The home is very nice a few replacements needed and not addressed promptly. We were given wrong mailbox keys and have no access to mail no response contacted pulte 2 times and trips to post office as well. Customer satisfaction lags.

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

The building experience was very easy and satisfying; the salesman Conor and the foreman John were extremely helpful and courteous with every question asked; any response times needed were very good; we are extremely happy with our homebuying experience.

Many things stand out as positive. Highest rating goes to how often I was notified of the status of things. What had been completed, what was pending, etc. Employees were always willing to answer questions. If I texted or called they would respond rapidly. A couple of times items I selected had to have substitutes. I was notified quickly and told what my options were. Thanks to everyone I interacted with.

Apparently, there were issues not under the builder's control, such as damaged bathroom counters, that needed to be replaced (manufacturer's schedule), as well as several painting issues, shower finishes, etc. We are not complaining about the finishing, since the Project Manager would take care of those right away, but we feel Pulte should have pushed the closing to the right maybe a week or two, instead of closing on the original date, since it was clear the property was not ready for move in; and there were so many details pending on the property. The floor plan is excellent. Nice lot selection. Good selection of finishes at design center. Good value compared to other builders and developments. In many cases the finishing work was sloppy, trim poorly done. We had put in an order change request for master bath tile and the tile installer put in the standard tile. It took weeks to get it fixed. We got the base paint color on the first floor and an upgrade on the second. On a walkthrough, the first floor had the wrong color paint. Told manager. They painted a second coat in the same wrong color and wanted us to approve it. We did not. It did get fixed but you can still see it where the walls meet the ceiling. Despite Pulte setting the closing date-the house was not ready for closing. Some of the lights did not work. One overhead light package had not been installed (but was corrected immediately after settlement). Exterior work had not been completed, yard had not been graded, house hadn't been cleaned and it was a mess. Even after their post settlement cleaning, we were still scraping paint off the floor. We had set up contractors to come and do additional work, so it was not practical to move closing back so we had them escrow funds until work was completed. ... More

Online closing was smooth compared to other States . Builders / Project Managers Steve & Zack were great . Very responsive & Professional . Warranty people were very warm & helpful so far . As with all new homes there were and are some minor issues that warranty has handled very well and responsibly. We are very happy with our new Pulte Home

Overall great experience. Communication was slow at times. Adopt the model 'clean as you go". In between different milestones there was trash (not associated with the particular phase, i.e., soda cans, bottles, trash) and left all around an in the residence, which was visually unpleasant.

It was a good experience even though my wife and I were dissatisfied with the building process.

The purchase process with Carolyn was great. Derek, the construction supervisor was amazing and kept us informed all through the build process. His responses to issues found by an independent inspector was great. The selection of upgrades went smoothly, though the choices were limited and the cost for what was selected was high, sometimes exceeding purchasing the items from retail. The air conditioner and air handler are not sized properly for the upgraded square footage, being sized for the base model of the home. The furnace is also not sized properly. We experienced excessive heat on the second floor and expect to be cold this winter. ... More

We love how the house is design. Beautiful with smart design on space utilization. Open layout concept is my favorite which made me fall in love with the house we bought. Sales team (Matt) went above and beyond to help us through this experience. Our builder (Ryan) made walkthrough very smooth and friendly. The only issue we had was with Pulte Mortage team, it was a painful experience with lot of back and forth to get the loan approved. Overall, I am happy with rest of the Pulte team. Thank you!

Overall purchase process was good..

My experience with the house was very good! Unfortunately, after I received the house, the pool already had a water leak.

We were very happy on closing day, and things we brought up were generally addressed. But now that we’ve been here for a month, we keep finding minor workmanship issues that have us concerned for the longevity of the home. We enjoyed this process overall. Hopefully we don’t find too many more issues that would change our minds about that in the coming months.

Brad and Zach were great to work with.

The salesperson, Zorinel was very pleasant and patient from the start. She did a virtual tour of the property even though the actual model was not actually available. She answered questions promptly and fully as much as she could. Even when she was transferred to another location, she made herself available to answer questions and concerns. Overall, a good experience.

We signed our contract to build a Pulte home in February 15. On July 27 we closed. During that time we received contact communication and updates from our building manager. Any time we had a question we could text or call him and he'd reply within minutes. On way least two occasions he moved his schedule around to meet us for tours with our of town family. The ease and painlessness of the process beats bidding wars and unending house tours any day. Knowing what I do now, I'd make the same decision to work with Pulte.

stressful but everyone was communicative and supporting

I love my house! It’s well built and I’m impressed. The little thing not done properly caused one star less for perfection. The grouting on the floor tiles was terrible. They fixed some of it but not all. Sod, the ridges where the ends didn’t meet caused a lawn that’s not level nor safe for the ankle. Water was not draining off the lawn. This was identified prior to closing but was not fixed. After closing the lawn was flooded and they had to install a French drain to rectify the problem. My agent Ryan, was exceptional. He went beyond what was expected of him during the building process.
