Cathy B and Grant were very efficient and helpful, also Jaffe and Nick with Pulte Mortgage were excellent. The drywall finishers is the only complaint.

It was a relatively pleasant experience.

The process is so smooth with Pulte Sales Team, Pulte Mortgage and the Builders. Love the 60 days warranty of any issues after my move here, I already feel at home from the moment I step into here and get to know the people around Pulte Team. Awesome Job!

Overall the buying experience was great. We have been in the home since mid November and still waiting on some things to be taken care of. I understand with the holidays and covid its not easy but these things should've been taken xare of. Over all we love our home and can't wait to get it all organized and backyard done.

Very unhappy since I've moved in. Every one just dissappeared. Where is the construction manager??? I have emailed him at least 5x and I get no response. His name is James, did he get fired??? I called my sales person, Samantha and I get no response. I emailed John at the sales office also, no response from all three of these people!!! Who do I get in touch with for repairs. I have been trying to get in touch with James for at least 7 weeks now. I have a cabinet that has not been replaced since August!! Who do I call please!!!!!

This is the only new home I ever purchased so its hard to compare them to other builders. However I felt at ease with them and believe house is well built.

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.

The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... Good experience

For the most part our home is wonderful! There are a few areas of poor craftsmanship; scratches in the floor, paint problems, etc but hopefully most of them should be able to be fixed without any additional costs.

The process of buying and building the home was very easy. The building supervisors kept me informed on the progress of my home during construction. All minor repairs were noted and repaired when we did the walk through.

I do not know how to answer the last question. JBHunt did not install the stove correctly, and the Corvid 19 has stopped repairs.

I am very content in my new home, after moving out of the very large custom built family home that I raised my family in. This house is perfect for me.

I love our home. But I would have preferred better finishing. Many areas are not smooth as should be.

For easy process just have documents ready when they ask for them , to speed up your purchase.

I would check seals around the garage, windows, and sliding doors.
