We were lucky enough to get a great salesperson to start the process! Gina was amazing! She helped guide us through the whole process, answered our questions, and the result was a home we enjoy! The design center experience was wonderful. Pulte kept us informed the entire time during the building process and we closed in a timely manner. Look forward to many happy years in our new home!

It’s a beautiful home that I am proud to call my own

Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

The build quality is great! The house is little bit small, some interior question marks here and there, but overall- it's a great house!

Great Mortgage experience, great construction team, especially Jennifer, our overseer of construction. I wasn't able to come to see the home as it was being built due to my husband being disabled, so Jennifer kept me posted all the way with Photos!

Everything up to completion was great as well as workmanship. I have some issues that need resolving, and I am not getting any reply or satisfaction in these issues. Very frustrating! Feel like now that they have my money, sit back and not solving problems.

My builder was super friendly and kind. He helped as much as he could and did a great job. He himself is a five star human.

Love my villa, great value fir the price we paid. Our build took 14 months and I am very disappointed in the way the house was turned over to us. I have a 2 1/2 page punch list of mostly minor issues, but the house should not have all these issues. I know Pulte builds a quality house, I live in a Pulte house in Illinois. I just think they were in a rush to get this closed and ignored many things that should have been fixed.

Overall I had a great experience building my home in Lakewood Ranch Florida. Sales always kept me up to date, and the construction process went as expected. After settlement the only repair items remaining are cosmetic. For example: dented doors, paint in the grout, broken screens, etc. all of these items are easily mitigated.

Pulte is a high quality home builder who keeps you informed and has great warranties surrounding their products.

The building process was great, always in communication with building manager, Carl was quick to respond to any questions and would send pictures because we weren’t able to be around for the different stages. My only issues have been after we moved in. We paid for A smart home however door locks were not installed and Company told us Pulte was responsible for installing them. We closed on the house most two months ago and I still have no smart locks. We’ve had roof shingles come off the house twice in the last month and a screen door that still has not been fixed, which is not fixed by Pulte but one of there contractors. Disappointment with lack of response to post closing issues that are still outstanding with no promise to address

Overall I had a good pleasant experience dealing with Pulte team. All the representatives from various departments were helpful and prompt. I received regular updates during construction time with photos. Loan process was also pretty smooth. I feel that in the end things were rushed to deliver the home. Tiles were not cleaned properly and some other minor things that should have been taken care.

The Pulte experience overall was really wonderful. As a first time homebuyer I felt every single person I interacted with that works for Pulte was patience and answered all of my questions and really supported my experience. The area where I felt could use some improvement is the workmanship on small details. To be fair we purchased a home through a pandemic but the home was turned over to us with a lot of small details that were not done well or done incorrectly and as stated we purchased our first home and expected something closer to being done “perfectly.” They will come back to fix these little things which I am so happy about. My husband and I were ready to retire and had checked out other builders. Their work was not even close when it came to the details and options provided by Pulte as well as great customer service. From when we chose our home to move in was just a little over 6 months. We purchased a spec home which was about to start being built with all the bells and whistles and upgrades that we loved). Pulte made it pretty easy to buy our forever home.

Pulte proved to be a solid builder who provided a great product. I wish communication was a little better throughout the process and that the subcontractors were supervised closer, however I would happily buy another home from Pulte.

Great Customer Service from the sales office to the contract supervisor we were assigned, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

I think I had the best on-site sales counselor that there is, thank you Alex! She was always prompt to answer questions and I felt like her answers where genuine and truthful. The building supervisor was also great and has answered any questions I had about the house even after closing. Dealing with Steve and Alex made this stressful process so much easier. I am a bit disappointed with some of the craftmanship, many of the doors and frames were damaged (lots of carpentry issues) and the paint job was terrible. Globs of paint, visible streaks, uneven shelves, crooked door frames, miss aligned trim etc. its pretty bad and I plan to talk with the warranty team about this. I emailed and called (left a message) the warranty team last week with some other issues, nothing emergent, but I still haven't heard from anyone, so that's a little frustrating. Overall, I have a beautiful home, I'm happy, and I expect that the warranty team will hold up their end and fix any quality issues that are found over the next year. ... More
