I love my house. The work done was very good. The people I worked with were all very professional and pleasant. Only complaint is the scratches on everyone of my pavers. The company won't fix either. But other than that I love it

This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. The only frustration we have had is with appliances and their support teams. The gas range is leaking and the dishwasher has dissolving issues. We have been following with the product support for weeks now and nobody has shown up for weeks now. It is impossible to get them on phone and the wait for a resolution is torturous and endless. Pulte should vet such vendors and check their support credentials. Apart from this, We had good buying experience starting from our first visit to enquire until move in. We did have some hiccups through pulte finance but I can let that go. Big shout out to Patrick and Anthony for being there for us. Should fix few issues faster

The house was completed in a timely order and I was happy with the overall quality and design of the house.

Love our home, but disappointed at some of the final work. A lot of painting that needs to be redone.

Poor communication/workmanship needs to improve

My experience with Pulte Homes was ok. Lot of stuff need to be corrected in the home

A lot of details still unresolved, Plastic Pan under washer dosen't fit and was broken during placement.

I love my home, everyone was very nice and professional, my only issue is I have been in my home for almost two months and some things that were suppose to be done has not gotten done yet.

Would like to have better responsiveness to issues

This was our first time home buying experience and Pulte was very responsive and good at explaining the building process. Sales rep and field manager were excellent. However, workmanship from the contractors used was ehhh. Visited the house as it was being built everyday to make sure nothing was missing, installed incorrectly, or broken.

Jeff has been a great guy to work with and really seems to care about the home owners. I hope that you give Jeff a secretary someday to help him be in mulitiple places at one time.

The construction manager and salesperson were very professional and worked with us.

Lots of issues in my new home, lots of promises to rectify those issues went unfinished even after more than one attempt to fix. If they didn’t cut corners the first or second time, they wouldn’t have to come back out for a third (or more) time. They’re slapping together these townhomes at a phenomenal speed, but it shows in the finish. Everything is solid and well built, but the details are shoddy. While I wouldn’t change where I bought, I would definitely have stuck my neck out more at closing if I knew I’d still have 90% of my punch list outstanding 2 months after closing.

My overall experience was great do far.

But few issues are there in newly constructed house specially with heating system is very poor, looks like they properly not installed. Called several times for the service but people come and won’t fix. This only issue I have with this new house so far!

While Pulte shrives to build beautiful homes, the contractors and their laborers are not performing and producing products (homes) to pulte’s standards.

Please note I had not Responded to any of the reviews you asked for the review for the completion of the home. Because I'm still waiting for the list of items I still need corrected! or adjusted it's been 3 weeks we provide a list of 5 item's. Since then I have 2 additional item's need fixing. I realize Pulte is working on completely all these new home on my track and the field manager's have dead lines. These might be small matters to Pulte but to a new home owner it matters. Few things need to be addressed but haven’t had a cycle after two months to provide feedback. Cabinets bag walls and certain finishing points needs addressed.

Our project manager was great. He kept us updated weekly with updates to our home through the construction process. The sales agent we first initially dealt with was very friendly and professional. Everyone worked really hard to make sure we were happy at closing. A little sloppy with the paint as overspray on window sill areas and floor. Mismatched door going to our garage compared to the rest of the house. AC not cooling a room and took 1 week to get response from someone after submitting a ticket (still pending resolution). Landscapers ran out of grass and can tell where they laid the 2nd portion as much fuller. I wish they would pretreat the soil as I have been picking weeds daily ... More

When in initial order phase, there are more options and add ones which needed to be discussed . Additional lighting, recepticals, faucets, utility room finish, garage finish.

it's ok, some things could be much better

I really enjoy the house and so does my 92 year old mother. The floor plan is such that it is easy for her to get around with her walker. The construction is very sound and good. Still waiting for the completion of the back splash. We had a little mishap with back splash, but it should be settled soon.

Nice home and nice location.
