In general, I like the house. But I expected a little more quality for the price I’m paying. But that my just be a product of the current overpriced housing market. Also, some of the workmanship, such as on the doors, the cabinets, and shower, could have been better. My experience with Pulte Mortgage nearly soured the whole experience. I would strongly recommend saving every single correspondence email with Pulte Mortgage in case they accuse you of not replying or if they try to offer you something different from their correspondence. The sales team was amazing. Generally the responsive tone of Pulte is great although I will have to re-submit a request after not hearing back from someone for over a week. All in all, I would at best recommend Pulte to others but with reservation. I would not recommend some of the upgrades we got though. ... More

My experience at the time of buying and after buying isn’t good and didn’t expect this kind of quality work

I recently purchased a townhouse from Pulte Homes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The process of buying the townhouse was made easy with the help of their dedicated sales team who were always available to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. The townhouse itself is beautifully designed and built to a high standard. The layout is practical and efficient, and the finishes are of good quality. The community is well-maintained and offers a range of amenities such as a playground, pool and a clubhouse. The location of the townhouse is also great as it is near to grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. Pulte Homes also offers a great warranty and maintenance program, which gave me peace of mind knowing that any issues that may arise will be addressed promptly. Expected better workmanship from Pulte.

Do your research and continue to follow up on the building team. I love my home but some attention to details go over looked during walk through. Nothing alarming but the great thing about pulte is they have a dedicated team to fix any problems with in reason the first year which is extremely useful.

Overall Tyler took care of us and fixed each issue. However the lack of attention to the little details, by the contractors, was annoying. I had to point out multiple small issue. Ex: Thermostat installed crooked. Light at bottom of stairs was installed partially into the stairwell. Floor vent hole cut crooked. Etc, etc…

Purchased a home with this company and honestly nothing but issues. They come and fix but it takes time/only available on weekdays and just an overall pain to deal. They also didn’t march the model home entirely and weren’t very helpful with much after the sale, don’t recommend

The property is great. The community is great. Steve does a great job responding and fixing any issue that comes up and scheduling workers is easy. The sales process is easy and our sales agent Laurel was very communicative. As far as the sales manager, I think he is pathetic and does not return calls and refuses to talk to buyers. 3 times tried to connect with him for big reasons and never returned a call.

All the help and contractors have been friendly, helpful and have done a great job taking care of our repair issues. They have gone above what was expected.

A great house, but a very poor experience the first 4 months. Our salesperson, Robin, did an outstanding job of communicating and seeking for answers. Additionally, Charlie turned our project around and our neighborhood for that matter. He deserves a raise. That being said, a customer shouldn't have to manage a build, which is what this experience turned into. We are currently dealing with a warranty issue due to poor craftsmanship by the tile layers, but all other trades did a quality job. This house is what we expected and what we were sold.

Onsite CM should be able to handle issues in lieu of needing to go to the computer and ask warranty

First of all, my experience with Hector, the construction manager was GREAT! He exemplifies the outstanding customer service and responsiveness of a true professional. My experience went downhill from there. There were (and still are) a dozen items on the punch list that have not been addressed by the customer service team. Quite frankly, the attitude of these customer service facing individuals is very apathetic. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. I was told four contractors were scheduled to perform the corrective actions for my punch list. On the scheduled day of repairs, not one of them showed up. I called the customer service person that scheduled the appointments, and he had no idea they hadn't shown up or why not. (A professional customer service person would have confirmed the schedule with the contractors prior to the scheduled date). In speaking with my Pulte neighbors, I'm hearing similar frustrations and complaints. Bottom line is my wife and I like the house and hope Pulte leadership is aware of these types of concerns and takes appropriate action to demonstrate their desire to be a well respected home builder. Regrettable experience. Moved in 2 months ago and still have a laundry list of items they need to fix. Construction managers have no experience and hired trades don’t care about the quality of their work.

Pulte is a good brand and there are some people who are genuinely helpful

Jerry was very thorough and was as speedy as possible with any changes needed during the supply shortages. I have a beautiful home. Thank you! Lashay is awesome also. She was thorough with all the details if the house and made it a fantastic experience. We love her!!

Multiple options to upgrade ( but with a steep cost off course), allows to build and add on your choices. The sales team was very helpful in choices and explanations. The construction side of folks, take their time to respond. The closing got messy as the corporate and the construction team were not on the same page and had to delay closing by four weeks. We are still working on clearing some last minute kinks, but overall the follow up team is responding well. Overall a good experience. I will choose them if I am interested in a lot of personalization to my build.

They were great until you closed. So many problems but hopefully will take care of all the problems.

The home building process was extremely easy for me. The sales rep and construction manager did a great job. pulte’s title company were not easy to deal with.

I have closed my home during Thanks giving. The response from the Sales team and initial Construction manager was very good. They helped me clarifying all my doubts. But post closing, the new construction manager uis not responsive and corporative at all. He denied working on the exception items as he didn't receive it from previous manager and asked me to contact warranty team. I contacted warranty team and received a note that it has been passed to my warranty manager. Its been 2 weeks now and no one contacted me for my open items.

The whole process was seamless. Everything was explained to me along the way. I highly recommend buying homes with Pulte.

My backyard looks messed up.

We were promised that things would be completed after closing but very little progress has been made.

When I first decided to build a new house, I had no idea the nightmare I was about to endure. I was filled with excitement and anticipation. Little did I know, their negligence and shoddy workmanship would lead to months of frustration, disappointment and wasted time and money. The quality of the home was not what I expected with every room in the house having some short of damages, such as cracked doors, misaligned garage with incomplete concrete flooring, and much more. From the start, the company was unresponsive to my emails and calls. My experience has been so discouraging, I want to warn other homeowners to be aware of the risks associated with this construction company. ... More
