Due to lack of communication between our construction manager and the closing department, our closing date was pushed back twice (both time super last minute). The quality of the house is super lacking in the workmanship and quality. Baseboards are crooked, door casings are noticeably crooked, experts who came to measure our windows for blinds mentioned that our windows were some of the least uniform and straight ones they’ve ever measure, and closet doors won’t close. This is just the start of it all. When I reached out to Pulte customer service, I was informed that these were “cosmetic issues” that didn’t warrant any fixing until the 12 month mark. I love the design of the home . The extra bedrooms could stand to be a little larger Should have the option to screen the porch

Location is critical in buying a home, Pulte homes understands this well and chooses strategic locations while building quality homes that makes us proud to own. We are very happy with the purchase and looking forward to a long time of memories built in thr beautiful home.

Home buying is always a diffidcult process. There are always hiccups along the way. But we did get the house we wanted, got to know the local staff. The staff were also very helpful getting over the hiccups.

we moved in in dec22 and we were very excited to move into our first new home. after some back and forth with the site manager john/lori they said they couldn’t finish our house prior to closing. thus we had an agreement that all pending work would be completed after we came back from our vacation prior to christmas. needless to say it is now feb and we still have things that need repair / replacing. it seems the builder team was spread too thin at the end of the year and we were at the losing end of it. i am currently working with the site manager at hidden oaks to fix our issues but we are not pleased with the results. also our neighbor had a sewer clog and backup into his 1st floor. shoddy work most likely because they had to rush during the holiday season. it’s too bad because we heard pulte was a good company but now we have some regrets. i’m trying hard not to be angry in this post but i feel we have been more than patient with the builder team. we have photos to prove the work was incomplete. be careful. ... Overall it was a good experience

We shopped around before we decided to purchase a Pulte home. Compare with other builders Pulte offers better quality and design. We’re now moved into our new home for more than a month now. Pulte’s warranty service is responsive as well. Overall our experience with Pulte was great.

Overall a good experience. Strongly believe that vendor supervision during construction should be stronger and by qualify staff, the lack of this leads to some issues with workmanship, we gave experience sone workmanship issues and based on what they are it is obvious that project manager, field superintendent we’re doing their due diligence

During the final walkthrough there were more 60+ issues which were promised to be fixed before closing , but all issues were not fixed. Now I am requesting everyday the warranty guys and construction manager to create work orders who are not reponsive. Warranty team respond saying that issues will be fixed at build to year, which means the issues found during closing have to wait an year to get fixed. This is a very bad customer experience and making me feel not a trustworthy builder.

This is the 4th new home we've had built and the 2nd home was a Pulte home and the experience could not have been any better but unfortunately this past experience was by far the worst home buying experience that we've encountered. From the initial contract signing right through to the final walk-through and even now with the post closing punch-list items there have been consistent issues, lack of communication and responsiveness. I would certainly not recommend Pulte as a result.

Since moving in I have had to have people out every week fixing builder mistakes. I feel like the quality has went down in the past couple of years and it feels like things are being rushed in the building phase and not done properly.

We had a terrible buying experience. Starting from the sales consultant Jodee, it was always chaotic and the team slacked in responding quickly and accurately to our questions. It was almost that we were managing the project. They moved our deadlines quite a few times and delayed our appliances by over three weeks. And, the punch out items were incomplete but they still forced us to close on the house to meet their monthly sales quotas.

Working with Pulte has been an exceptional experience. We did have a few rough patches throughout the process but the resolve was timely. Henry is a thorough salesman who makes sure all the details are ticked and tied. Chadd works diligently to make sure your home is completed on time and with minimal issues and Kevin ensures a quality customer experience over all. When building a home there will always be an element of human error on both sides, but keeping the right attitude and trusting the process/people you are working with will deliver the best results. Will need to be very critical of build quality issues

The experience was great and we love our new condo

Drywall workmanship leaves a little bit to be desired No weatherstrip on front door plus a FEW other issues BUT overall would recommend as Great Build

Everything went well with the sale and move in. Pulte obviously hires great people that care about their clients.

First time buyer with no expectation but had good experience overall.

The experience of buying a Pulte Home at Split Oak Reserve was the best I have ever had in purchasing a home, thanks to Mandy and Joe. Mandy was attentive to my needs! Mandy new exactly what I needed as an elderly woman with disabilities. Mandy took me to the house that allows me to be independent, a single story with open spaces. The building supervisor Joe was there with us from the beginning of our experience and continues to this day to help and answer questions. The walkthrough with family and my realtor Jen could not have been better. Actually, Joe took the most time with this walkthrough that I have never experienced and I have purchased several homes in my life. Joe made us all feel his knowledge of a Pulte home double sold us on why we chose our home. Joe is an expert from the roof to the ground on our home. I commend Joe on his expertise but most of all for me his kindness with my needs. Thank you Joe and Mandy for making this purchase of a Pulte home the best ever! ... More

This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! My biggest problem was the metal cover over the sewer drain in front bedroom

Design experience in a digital world should be digital. Not read a PDF with all your options. Should be a digital model of one’s home which allows for an immersive experience to put in options and lighting that gives you transparency in cost and choices vs. a rushed feeling when you get to the design studio. Trades are challenging and carpentry at times are a miss. The way they care for your home should be with more care and awareness of where and how they place things that are already built by other trades.

We bought in a tough time - supply and labor shortages and then massive interest rate increases. However, Pulte stayed true to the timeline and, when they couldn’t get a particular appliance, they upgraded us to a higher level / brand so as not to cause further delays. The house is gorgeous and all the materials, even things we chose not to upgrade, are of excellent quality. I would highly recommend.
