The builder and sales team was very responsive to questions. Really appreciate the timely guidance throughout the process.

The build process was excellent. My construction manager, Alex was a great communicator. Pulte Title was the opposite. They did not return my calls. The mortgage folks were great Gabriel Montoya and Nance Parker.

The overall experience was great. When meeting with the seller we were given an estimate that was $500 lower than the actual payment, but I guess that’s why it’s an estimate. Just thought it would be closer. Other than that the seller was a great person to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable. The project manager was Ed. If you build Pulte in Columbia Station make sure you get Ed and Chuck as your warranty specialist. Those two guys are great. Ed made sure everything was perfect throughout the building process, and was in constant communication with us. Made a couple tweaks for us mid project that we are very thankful for. Chuck is the warranty specialist. Our garbage disposal broke the first time we used it. A contractor had dropped something in their which made it break when we turned it on. Chuck was on top of it and had someone at our house the next morning. 8 days later our garage door broke. Chuck came over and got it closed for us, and again it was repaired the very next morning. Pulte Mortgage is terrible. I dear with 3 loan people and they all stunk. The underwriter, Connor, was great and the only reason we stayed with Pulte Mortgage. The supervisor, Ari, was great because he understood our frustrations and did everything in his power to make it right. Pulte Mortgage loan officers quit often apparently because we had 3 of them in 2 months. The closers were all rude, unprofessional, and obviously didn’t care about working at Pulte Mortgage. Ironically, after speaking with neighbors, they had similar awful experiences with Pulte Mortgage. We love our new home. We love the quality , design, and neighbors. It was a pleasure working with the Pulte team on the construction of my house. Steve was a fantastic Project Manager - knowledgeable, passionate, available and communicative. Pulte has a first-rate, standardized approach that yields a quality product that was delivered on budget and 30 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend Pulte to both family and friends.

I'd rate our overall buying process from start to finish as good. This is our second time purchasing a home (different builder). The Pulte team was good to work with. Specifically our construction lead and the gentleman who sold us the home were actually great regarding communication and working on our behalf. Overall construction is good on the home. We have been here about a month and we are already noticing the imperfections. These houses are going up so fast and the different trades are in and out and you can tell in the product especially in cosmetic areas. We are still waiting on some outstanding projects to be completed by the builder but communication has been good. At this time we would definitely consider Pulte again when buying a new home. ... Positive experience with pulte home, I will recommend

Everything from the no-pressure sales office to the amazing design center to the builder supervisor has been nothing short of amazing. This is the first time we ever bought a new build home and we are so excited to move in and make it our own. This has been a great experience.

Little changes that you want and are willing to pay for will not not be allowed and must be done after closing- example install a light you purchased- add shelving in closet- add water drops in basement- paint the inside of garage- add a deck. Probably industry wide but receptacles for lights and plugs seem cheap and could. use an upgrade. House delivered on time and with minor fix items that were readily corrected- Pulte employees were helpful and easy to work with - over a good experience and product - would recommend

Great floor plan and design options. Great field people. Corporate needs some training to be flexible on some stuff like mortgage services, sales promotions hidden fact explanation, flexibility in days of closing. Just don't Pulte's advantage to meet revenue target. Overall nice experience with home. Waiting to see how quickly Pulte's responses/their suppliers to service request..

Michael, gave me the inspection tours of the home. He seemed very helpful and knowledgeable about each product in the home. He was able to answer any questions that were asked of him.

I love my new home, features in the house are annoying and risky (smart features like security and garage door connect to wifi and have security risks), pest control tries to upsell you. Builders did an ok job, not the best but good. Underwriting not clear. 3.5-4/5

Great location and the overall plan is good. The units are “mass produced” so don’t expect bespoke craftsmanship. Sales process was smooth and easy. Lara was very helpful.

House is great. The Pulte mortgage company was very challenging. I get more experienced than the mortgage consultants.

Good construction managers, good build quality but landscaping is worst. More water logging, uneven backyard, wet driveway and walk way

Pulte has been very professional, they are great to work with. Explain every step of new home buying process well. Love my new home!

Leaky pipe after we moved in, on call person never called back

Rob and Garrett are two people that each buyer in our development work with once the building process starts. These two guys are the right people for the job. They went above and beyond! They exceeded our expectation and followed through on everything that was discussed.

I appreciated the reliability of the builder and crew effectively managing the build timeline. That along with weekly updates was helpful in knowing what to expect. My questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Now that I'm settled in, I can more fully appreciate the building process and all the coordination it took to build a new home--and now enjoy the end product.

Asher was our sales agent and from the beginning we knew we had struck gold! He was very knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Dustin, our construction foreman, had to step in at the end of the building process to take us to the final stretch and did a great job. We felt like the different arms of Pulte Homes were not communicating with one another on the national level. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would go through the entire process all over again in order to get the final result.

We appreciated the good communication throughout the process. Our sales consultant Tyler kept us informed on the progress of our new home during the construction process. Our project manager Fabio was also excellent in keeping us up to date and made sure we were happy.

Mike, our contractor's representative, was EXCELLENT to work with. He immediately took care of the few issues that we brought to his attention. We greatly appreciated his professional attitude and attention toward us as Pulte Homes customers.

Jesse is very pleasant to deal with and super responsive. He follows through and addresses issues promptly. We really like working with him.

Diane (sales) and Dustin (Construction Manager) are very helpful. They responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. They kept us well informed during the construction process. Pulte was able to hit all the dates, including the closing date.

The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.
