I heard from my friends that some of the sales agents don’t respond quickly before closing. We had issues in closing to get the required documents.

Interior of home had minor imperfections. They didn’t paint laundry room ceiling. No light cover in master closet,

I was impressed during the build by the responsiveness to fix things when things didn’t go quite right. Stuff always happens during a build but it is how it’s handled and the honesty that concerns me the most. Each instance was handled the right way the first time. I was impressed.

I am a first time homeowner and my experience with Pulte nothing short of excitement and done with ease. All of the support and care from the staff made it a truly enjoyable experience. Pulte is nothing but trustworthy and dependable. I know they have built me a wonderful new home!

Fairly easy process. I've always heard that building a house was a nightmare. This was not my experience. Any issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was clear.....it may take a day or two to hear back on something....but this crew is slammed busy so that didn't bother me. Finding a lot of cosmetic drywall issues now that I'm living in the house, but will get these handled at my 1 yr inspection. Other minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner. My advice is to visit often and inspect even more. Catch things as early as you can to avoid any major problems down the road. Fingers crossed that nothing MAJOR occurrs after my warranty is up. I expected building a new home to be very complicated and frustrating. Pulte, however, walked us through everything so easily! Even though we were out of state, I always felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns I had. I love the quality of my new home and haven’t had any problems bigger than minor, easy to fix, flaws. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone I talk to about my experience.

We absolutely love our home and the floor plan. Heidi and Andres were fantastic to work with and always answered our questions and kept us informed.

Beginning when I decided to purchase this home, the Pulte employees have been responsive to all my questions and concerns. My Field Manager answered every email quickly and made me feel that I had a primary role in the building of my home. Now that I am here, I am thrilled with my home, my neighborhood and community.

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

I titled this because they have been responsive and do great work when an issue has been identified. When the job is left to those who you can tell are clearly capable like Tim, Larry, and Jim there have been minimal issues. Tim has done several repairs in our house and has been very positive. We like his workmanship. Jim and Larry have been helpful with questions and concerns through correspondence and setting up appointments for repairs. We have seen a difference in quality since we have started working with them directly. The one star off is for some direct vendors who have come for repairs and Pulte's property management Associa. Mostly satisfied under the current prevailing conditions of Lock down. Coordinating nearby inter state move has been challenging. Couldn't move for 2 months after closing. A shout out to Lori [Sales Person] and Nick [Housing Manager] for their helpful guidance during entire process.
