte again. And to be honest, I wish we wouldn't have. One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. We missed so many details that we hate to see everyday. Uneven window frames, tile that’s not leveled, bad paint quality, broken/cracked caulking, nails sticking out of our carpet, warped walls, and the list goes on. We’ve called warranty and nothing has come out of it. Still waiting for a call back. Before you buy a home with Pulte think about it first. You might regret it like we did. ... More
