we are please so far with the home but it os taking too long for some small punch list items to be completed

Great experience. Few minor issues were noticed after moving-in.

The home buying process was a long process with lots of paperwork involved but it was worth it in the end. The Home Builders were very communicative in letting me the latest update on the home building.

We purchased a home with Pulte in December and moved in 2 months ago. A week before moving in on our “celebratory” walk we discovered many issues that were not fixed on a timely manner. Our superintendent was very overwhelmed and our house was turned into us with a whole list of things unfinished that we pointed out on our pre-closing walk. After submitting this issues to the warranty department is when the problems really started. Every time they come to “fix” something they leave it unfinished, wrong and basically worst than it was to begging with. Revolving door of contractor after contractor at 8am and issues keep coming up after unsupervised contractors come in and out of our home asking us what is the problem and what do we want them to do to fix it. I have a great experience purchasing my home with Pulte home. I have had some minor issues with missing items in the bathroom, hardware not matching and bad circuit breakers. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and sent someone out within 24 hours. The buying process was clear and fast from sale office to closing department. I would recommend Pulte home to home buyers.

The build manager was Jackson and he’s knowledgeable , enthusiastic, and prompt. If you get him you’ll be in good hands. The build progressed at a good pace. We hired our own inspector and he caught a couple of things, but nothing major. The flaws were rectified and we love our home!

Buying this home was a fairly smooth process. Our salesperson was great and handled our concerns in a timely fashion. Our project manager did a great job. Of course there were obstacles that came up but they too were handled to our satisfaction.

This was our first new build and it hasn’t been the easiest experience. We have been in the house almost two months and we are still waiting for items to be fixed. For the price we paid for our home, I would have expected the house be to be perfect and the highest quality - something it has not been. I feel as if once the house was bought, we have been forgotten about. Our neighbors are complaining about many of the same items as we are. We had expected issues to be fixed prior to closing and the same items have yet to be completed. I hope that Pulte will in the end fix our issues soon.

Edward, my construction manager, is always polite and professional. What’s more, he is from my observations a very hardworking working and knowledgeable supervisor. Overall, a great homebuying and building experience with Edward. We have a beautiful new townhome and are pleased with our neighborhood. Yes, there remains a checklist of moderate and small issues to be corrected, and I am expecting that the Pulte process will have a fully satisfactory result.

The Pulte people were fantastic. This is the 4th home that I have built over my lifetime of 64 years, and this may have been my best experience up front. Compared to my other homes though, the workmanship has been more problematic, but the issues are really only slight things. I hesitate to say anything, because of the smallness, but this is the highest cost and nicest home compared to my others, but came with more problems. I am speaking of things like electrical outlets not working and heating vents that do not operate, and lots of paint left on the floors. I wonder why they didn't test when installed and cleaned up better, but I chalk it up to too few people to maintain standards (shortage of workers). I can understand that, so I would say that I am content. The landscaping is not well at all, so I wish that I would have had a contact for help or discussion. Still overall, the people and their efforts on my behalf greatly outweigh the negative stuff, and I am very pleased. ... More

Maquire and Daniel did a great job with orientation via video call. They were both very professional and considerate about other’s problems. Maquire also went above and beyond. The day we moved in was the day of Hurricane Ian. She bought water and batteries for us. She made sure that we we’re safe. She’s is an angel. Daniel came by and checked on us and made sure everything is okay at home as well.

We had an amazing salesperson in Gita and the last two months of our build, the project manager David was phenomenal. Initially the responsiveness to issues were slow. That changed immediately when David took the responsibility of our property. Since moving in, there are minor issues we have discovered, and I am happy to say that 90% of these have been addressed. We planned on making this our forever home, therefore finding a builder with a respected reputation to quality was important. We believe we nailed it with Pulte. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

It was the first time experience purchasing a brand new home built from the ground up! It was the fascination process of seeing how the house was constructed through many stages from the ground to wood frames and to a complete house with all features and options inside and outside at the end! It was also the great process and experience with Pulte staffs, i.e ., sale representatives, design center, loan advisors and on-site foremen/engineers, who were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional from the beginning, during and towards the end of the whole purchase process! Kitchen cabinet paint job wipes off with water. The wood is bleeding through as are the repairs done either on site or the factory before we took ownership. Drywall finish is shabby, with several lines throughout with drag marks visibly present along with bad patch jobs. Continue to have missing trim in the master bathroom, glass for both showers were a week and three weeks late and installed after closing. Footprints in the concrete from workers walking across while wet continues to bleed through. Cracked sidewalk in courtyard walkway. Promises made to us for "help" after close on oven replacement, screen replacement, have yet to be completed as the new oven we were promised help on is still sitting in our garage. The broken screen is still hanging off of the house. We purchased cabinets and counter tops for our laundry room, these are to be installed after close, we cannot get an answer from anyone as to when these will be ready and installed. ... More

Expected more for a company that advertised itself as “Higher Standards-That’s the Pulte difference” or “Commitment to Customer Care”.

Overall we are happy with our home purchase. Our sales agent Amy went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered throughout the process. Our field manager Mike was good to work with. He made sure to address any concerns and ensure we were happy with the final product. And finally Trish with Pulte Mortgage went above and beyond to take care of our mortgage needs. Thanks, Todd and Veronica.

The buying experience was great! I love my home! Just disappointed with many of the finishing 'touches'. Trim work on stairs is less than stellar, almost amateur, there are holes in the sheetrock where plumbing is attached and the cabinets have many dings. Those are a few items on my list.

Home layout is great. However, during walkthru I highly recommend to have ALL of your issues addressed (and you yourself confirm) before you actually sign and close. Don't let them force you to close without addressing your concerns. Once you sign, their "warranty" process is extremely slow and all of the promises of being attentive and responsiveness to warranty claims are almost non-existent. You will constantly have to reach out however you can to get them to address your claim.

I was dissatisfied with Pulte Homes. I think possibility the majority of the people in the development was unhappy with Pulte (be interesting to take a poll). I have a 35 year construction background. Our home quality of workmanship is below average. Their was code violations not caught by their third party inspections. Our project was in the Charleston County area of South Carolina. I point my finger at CCBD for not being on top of what was going. Beware of the contract, Pulte will make note they can substitute like materials from one house to another.

The workmanship of the home could've been better, some of the walls weren't straight, they had a curve in a few of the walls, the sheet rock was stood up instead of laying flat on the ground when the house was being built. So our closing date was delayed almost 2 weeks to fix the problem. And we asked for a tray ceiling in our dinner room but it wasn't built, they claim that they didn't hear us ask for tray ceilings, I was really upset about that, but we created something better instead, it looks good.

This was a real nightmare of an experience and Pulte was not great. The quality of the finishes and paint were highly questionable. The options were limited and that was very disappointing. Most expensive home I’ve ever had and perhaps the least satisfying

Over all very good so far no issue it been couple month. I would really thank Blair who helped me lot during purchasing.
