When we had 1st time walk through one the cabinet of living room kitchen was broken. They told me to replace it but not replaced yet more than 2 months

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Overall it was good. Some faulty wiring in the garage had to be corrected (May 9, 2024). Internet went to down on May 7 as the main wiring 3 houses down had to be fixed to bring back internet up. So a day lost. Unit 301. Overall team is good and they work on it right away. I still want to know what the fixed on main panel and why. The second (small bathroom) upstairs did not have toilet paper rack and will take 2 more week to arrive. I think builder completely missed it. The lawn guy was taking a nap/lying down in front of our house on May 8 outside my house and even left an empty can of soda. Overall good team from sales to support. Kudos. ... More

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

The agent - Parisa was excellent. She replied right away when we had issues. Even though she couldn’t do it she tried her best. The builder was also good but the sub contractor wasn’t good enough especially the tile job and brick a little disappointed. But we satisfied with insulation and teamwork.

We purchased this home for our daughter and her family. The buying experience was spectacular. The on;y issue we have thus far is that the GFI in the laundry room pops when she starts her washer. We plugged the washer into an extension cord then plugged the extention cord into an outlet in the hall and it works fine. I made a warranty request weeks ago and have not heard form anybody to date.

The building manager and associate were really helpful with this process. The sale’s associate were really accommodating. The location of Emory is in an amazing location where I don’t even need to drive to local grocery stores or restaurants. The style of the home is so beautiful. The best decision I made.

I trust the pulte name. the homes I watched them built from the ground up and I was satisfied with their ability to stay on track with their projected timeline for completion.

Our home was delayed by several months, but it finally came and was pretty smooth upon delivery. There are a few minor issues, but nothing major.

The sales process was very easy as house was completely finished when I did initial sales appointment. Walk through before closing was exceptional and all issues handled professionally

Overall great. Just a few items that i am waiting on to be addressed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Hine the construction Manger and Jennifer the sales Rep. i cant express enough how impressed I am with their outstanding management skills. From start to finish ( Jennifer and Dan) demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, transforming what could have been a daunting process into a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The buying experience was overall good, sales person was on top of things as well as construction manager as well, who was regularly updating the progress of the completion and handover.

We had a good experience with Pulte. We were told by locals that they had a good reputation in the area, (despite seeing negative comments online) and felt confident to make an offer on a quick move in property. The sales team was thorough, the designers authoritative and attentive and the site manager exceptional. House was completed on time and in good order. Most importantly the process was well organized and easy to understand. Thanks Pulte!

Construction manager was great in keeping us informed and connected along the way.

I am happy with the final product. The house was ready sooner than expected. The location so close to downtown Dallas is amazing. There are minor issues that I have with the workmanship but it’s nothing that Pulte isn’t committed to help fix.

Great company help you with all your needs but I highly recommend Scott and Jennifer
