This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. The only frustration we have had is with appliances and their support teams. The gas range is leaking and the dishwasher has dissolving issues. We have been following with the product support for weeks now and nobody has shown up for weeks now. It is impossible to get them on phone and the wait for a resolution is torturous and endless. Pulte should vet such vendors and check their support credentials. Apart from this, We had good buying experience starting from our first visit to enquire until move in. We did have some hiccups through pulte finance but I can let that go. Big shout out to Patrick and Anthony for being there for us. We hope pulte team works well after sale as well because post sales service is the main indicator of the brand. Thank you ... More

Ryan our construction manager made such a stink when we asked him to come back and look at the poor craftsmanship. When we moved in there were big items he did not address. We couldn’t move in properly because so many things needed to be fixed or touched up. He shook our hands and promised it would be done before move in day. Nope. And he’s blown us off when meeting the launders at the house- they ripped paint off the side of the walls, used our water to wash out their paint buckets leaving paint all over our lawn. And the one time we schedules Ryan to come back to look at the things we were talking about he rolled his eyes and made such a fuss about it. He’s supposed to be the regional construction manager and he acted like a child. We have zero trust that these items were even logged. ... More

From the beginning Pulte's real estate agent (Bobbette) was fantastic. Our construction manager (Ken) did a great job getting our home ready to our complete satisfaction. Along the way Jeremy made monetary concessions to help with closing on time. .

Buyer be ware. The quality of the finished product is inferior to the model.

Great buy. I’m in love with my home!!

Our house is a comfortable layout, perfect for our family. Craftsmanship looks good and all items have been fixed as identified. Our biggest issue was the sewer pipe under our driveway was broke by someone before we moved in. Whoever broke the pipe said nothing and on the second day of us being in the home, sewage backed up into our first floor bathtub. There are certain quality checks and issues, like this example, that make it look like contractors were in a rush. Besides that relatively big issue, there are little items like the closets coming off their tracks that are again a lack of attention to detail. Any issues identified have been fixed timely but a few have required follow up. Additional quality checks and confirmation that work was completed appropriately by each contractor may help. The house was good overall. Hardware are not that great since they are install by third party. Door handles are super loose, cabinet paint has some flaws where part of the cabinet didn't have paint. Also kitchen island was installed out of line where it is not perpendicular with the house or the tile. Some of the soft close function feel off when some door has good resistance to closing force when other doesn't have any.

Good experience as first-time home buyers. Felt very safe about asking lots of questions with it being our first experience and they were very communicative and helpful as we learned. We got what we expected so people were upfront and honest. It was relatively seamless process. We felt confident and comfortable from start to finish even given how big of a financial decision it was. Would recommend.

The original home my wife and I designed to built located on 10732 Merrick Run was not completed in a timely manner……..dates were moved from June 2022, August 2022……..and still today not completed. Due to needing a home to move to……..we settled for the house on 12306 Sagerider SA 78454. Although a bigger home, many of the amenities my wife and I had on the home we help to design lack here. Although we have gotten use to it…….we still have issues not resolved. Torn stair carpet on the first step, stained (red) on carpet staircase floor (before first step), dark stain upstairs still there, carpet cleaners attempted to resolve both but remain as found. Exterior window panels still not stained. This has been addressed to supervisor Steven multiple times but have yet to be resolved. Its come to the point that Supervisor Steven is agitated for being called or texted during working hours stating he is busy with meetings or other work related excuses that i texted him late today to get an update and address recurring trash coming from work sites near my home (multiple times) and he texted me with a negative tone that I requested he not to make contact with me again and i will report these issues with someone above him until all resolved. Needless to say, the experience has been a nightmare for me and my wife. Just trying to get acclimated with no more issues, meaning repair to my carpet, removal of stains to my carpet, stain exterior window panels, and have workers pick up trash from my property when they create this indirectly. I would like to personally speak with a senior representative from Pulte to address these concerns and when and how will they be resolved. Dr Joe Arroyo ... More

Once in home had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed our warranty guy Phil was on to top of our concerns and issues and had them resolved in a timely manner.

