I like it it’s very good work

I am overall satisfied with the home buying experience with Pulte. The people were very helpful, especially with regards to warranty information and where to look for in terms of assistance for home maintenance. That being said, there are some points for improvements. The workmanship for constructing the home can be improved upon, we found some appliances (bathroom, kitchen sink) not quite working as functional. Overall, great job

Top quality construction and good customer care service.

Our experience with Pulte and all the people we worked with was great! They explained everything pretty well when we were buying and choosing our options and they updated us weekly during the building process. We had couple walk throughs and during the final walkthrough we were able to inspect everything and marked any issues which they fixed within a couple days. The workmanship and quality is pretty much what I expected from a quick built subdivision house, not the best but also not poor, just average. Overall we are happy with our new home and would recommend.

Pulte handed over to several vendors for construction. Many individuals are freshets and don’t know basics. They simply experiment on Home. While pulte boast building energy efficient homes, they provided single switch for entire exterior configuration of lights. Engineer don’t want to correct any thing in Rutherford,Fuquay Varina

I recall the journey with Pulte started in Dec '21 when I visited few of their sites before booking 1 townhome in RTP area, NC. Since then to Oct '22...we had various teams supporting respective stages .... Sales experience was great . Construction experience was excellent Mortgage experience went was smooth Closing experience was seamless Post closing service experience is awesome. Build Quality has been the best . Based on my above experience with Pulte, I would recommend them for sure.

Poor sub standard quality of work. Very poor service. Pulte lost its credibility by charging massively for a piece of cardboard house. There are nails comming from all over the carpet area. Walls are so week that a 3 year old can break it. Try to drill a nail on the wall it keeps going In and drops inside. Ceiling lights are not alligned all the lights looks like it's an abstract art. And even after raising the concern no response. PULTE IS NOT TRUST WORTHY AND NOT APPROACHABLE. AND CHARGES YOU TRIPLE FOR POOR QUALITY HOMES.

Building our home with Pulte was a pleasant experience. The staff went over and above helping us throughout the process.

The quality of products such a engineered hardwood are awfully low. We had a few scratches and broken pieces on upgrade level 3. I have also found broken piece of hardwood glued together. The quality of upgrade 5 of the cabinets are also low. I paid for chef kitchen 10500$ The hood has a a bump and after two months hasn’t been replaced . My dishwasher is not the one on upgrade sheet and is another dishwasher. I have sent an email but no response. The grouts in shower has crack. The fan in bathroom is always on. There was no phone number to contact anyone during buying process. Email was the way to correspond it. We were at dark for months about the closing date and just a week before closing we were informed. Although I love my new home, the homebuying process was brutal - particularly with the Pulte loan service - I almost walked away from my deposit - The home is great but be prepared to be humiliated if you choose the loan incentives. I also discovered that the agent misled, not only me but most, regarding HOA dues and other aspects of the final deal. I have had to have a number of building isssues repaired immediately and it has been time consuming

We LOVE our new home and are happy with the entire home building process! MATT, Senior Construction Manager, provided clear communications from day one to our close. He was attentive and responsive to issues that were beyond anyone’s control as well as cares deeply about delivering a 100% completed home. We also can’t say enough wonderful things about his assistant TYLER! He truly goes the extra mile for you! Overall nice constructions although a little shoddy on some things (crown molding, paint, pavers, etc.) also, some of materials used are of the lowest quality (switches, outlet plugs, bath fixtures). Warranty department is also slow to respond and requires multiple phone calls/ emails to get a response (if they respond at all).

A few minor issues, most have been addressed quickly

So far I'm happy with Pulte. Everyone so has been very helpful through the whole process. Working out some of the warranty issues. They have been very responsive to getting the issues resolved. My home is beautiful and is in a great location in Texas. Highly recommend Pulte.

Great home and Great quality. Builders did a great job. My only complaint would be the sales experience. Our sales rep Kristen was unprofessional. She did not explain our options thoroughly. Communication was poor. But at the end of the day we are happy with our new home.

Gretchen, Scott, Andrea, Gabriel, Kayla, Miguel have all been wonderful. It was a pleasure working with all of them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel “at home” and I truly appreciated that. If I cooked, I would have them all over for dinner!!! I thank all of you for making this a seamless transaction.

Smooth process, good communication through different phases

Rocky start and some items to button up, but satisfied overall

Luckily I lived nearby the build site, so I was able to keep track of the progress. First, Pulte is charging ridiculous lot premiums, and starts with smaller lot sizes than other builders in the same community. $20k for a 40' wide lot, up to $120k for a 60' wide lot. I have friends in the same community that built with KB who paid $8k for a 55'(ish) wide lot on a lake. 2x4" construction instead of 2x6". Uneven concrete floor downstairs, despite being assured it would be leveled (for LVP install), so my floor has so many spots where it creaks and sinks when you step. Quite a few corners are noticeably out of square, the tubs were beat up, plumbing controls not centered, curves in a couple of walls and the ceiling, a paver patio installed too steep, yard isn't leveled, and the last 5-6' of my yard is unusable because it's saturated with water from a preserve behind me (that was dry when I bought, and now is full of water). The list goes on. The housing market is booming here, and I know that a big part of the problem is getting quality labor. Part of the issue is that most of the people Pulte has been able to hire don't seem to care about the quality of their work. The other part is that Pulte is severely over-charging for the lots. I have built with Taylor Morrison, DreamFinders, Mattamy, and now Pulte. Taylor Morrison was probably my favorite, but they all have their own issues. ... More

I felt informed and was kept abreast of everything and whatever changes took place.

My wife and I moved to TX from VA. We were very concerned about building a home from so far away, but Pulte was incredible at keeping us informed with daily and weekly communications and pictures. Our home is perfect and everything went off without a hitch. Alex and Phil are the best and I highly recommend anyone looking for the home of their dreams to check our Pulte. We were extremely satisfied with our experience.

The building process ran into delays (Covid) that were frustrating but not necessarily Pulte’s fault. In the end, our construction manager, Jen, worked so hard to make sure things were done before we closed. She continues to work hard on some small issues that have come up after close and she is committed to making sure our house is perfect.

Christina and Justin met my expectations. They both take much pride in doing their best to provide the best experience for me.
