The quality was fine. Only complaint we had is the quality of the paint flat paint is not used in kitchen or bathrooms expected more on that issue. The cleaning of the new home was not good. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you.

This is my second pulte home. The first one was half the price of this one and didn't have as many problems as this one has. For half a million dollars we have a list of issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed or resolved by our construction manager. A lot of little details that were overlooked and it's very frustrating when you spend this kind of money on a house.

Overall experience was good, However, there were some issues that I feel need to be addressed. When the slab for our home was laid, the back porch was approximately 6' short, I had to point out this issue, it was not brought to my attention. When sheetrock was installed, there was a noticeable bulge on the kitchen island, again we had to bring to the builders attention, also, the counter top on the island was crocked, again all these items were corrected, but they never should have occurred in the first place. We even had to point out a decorative feature on the front of the house was left off. As far as timing. Select a ready to move inventory homes, and we are very happy to do so instead of waiting for 8-10 months and deal with uncertainty of supply chain, interest rate and all other issues.

The buying process was fine. However, it’s Texas and the house should have been plumbed for water softener. An unexpected expense after dealing with exceptionally hard water. Issues with flooring not resolved. Flooring rep said it’s an issue with foundation and builder said that’s incorrect.

Pulte has been a great experience so far. I was also apprehensive about various builders and the whole ordeal of buying a house. But, right from the start it was an easy experience with Pulte, may be my sales consultant Jeff and Construction Manager Keith made it easy or I was lucky to have them. Both of them went above and beyond answering calls or text out of business hours and keeping me updated on the progress of the build. Understood we ran in to extended times due to materials arriving late due to COVID supply chain issue etc. I was surprised to see how easy it is If you are prepared with few things like Loan Pre-approval, your own docs ready it is not a big deal to buy a house as I thought. The team was responsive to my needs.

Most everything went smoothly, but a few times I reported an issue in my unit and didn’t hear back. Jose, was able to assist and all of the issues were resolved. I also noticed there are rats running around probably due the garbage bags put out once a week. Can we do something about this?

I would not recommend Pulte homes to friends and family simply because of the workmanship, this is sad because everyone else involved with the purchase of our new home were excellent. It seems like the house was constructed by day laborers. I’m horrified every day, watching the houses around me being constructed, knowing that mine was done the same way.

The people I dealt with are amazing. The fact is, housing prices doubled in the last year and Pulte took advantage (as they should). But materials have not doubled. I paid $716k for a house with an unfinished garage, cheap vinyl paneling floor, and cheap carpeting. Since using Covid as an excuse to build my house for me, my house is $80k more than the model. I have no idea where that could have went as nothing is particularly impressive. A few things were left out like how the roads aren’t finished and the mud/garbage across the street from my alley. My initial experience with my sales person and construction manager were exceptional. But after I closed on my home, my experience has not been what I’ve come to expect from pulte. The customer care department does not follow-up on my service request. The exterior of my home still has not been completed. It is now March and I closed mid January. I paid for exterior wiring on my home that has not been completed. The weather stripping on multiple doors has not been been repaired either. This has truly been an unfortunate experience and I’m really disappointed with the entire process. Pulte has incredible sales personnel and construction managers. We love our new home. We have had a few minor issues, but everything has been felt with fast and efficient! Thank you for your amazing customer service team!!

Overall, we are thrilled to be here. “The Marys” in the sales office were awesome. Construction delays were frustrating but understandable. Sean and Mike W from construction were great! We love the quality of the unit and any minor imperfections will be taken care of. The clubhouse and small gym are fine but it will be interesting to see if will be adequate as the community grows. We really wish there was a pool here but I suppose there would be negatives to having one. Our neighbors are all very nice.

The builder is Pretty responsive to our requests. We had a number of minor issues and a few major issues, and the builder has been incredibly responsive and willing to fix any issues we bring up. When they could not come, I appreciated the clear communication and setting of expectations.

Pulte not delivered all items based on sale agreement. Pulte forced me to close the home without complete. When I asked about pending items while closing Pulte given written document and said will complete pending items after closing but it’s not completed yet it’s almost two months still don’t when those items will complete and there is no point of contact to talk about pending items from Pulte side. I never expected Pulte will do like this. I don’t know why Pulte delaying to complete purchased items? I am requesting Pulte please complete my pending items else refund my money about pending items. ... More

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! It is a new home and I like it.

The builder that I worked with was very responsive and took care of my concerns and issues in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience and love my new home.

Our house is a comfortable layout, perfect for our family. Craftsmanship looks good and all items have been fixed as identified. Our biggest issue was the sewer pipe under our driveway was broke by someone before we moved in. Whoever broke the pipe said nothing and on the second day of us being in the home, sewage backed up into our first floor bathtub. There are certain quality checks and issues, like this example, that make it look like contractors were in a rush. Besides that relatively big issue, there are little items like the closets coming off their tracks that are again a lack of attention to detail. Any issues identified have been fixed timely but a few have required follow up. Additional quality checks and confirmation that work was completed appropriately by each contractor may help. Overall sales and project management was excellent. Pulte mortgage application process was relatively easy but settlement company was not prepared and missing documents. Overall experience was very positive but would like to have options to upgrade. The builder quality appliances and fixtures are very average. Flooring is nice but no upgrade options. Overall our expectations have accepted and yet appreciated the timely settlement.

We were lucky enough to get a great salesperson to start the process! Gina was amazing! She helped guide us through the whole process, answered our questions, and the result was a home we enjoy! The design center experience was wonderful. Pulte kept us informed the entire time during the building process and we closed in a timely manner. Look forward to many happy years in our new home!
