Blair and the team have been awesome! Very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Home was expensive, but happy with it so far.

Great process.

I have had two other brand new house build. The only complaint I have are the windows. All of them are cut on the frame and the edges are rough. That to me is just not right. It’s like you made them fit instead of purchasing them to fit. I have spoke with Lane a nice gentlemen for sure. But that truly bothers me! I recently sold my 4300 sq ft house in Goodyear my husband passed away to much house. I had looked at several homes. Always wanted a home builder by your company. The house was currently build did my walk through. Did not notice the windows until my blind installer measured and pointed it out to me!! ... More

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

My Construction Manager, Chris, was very knowledgeable, attentive, & organized!! He was a pleasure to work with & on top of everything!!

Hello my experience buying was pretty good, what comes after is the issue. A lot of little issues in workmanship come up after buying a new home. A few small issues present themselves and all has to go through the Pulte ticket system. They are quick to answer but it seems that almost every week I notice something new not done to its best ability. I will still recommend them as they have handle the issue I have pit in a ticket for. But the truth is that I would have love to just move in and have no worries. Sales team is great, william the project manager was awesome, our project manager now is very nice as she is on top of the problems presented. Lauren at the design center was amazing, it is just the people used in the construction side that I feel do not let them get that perfect score. I’m about 95% happy with my new home, and overall, it’s been a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was fantastic—especially the builder and the community, which really exceeded my expectations. The only hiccup I encountered was a lack of flexibility around the closing date. It was a bit stressful and frustrating at first, but thanks to the builder’s help, I was eventually able to get it moved. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of support you get with Pulte. Pulte has proven to be a great builder, and aside from the closing process (which I consider a minor bump), everything else was smooth. Overall great experience, especially Kelly the sales agent was very caring. The loan process was frustrating due to communication breakdowns and phone calls not being returned in a timely manner. All other experiences were pleasant.

I needed a home quickly because of another builder falling through on the home I had planned to purchase. Pulte was super helpful in finding me a similar home that met my need within my price range and even had additional move in deals that I qualified for. They were able to close really quick and I was in my new home in 30 days. I have had a large number of issues with the quality of the work done. Missed painting and bad caulking in multiple areas. I also had issues with the front door handles being damaged and the door frame for the garage entry door being broke to the point the door wasn't staying closed. There we other problems with the installation of the microwave vent with no gasket and the vents to the outside from the microwave and the bathroom vents not being done correctly and allowing moisture in. The warranty group is good to work with and most of these are repaired but it costs me a day off work each time to be home when these repairs are being made, so it is nice they have a good warranty team but it is still taking time from me to repair a brand new home's workmanship. Communication is important we are enjoying our new home

We have several issues since we officially moved in on January 1st, we close on the house in early December 2024. We had an issue with the stove hood which took about 4 weeks to get someone to come to the house. Once they came to repair it we found out that even though we paid to have the hood with outside ventilation we discovered that there was no outside ventilation. Needless to say this turned into a big project- they needed to cut a whole, replace tile etc. We also had a large crack in the ceiling. When the came to repair it, you could see that there were 2 pieces of sheet rock that came together but had not been jointed so it cause a split. (sorry if not explaining it well- don't know a lot about Contruction). The gentleman that come to repair it has to cut out a large piece of the ceiling to correct it. He did a fabulous job as did the painters that came the next day. These 2 issues have cause us to lose some confidence of the attention to detail during construction. ... More

It was easy making the purchase and I like the location in Wilmington …I’ve only had a few issues (nothing major) which I guess is normal with a new build. Been here a little over a month and I still find things that aren’t very satisfying but that’s my fault shoulda caught it during the Inspection.Overall happy with the fast responses from contractors when anything mechanical breaks down

Sales and Mortgage: Excellent! Construction Manager and Warranty: Kind, friendly, and responsive, but often provide incomplete or unsatisfactory resolutions.

Salespeople were amazing, also the closing department was the best I’ve experienced. Amazing team work all around!!!

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

The experience was good from start to finish,my Pm PRESTON KEPT US in the loop the entire process it made it EXCITING TO MOVE IN.

There were a few issues with the sales team. There was some confusion with incentive dollar amount and the give by Pulte homes and the interest rate given by Pulte mortgage. We were led to believe, that the interest rate along with incentive could get us a 3% mortgage rate through the VA. Apparently this was a typo and no forms of compensation was afforded to us. This was the only unprofessional act that we ensountered.

Everything was great with the purchasing experience. The company used for the HOA is completely unresponsive and it is very unprofessional.

Ron is an amazing contractor, he listened to all our concerns and make sure all our issues are addressed. Not only that initial briefing he was very particular in area which need attention. His experience and expertise is quite visible during his interactions with us. We would also like to thank James who supported us in financing

The buying process was smooth. The sales team went above and beyond to earn my business. Because of the nature of my job, I would arrive just before the closing hour and Jim would not complain but would answer all my questions and walk me through some homes being built to help me understand the floor plans, despite the freezing winter cold. Pulte mortgage was a good experience. Uploading documents was easy. I wish they have a means to monitor their interest rates to better inform home buyers the best time to lock-in their rates. Quality of the home is good. I would rate it as 4/5 because it can’t be perfect. Nothing major, just minor defects. Some were corrected quickly, but the response from Pulte warranty for defects noticed within first 30 days was at snail speed. ... More

The whole team was amazing, start to finish, especially LaShay. She was exemplary and was one of the TOP REASONS we purchased the house. If it weren't for LaShay, I don't know that we would have purchased the house.

I’m so glad I went with Pulte for my first home buying experience. I’m very happy with this purchase
