Overall the build quality is just ok. For the price point of this property, the expectation was much higher on fit and finish. We do have a warranty claim in to fix all issues but disappointed with how the home was delivered to us. Also the parking is and will continue to be a real problem.

I am shocked at the lack of quality in the workmanship of my new home. I have a long list of items that I should not have to contact the builder to fix. It's a matter of thoroughness, which Pulte does not follow at all.

We had many complaints after closing including gaps in the main door frame, internal doors not fitted properly, kitchen cabinets badly aligned with damages etc. In addition, quite a few of the order modifications were not done which had to be pointed out and followed up for closure. Fortunately the local team (Molly and Nathan) was helpful in getting these done.

Given today’s current market and high interest rates, homes are more expensive than what one might unit expect; that should make the quality and care better alone! Unfortunately, the product we received at the end was flawed. Our home had minor issues that we hoped would be resolved in a timely manner and through miscommunication and error, we still sit with those issues unresolved (paint, drywall, doors…). Have had issues since we moved in and have been waiting for our broken toilets to be fixed for 2 months (all 5 of them) with the bare minimum being done and no resolution

All around we’ve had a great experience with Pulte. There’s been a few hiccups along the way, but there has been a lot of transparency and communication to get things back on track. Our timeline was excellent and we’re very impressed with the quality of our home.

Andrew (sales) and Robbie ( building) were excellent folks to work with. Looking forward to working with them again

We purchased our home very close to the peak of the market during major labor shortages and supply chain issues. So there were many unforeseen delays. Despite that, I still have a very positive experience with our Pulte home purchase. Our Construction Manager Zach kept us updated every week, and did everything he could to get us into our home as soon as possible. And where I was very impressed is his post sale support. It’s easy to miss little things during your walk through, and the home does settle causing things to shift. But Zach has been amazing with helping us resolve issues as they popped up. He has absolutely been the biggest contributor to our positive experience with Pulte. ... More

Great experience from inquiry to closing. Everyone communicated constantly, always giving us updates. Answered both through email and texts if we have questions and would even reach out by phone to make sure everything was clear and that we’re on the same page. Love our home and (fingers crossed) had no issues so far.

They deliver what is promised. Spot on delivery time.

With Covid ending and supply chain issues, I am unsure where any blame should go. Our 1st Pulte home was very smooth, but this had many road bumps in the build. Pulte tried to fix everything quickly, but they had to rely on others, which was the issue. Ian also did not help. Next time I will look to rehab an existing house if there is a next time. Pultie's Superintendent gave us his best effort, which made things better.

I had a great experience in purchasing a new construction townhouse in Stuart FL. They kept me informed along the process so we had time to sell our current home to purchase our new home. After we moved in they were responsive to my small requests and questions. Looking forward to the completion of the project. I love the high ceilings and 8 ft doors, many windows for light. I highly recommend this builder.

I had a great experience working with pulte. Things were done on time and I really love my home. My sales representative was awesome. Not enough words to express how wonderful she was. I will not hesitate to work with pulte again.

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.

Porém viajei do Brasil pra assinar o Closing dia 28 e até hoje os reparos ainda não concluídos Espero que ocorra de forma correta e fique tudo bem.

Communication was amazing every step of the way

Very happy with my new home and I know it’s not easy to pleasure everyone but in my case I’m very pleasure and want say thank you for the entire team for the hard work!!

We had a really great experience with Pulte from start to finish. The process was quick and smooth and our project manager Stephen was really great with communication and so pleasant to work with. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed after we moved in and Pulte made sure to get them taken care of as quickly as possible. We are very happy with our new home and impressed with the entire process.

I moved in and had tons of issues with no response from the HOA or the mortgage office since the mortgage was sold before I moved in.

Pulte Mortgage loan consultants are arrogant people. For every question you ask, the response starts with you signed this document. They would deduct appraisal fees on a lot that didn't even get a permit, no clear communication about when money will be deducted and for what purpose, basically customer service is non-existent, and their attitude is like you're stuck with us. I believe the home's basic structure is solid for which I'm happy about. But the interior finishing is subpar. Missed critical plumbing lines, Loose doors (the home's main door was installed incorrectly and it took 3 rounds of escalations to Pulte associates to make them identify it as a problem, and it's not yet fixed, yes, that's right!!), loose faucets, there are unusual number of issues that I'm still following up with the builder. My last sales consultant was good, and my construction manager was very responsive. However, the warranty team is unresponsive and for everything there will be a blanket reply, this has been fixed during closing, why would a customer submit a repair request for a non-existing issue? I closed the house and then I have to vacate it after a week of closing and live elsewhere for 3 days because of drainage block caused by construction debris. There is no sort of accountability whatsoever from Pulte, I was sold a poorly completed home in December rush. The things I like about this home are the community's location, solid basic structure and decent pricing, but unfortunately making me vacate a newly closed home and Pulte associate's response to it changed by whole perception about this builder. ... I don't think I would ever go with Pulte Homes again in my life. The buying and building process was okay. I'm very very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and materials used in the home even with everything upgraded. I feel like I overpaid by a lot compared to the value I received in the home. Most of the items marked to get fixed during the final walkthrough were not fixed as they had only kept 2 day window between the final walkthrough and the closing. I have contacted the supervisor to get these fixed and still waiting to actually get them fixed. With upgrades, I did get to choose the stuff but it wasn't as much as I would have liked and also what their competitors such as Toll Brothers and Lennar are offering. I regret not going with the Toll Brothers who are way better and less expensive. I have a cousin who choose to go with Toll Brothers in Elgin and he was given so many options even with the standard options and the service he has been receiving is excellent. I feel like Pulte is only focused on building as many homes as they can and increasing the revenue number. Another thing I'm extremely disappointed with is that Pulte isn't flexible at all. You would have to work per their schedule and they will hardly make any changes you would want to make in the schedule even with early communication. Terrible, construction was delayed and Pulte won’t confirm due date to protect themselves. Still no repair on the defects that was pointed out during the walk through inspection. Overall, the delay that Pulte caused has caused my interest rate to go up.

Not repair pending I wait and nothing pass

Pulte builds houses very quickly and brings in multiple contractors. Project management is a huge aspect of these constructions. When pointing out issues with various issues repeated requests needed to be made. Appears that the Pulte project team needs added support to address the home owners needs.
