The Sales team was/is great to work with. They were patient with answering all my questions and didn't try to sway or influence my purchase decision. Great communication, updates provided with pictures during the various build stages was value added service on display. It made the experience more special. Found some surprises during the build, like the closet being omitted from the basement by the wet bar. All marketing info and online interactive tool included the closet. Overall it was a great home. We really enjoy living there. Other than one closet in one of the bedrooms where the door is designed wrong and when you put your clothes in the closet you can’t open the door to get into the closet. Everything else has been great.

Overall the home buyers process has been great. Pulte team has been great but the subcontractors have been horrible with responding and fixing issues especially the electrical team. I’ve been experiencing electrical problems since moving into my house and they still haven’t resolved the issues. Closed February 13th and it’s currently April 16th. Two months of not being able to fully enjoy our home.

The purchase & build process was beyond what was anticipated, truly professional. We now have some understandable outstanding items which have come to light since moving in, 1 month, which do not seem to be getting any attention. This is concerning as that list is growing. This seems to be widespread across our development. How do you get Pulte’s attention once they have your money?

Very good overall experience with Pulte. Builder and representatives that we worked with were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend Pulte to friends. That being said, Pulte should pride itself more in the quality of their developing sites: clearly mark lots, make sure lots are staked, make sure lots are livable with an open yard for families, etc. Overall good experience with the company, however, my family is paying out-of-pocket fixing our yard to make it more livable for a family when we asked prior to closing for Pulte and their land developer to help accommodate the back yard more ...

I think the prices are fine and keeping us up on our property buying. The walk through was really helpful and Steve did a great job. I was disappointed in the job that was done on cleaning our place before we moved in. It looked like a rush clean job and not to my approval. We are still cleaning things up, dirt and paint. I would have like the sod grass installed before we moved in and would had some warmer weather to water. There was times when it was to cold to water.

Great at first but now where are you guys???

I'd like to start with how amazing my contractor Kevin has been with everything pre close. Extremely helpful and responsive. But the quality of work from outside companies have been terrible, not happy with windows, sliding doors and the quality of fixing things. It's really turning into a frustrating situation with lack of responses from quality control being helpful. HOA has been great and very helpful but they can only do so much. Just think everything is too much going on for Pulte to keep up. It's giving the ones who live in a home lack of attention and help.

My Builder Representative in the office was AMAZING. The experience was WONDERFUL. I was kept informed as much as possible, and I felt like the rep took great care in making sure I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. On the other hand, the person who was supposed to keep me notified on the progress of my house and the periodic inspections did the worst job I've ever experienced. Moved in the end of july. The property was nice and clean few unfinshed items. Construction manager and warranty manage cheerful and helpful. A couple of gripes: Landscaping- the first installed small plants all died. They did replace with something else, not what we would have wanted but. The new trees are planted too deep. They cannot mow without damaging the sod with the big tractor. Wound up mowing myself. Bushes along noth side if of the house all dying no matter how we baby them. I would find out what size your property would be it depends on the level your house is in my wash room I ordered the sink mine is a slop sink I have 95000 in upgrades did not expect that fancy moen faucet in a slop sink

The sales and mortgage departments have been very informative and helpful. However upon moving in the house we have 2 major issues specifically in the master bedroom. Outlets tend to overload and tripped and shut the power in the bedroom. We are hesitant to use any appliances suchas vacuum cleaner, iron or TV due to this for fear of causing any complete electrical failure in the entire house. Resetting the breaker only helps temporarily as power continues to trip whenever we use the outlets. Master bedroom toilet is clogged for unknown reason. One of the customer care representatives is very not professional and always responded to issues by either dismissing them or said things should be like that without any explanation. Requested access to client’s cell phone while other less intrusive measures could be used, and reacted badly when denied access, quoting many others granted cell phone access without question.

The Houses are beautiful just little details like the doors or the paint or the delay on some things like I been leaving in my house for almost 3 months and I am still waiting on some tile for one of my kitchen wall or my stove it has not been replaced yet with the original I mean I love my house its just little details
