Great home for my first home purchase

Overall a really good experience. It’s always exciting building a new home. Don’t be afraid to take them to task in the little things. It’s a big financial purchase…if you wouldn’t accept a dent on a new car…don’t accept a dent on something that costs 4x’s more. Remember for the most part your new house was built by the lowest bidder. Hold them to task. It’s a big company. People move in and out. You buy expecting everyone to be there through to the end. It’s not likely to end that way. Our construction manager at the beginning was great. During the process and closing was different and much less focused on quality. A lot of excuses, no solutions and no responsibility. A young guy just learning…but still, the one in charge. The best thing Pulte could do is train their construction site bosses with the same customer service that the selling agents use to sell. Whoever the project manager was did not check everything. There were quite a few things that were not right. Other than that the rest was fine.

My home is beautiful. The builder did an excellent job. We still have a few outstanding items that they are yet to complete due to material shortage when building the home. We are in communication to have these items completed fairly soon.

Follow up on everything and get it in weitig

My builder, Robert Delaney, was fantastic. He kept me updated weekley and was very responsive.

Landscape needs improvement Distance between buildings too small in my neighborhood Garage door poorly installed .was subsequently fixed

In my opinion Pulte gives you a home that's competitive price and nicely designed. I feel like they are well organized and make a good effort to satisfy the home buyer. They also have a design center that you'll find to be very helpful in selecting the many options that are available to you. If you have a warranty issue they respond with in a reasonable time.

Great location and have met really nice neighbors

Beautifully designed house with nice features and layout. Sales staff very eager to answer any and all questions. Field crew very much the same. Some delays in getting final walk through issues resolved however.

We have built two homes with Pulte. And overall they have a quality, well built product. The staff members that we worked with were fantastic!!!

We moved from Minnesota to Texas to be nearer to family. The nature of moving across the country was a challenge in itself. While there were some bumps initially with the build process, Pulte kept us well-informed with weekly builder update calls. When we arrived in Texas, Evan and Landon met us at the house and gave us a lot of confidence in the work being done and their attention to detail. They examined the carpet that was installed and had it replaced right away due to some issues. They have continued to be. helpful as we moved in. Overall gr8 experience. Regular weekly updates on the progress until closure helped us to plan better. Towards the closing, there was a huge rush to complete all the pending task, however did their best with some minor things pending to fix which happens in most of the closing. Kudos to their field Manager Andrey, who did his best to give the house in better shape with all the rush toward the closing to meet the timeliness. He is just few months old with Pulte and doing his best..I still have some minor things to take care, but I am sure they will take care. I completely recommend Pulte builders!! ... More

Everything has been good and we are enjoying our new home. We have a few things that we need to have fixed. One item in our house that I feel is not very good quality is the stainless steel sink in the kitchen. It wasn’t cheap to upgrade and the quality is not good. Seems very thin and scratches easily. Seems more like a builder grade and not an upgrade.

Quality is mediocre. The mailboxes are unbelievably too far from the home.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

There are the typical new home issues, but they should all get fixed within the first year. After closing, they are very slow responding to issues.

I love my home. Everyone was very nice and help when they could. One thing needs to improve is on the people they hire to do the work, painters, fence, landscaping, electrician, appliances the quality of the work is not as good the details on the paint, molding, etc is not the best. Appliances where very cheap even though we got the upgrade package. They need to do better on attention to detail or hire people that have pride on their work. Landscaping was half fast done. We paid a lot of money for our home and details are important when it comes to the finishes of the home.