We loved the people who were in our corner through the whole buying and building process. They were very responsive and accommodating with every request along the way. We couldn’t have been happier

Absolutely the worst home buying experience i have ever been a part of. Was mislead throughout the entire process. It was like a bait and switch scheme throughout the process. Was lead to believe my home would have items like keyless locks, garage floor epoxy, pendent lighting to name a few. When I got to the house after closing none of that was present. I was told those items were not included despite them being in the spec sheet for the house. I was never told they would not be included. The online paperwork signing was smooth but it did not allow for saving any of the paperwork. I told the mortgage representative that I would be paying off the loan a few days after closing so I was not concerned with the interest rate. At closing I was informed I would be paying a rate lock fee. It was an unnecessary expense for me. The mortgage reps were not helpful at all. Finally, after arriving at the house there were a number of things wrong with the house. I identified those items to the builder rep. He scheduled a date for the repairs and noone showed up. After I contacted him to see why they did not show up, he said it was a misunderstanding. Not sure how thatbis since he scheduled the date. And as of this writing the repairs have still not been made nor have I heard from anyone at the builder. It was plainly obvious that there was no quality control measures taken before the house was turned over. ... More

Better take your time and effort to review everything, inch by inch of your entire new house. After closing you’re on you own. Repair service is slow as never expected CS manager feels like is giving you a favor or doing a courtesy order sending the repair team. Enjoy your new experience

Overall sales and project management was excellent. Pulte mortgage application process was relatively easy but settlement company was not prepared and missing documents. Overall experience was very positive but would like to have options to upgrade. The builder quality appliances and fixtures are very average. Flooring is nice but no upgrade options. Overall our expectations have accepted and yet appreciated the timely settlement.

Very unprofessional workmanship. Not Pulte Standards. Useless in Paying premium price. Below points justifies my rating: 1) Very bad finish on the Kitchen backsplash. How will CM says that sometimes construction will end up with gaps and that is out of their hands. Then what is the use of having CM for a house. Any one from office can give directions to contractors and accept what they deliver. 2) Waste water pipe lines are blocked and no one care to check them before close. My house after closing flooded with water twice and made wood flooring wet in master bed room. First time it is just water but next round poop (biological waste) returned back from the pipes and flushed back in 2 bathrooms toilets and again made wood floor wet in master bathroom. I have to clean some one poop in brand new home. I cannot say it is a brand new home after poop everywhere in bathroom and bedroom. The plumbing team came to unblock and flooded with poop in my front yard and care not to clean. We can call this home a Poop home then Pulte home. 3) Did a patch work on the nook celling and it clearly visible as patch. 4) Power in one of the bed room trips off if under kitchen sink disposal is turned on, as well as some one use power plugs in the opposite house. They blame it is city that some have connected two house power line and they can do nothing about it. This is still not addressed, I atleast reset the breaker twice daily. 5) Backyard grass is dead and fence is broken and water get stagnant at the end of the backyard near fence. 6) They made mistake with brick on my neighbor house and removed the brick, they did not even inform me to cover my AC unit in the backyard or did they not cover it. Now my AC unit is filled with little brick pieces. Who is responsible for that bad workmanship? 7) I made about 10-15 warranty tickets and only 5 are addressed and god know when others will be addressed. This is my first home in my life and I regret buying from Pulte. ... More

Pulte bank and Pulte as a organization can use targeted diversity equity and inclusion training as historically the company struggles with homebuyers of color. I did experience this! I do enjoy having my home complete.

My sales person Laurel was terrific, she never tired of all my questions, changes of mind and even helped me change homes when one became available. I haven’t seen her since the house closed, but I wanted to let her know how great she was. The home itself is beautiful, Chad and Joel were really helpful during the walk through and following up on any last minute fixes that needed to take place before the close. In fact they even stop by now that we have closed to make sure we don’t need anything else. We have submitted a couple of things to warranty and they are working through those requests now. Long home closing date waiting

It's a well built home, and the on site construction managers are very responsive

Master bedroom glass shower door came off the hinges,took 2 weeks to fix. Some doors in the house was not sanded and painted properly.

The team was great. Our best experiences were with the sales team. They were so helpful and caring and we are so grateful for them!

Moved in a month ago and we still have outstanding issues to be fixed. We've been ghosted, no one responding to our requests
