Pulte morgage got me into my home fast, really fast. They are great but some small thing like laundry door doesn't close and my linen and coat closet doors stick. They said the will fix them though which bring it back up in my mind anyways

Good sales support. Moderately good construction but minimal selection of cabinetry and other accessories. Design flaws in Salerno model such as location of powder room, no outlets in walk in closet, insufficient storage space in general, insufficient number of towel bars, cheaply made towel bars and rings, insufficient lighting in master bath, interior spaces painted flat white which is a cheap, inferior choice, limited appliance choices of inferior brands, low quality cabinets with no 21st century design choices like pot drawers throughout kitchen.

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

More than Satisfied

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

We had an overall good experience purchasing our home with Pulte. Throughout the process, the availability of staff was amazing and they answered our many questions. We were pleased that Pulte provides/partners with multiple services such as mortgaging and insurance. It helped make the process smooth as all of those parties can then communicate with each other. They also offered very competitive pricing in our situation. Some feedback I would give to new home buyers, especially in new construction, would definitely be to know what you want in a home, and what options are available for homes. The base structure of the home is very simple, so adding on options is almost necessary. The realtor does not know every single possible option (since there are so many), so it is definitely helpful to know what you are looking for. They have a list of available options handy, but even then, there are some options available that you can see if they can accommodate. In some cases, at least for our situation, there were items that overlapped each other and I feel like there could have been instances where we paid for two separate things, but really having one of them, covered the other (this happened a lot in the smart home aspect). Also, after moving in, there are some things where I think "oh I should have got that." But it wasn't something that was mentioned as an option, so it was hard to know everything in the beginning. The process definitely moves very fast. The craftsmanship was very good. They definitely put up a lot of quality homes, so they know what they are doing. Obviously mistakes can happen, so its important to speak up as soon as you notice an issue. I would say that there are some items that still need fixing after closing, but once you close, I feel like the responsiveness and timeliness of getting these things done definitely slows down as they are already on to the next house. ... From start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the product

Pulte was very responsive and always there to help. We had access to the house during the whole process.

Overall good experience with agent Jonathan and construction manager Nick. There should be a category for design of the home. Major issues with the downspouts location and not draining far enough from the house to prevent water settling under house. Buyer be aware. One downspout releases in the middle of the driveway. This horrible design and creates a dangerous ice patch in the winter and Pulte refuses to correct the issue. The other downspouts don't present the same danger but long-term concern is that a footer may settle after the 2 year warranty due to soil erosion and I'm stuck with a major repair that could have been corrected with a better design of downspouts. Pulte did add an extension that now has water draining across front walk way and im pretty sure this will create a second slip hazard. Just be aware that you will be responsible for paying for a solution that Pulte had a poor design on my Stellar model. This is also a known issue but Pulte will not pay for the solution. ... More

This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Sales and Construction personnel were great. All very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The closing side fell short. Our senior agent felt put out at some very mundane requests. Overall we would consider a repeat buy with Pulte if we were ever again in the market.

Construction manager was incredibly involved in the construction process and always available to discuss open issues and their resolution. Couldn’t ask for a better intermediary throughout the process. Morten, on the front end, was also very responsive and professional. Great experience overall.

Clear communication, but workmanship is a bit mid tier.

Pulte needs to raise their standards a bit. Trim work detail is very disappointing, fit and finish of some doors is not that great.

Linda, our Sales Person, was always helpful in answering our questions and showing us the information that we requested. Jeremy, our builder liaison, throughout the finishing process has shown professionalism and the willingness and follow-up to complete items that were requested..

The whole process was great !!! Jared was simple the best !! He was on top of everything and resolved anything quickly. Everyone seemed so pleasant, and extremely hard workers ,

Our home has about 6-10 minor issues that we keep getting promises for repair - but it hasn't happened. We've lived her for almost seven weeks. Home is very nice and generally good construction and features, with the notable exception of the interior paint - it's terrible, apparently sprayed on with no primer, and we will be repainting everything as soon as we can.

I am a new homeowner, and I must say moving all the way from New York to Florida Pulte made the process such an easy one. The construction manager Melvin who was in charge of my home went above and beyond in explaining everything about my new home from explaining the sprinkler system to how to change my air conditioner filter. I would 100x recommend my friends and family to buy their home thru this amazing company.

The Monica in sales was outstanding, the project manager overpromised and underdelivered, the customer service manager Rob has been great.

Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

The home was built with quality but not 100 percent finished . Trim packages and other qualities that should be standard are extra . House not really finished with unpainted garage , shower tile not sealed and do your own grass . Move in but can’t take a shower and yard mud becomes owner issue . Supervisor Nick was great , and responsive and kept buyer informed . Need follow up now on punch list items that were not finished prior to closing .

The Sales team was/is great to work with. They were patient with answering all my questions and didn't try to sway or influence my purchase decision. Great communication, updates provided with pictures during the various build stages was value added service on display. It made the experience more special. Found some surprises during the build, like the closet being omitted from the basement by the wet bar. All marketing info and online interactive tool included the closet. Was informed at pre-drywall that the closet was no longer offered and no option to request it. Another surprise was a miscommunication with the design team and the Construction manager about having both recessed lights and pre-wired vanity lights in the secondary bathrooms. We worked through this as a team and I'm very happy with the outcome. Loving the house! After moving in, discovered we may be missing a heat vent in the master bathroom and a cracked window in the garage door. Some additional minor oddities but an excellent work of craftmanship. Overall, we are so pleased with the building experience and the final product. Working together was/is indeed the secret to this success. ... More
