The superintendent Tim, we worked with was a plesure and always aware or ahead of concerns during build.

I had a very good experience with the Woodmont Tamarac Team. Peggy and Mark were excellent in helping my family with the perfect home. The team handled everything professionally.

Pulte was really easy to work with and our overal homebuying experience was very enjoyable.

Check over everything closely. The contractors do average work and will try and hide their mistakes.

Pulte is a production builder. Did not realize initially that term had some negative connotations, including lack of flexibility and occasional poor workmanship and materials. Follow up and call back fixes are numerous and response is slow. Knowing what I know now, I would give give much more consideration to alternatives. My expectations may have been too high but it is what it is and trying to make the best of it.

I have never had so many problem buying a house and this is not my first time From pulte Morgage to getting things fixed Missing screws It’s been 2 months and I can’t even get my light bulb that the contractor said they where going to place outside Missing outlets and out let’s not working People from pulte promising things and not following thru still waiting for someone to replace window because there’s scratches on it Plants in my front yard that are died Shabby paint job Stuff in my disposal when we move in We ask for touch up paint one person tells us they don’t do that, we ask the painter the say email customer service for touch up paint Toilet not flushing well Contractor said he will be the point of contact, we called him, email and text him no answer Email customer service say they are going to contact us in 2 to 3 days then tell us the person is on vacation and then tell us they have been replaced What is going on ... while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

The entire purchase was great, the only trouble I had was adding the warranty, and the information on the smart home. I have enjoyed the purchase.

The development is nicely planned with different types of homes. The salespeople are wonderful, and the location is convenient. There are department stores. Costco food stores etc. are only few miles away. lake wheeler park is close by. We are enjoying our stay here very much..

I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

Overall attention to details missing in build quality process , I was forces to close incomplete house and closing department didn't fallowed his own closing procedure and did `t provide me enough time to inspect Now whole burden is on already overloaded support team

Quality and service was exceptional.

A lot of people are a part of the home buying process which created unneccessary headaches due to communication issues. Once in the home there have been NUMEROUS quality issues that were missed during the repair time after the walkthrough. Some things were covered up and would never have been discovered until they became an issue if it wasnt for the fact that we decided to change some fixtures. Mis-cut holes in the ceiling that was covered up with extra caulking and paint, cracked cabinets that, dents and dings in cabinets which were just painted over with a seemingly different sheen of paint, dings in the flooring, HVAC that has had to be repaired 2x in one month due to a failure to "hoop it up properly", bubbles in the drywall, refrigerator opening to short by 1/2 inch so my standard fridge will not sit in properly without being cut, crack in the shower enclosure from what appears to be an accident, sink hole in the front yard that was just filled in with bark chips, plants that are not surviving (was told they were going to be replaced but still hasn't been done) and so on. AND IVE ONLY BEEN HERE A MONTH! Love the area, love the neighborhood, workmanship definitely not worth the price tag after seeing whats actually been done. Very Poor Kept tell us one thing and then revised it till it became a 6 month nightmare.

Good experience in general, house looks like well robust build (for the 1st month living there) Hopefully will be in that same way in the next years.

I have purchased several new homes from national builders in FL and in other places. I have never in my life felt so betrayed and completely taken advantage of. In my opinion the quality of the home is terrible, I am embarrassed by it. Sales tells you what you want to hear. Construction promises the world and doesn't deliver then they deny it. Warranty argues every single point to try to get out of doing things the correct way. If you like the sounds of squeaky floors, flashing all over your walls, the most shoddy workmanship that you have seen from top to bottom and then a warranty person trying to intimidate you every time you speak to them then Pulte is for you and you should sign up. Don't take my word for it, ask other Pulte homeowners. I have heard many similar stories to mine from other homeowners. Are there any happy customers?? The worst for me is when you speak to upper management and they do nothing to help with issues that you bring up to them and they take the side of trades and everyone else instead of their customer. You are a number with Pulte and once you close, buckle up and enjoy the adventure because you will need some patience to endure it. ... More

I like the process that was communicated and quality of homes

We had a wonderful sales person who kept us informed every step of the way. Our construction supervisors were very informative at both of our meetings. A few minor problems noted on inspection were quickly corrected.

Many issues with home. Workmanship is less to be desired with work not completed properly.

Everything in this house was rushed and looks like a half done job. Super sloppy work. Even the most basic things were not up to par. At first I was happy but after settling in I’m finding so many things wrong. Very disappointing.

I'm afraid that our overall experience hasn't been super wonderful. I believe in an effort to close as many deals as possible at the end of 2022, we got "dropped". Gas stub, chandelier wiring, wrong countertops put into the bathrooms and laundry room...house wasn't cleaned at all properly (we spent days cleaning ourselves!), and the painting was not done well at all -- still pencil arrows and marks on the walls in many areas. Now, trying to get the counters put in as requested has really become a difficult issue...overall not happy.

Scott was very professional and helpful. He walked with me and explained many features of the house.
