Everyone we worked with at Pulte, including the sales manager and construction managers, were excellent. Communication was consistent and they were always helpful. However, the workmanship of the home leaves a lot to be desired. For the price, I would have liked to see more attention to detail. We still have tiny holes in the wall, scratches in bathroom tile, backsplash tile that is broken, etc.

Everything was good up until our walk through. Tyler our CM deceived us and withheld information on our AC unit. For the first month of owning our new home we were without AC (family of 6) for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks. Had 5 total technicians come and give different reasons for not working. The sod was dead and has yet to be replaced, we had no ethernet outlets that we paid for and are still dealing with that issue. No screens on any of the windows, and multiple electrical issues. There are several quality issues with parts of our home which we are told stems from the shortage of quality contractors that are available for Pulte to hire to build their homes. The concrete slab is very wavy and bumpy and impacted the look of the vinyl flooring we chose, so much that we had to pay to upgrade to the LVT flooring; walls are wavy and curvy and could only be corrected somewhat; already have cracks in concrete garage floor and back patio (we only took ownership in April 2022); there are other less major issues as well. My sales consultant Joe was outstanding! He made the process seamless. PGP Title was the best. Timelines were met and moving in was easy. Builders team was good and promised to be there if needed but they did not seem to care after to handle important unfinished issues. Pulte warranty, to date, have been poor handling service requests. Very disappointing after such a great home buying process.

With Pulte home, our first experience was really great. Alejandro and Spencer were in a great communication regarding updates, closing perps and the like. However the experience I had with loan department was not satisfactory at all as I mentioned in my previous survey. There were issues which were noted done during the demo and was promised to be fixed before certain date. However till date those issues are still issues and not yet fixed. No or zero communication/follow ups on those open items. Lack of responsibility in addressing the issues post closing.

This was my third home built within the Pulte Corporation. A very interesting process, since COVID was at its peak. However, this experience seemed more aggressive with certain aspects with the closing process. Just was not accustomed to certain lack of professionalism and communication. But in the end, I was satisfied.

Disappointed at how many things are wrong with the home that is a new build, including uneven walls, uneven window frames that are wider on bottom than top or vise versa, broken beams on a roof, broken roof tiles, leaky pipe in the shower, scratches and splatters on every door, uneven handles on kitchen cabinets, very sloppy craftsmanship.
