The buying experience was very nice. However, the closing was a nightmare. The closing date was pushed by the Pulte title closing company because they would not allow our mortgage company to do an escrow account because of the outside landscaping and the driveway and the sidewalk were not completed. We had to pay an extra $600 which was an hour or our mortgage company fault the manager at the pool day office did not when I agreed to that escrow and then all of a sudden she did. I feel like she just wanted to charge us $600 because we did not go with Pulte Mortgage from the beginning so she ...

We did not receive the workmanship or quality we were promised and paid for. I am concerned that my home is not worth what we paid. This builder is non-responsive and everyone points to someone else as the reason they do not have time to finish things at my house and for the poor workmanship. We're still waiting for things we paid for but haven't received. We've received countless excuses and ignored completely when we've asked for a timeframe for things to be completed. The quality of the materials is low, workmanship is terrible, tiles are not arranged properly, so there is a pond in the shower. The other tiles are not arranged properly and when i pointed out to the superintendent he said they cant do anything about it. The vinyl floor is cracking, the stairs are starting to be uneven, the kitchen cabinets got here with cracked parts and its been 2months after the closing but they don't have an update for them. So disappointed in quality of home. Cheap paint, nail holes not filled throughout hone, thin drywall, cracked granite in kitchen, extremely small kitchen cabinets, no garage door opener mechanically The statement I receive when I call with a problem is “This isn’t a custom built home.”I have owned several non custom built homes, but this home is below apartment grade.

The house looked great! However, our house got broken into the day after keys were turned over. There was no support from pulte whatsoever! Pulte Sales rep was no where to be found for advise or assistance. Currently living in house, but all these small repairs takes a while before they even respond. Overall buying process was easy, but quality and service needs to be improved. The way I see it... They've made the sale now its your problem!

This has been a horrible experience. We bought the house beginning of August, 2023. The cabinet had to be replaced because of manufacturing defect. They came and replaced it one month after the house is closed. Two months later they still haven’t put in a countertop and fix the plumbing. This was not disclosed before we closed. Terribl, just terrible

This experience of buying a brand new home has been nothing short of terrible, first of all you do the walk through of your new home and everything is looking good as can be expected but within the first week everything started breaking!! 1. The process is great but once I moved in the quality of the paint is bad it looks like is too thin the paint falls off easily the cabinets were in even and scratch . The grout on the tile was missing I’m really disappointed with the price that I pay for I will have to call the builder once I’m back from my vacation

When we were buying no issues. as the build process occurred they were a lot a gaps and The field manager did his best to work with our concerns. Pulte upper management is messed up they rushed the home build just so they can try to close the house before the year end and made cuts in proper build by rushing the field team. The field manager was able to resolve a lot of thing after the closing but still not up to par as he has other builds to worry about as well. Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Pulte and Josh the Project Engineer were excellent

Builder was easy to work with being 800 miles away. The closing was a bit confusing because they cancelled an hour before, but rescheduled the same day later in the afternoon and was a bit rushed since it was 4:30 PM

We're loving our new house and neighborhood. We chose Pulte because of the flexibility of their plans and being able to have two offices + two bedrooms. Everything turned out great and the team was good to work with. Our house was delayed by four months from the original close date, which was one of the only things that could have been improved.

The beginning and end of the experience was great. I had a great time working with our initial sales agent and the build quality teams. My house is well made and everything was documented and covered properly, I felt like I knew my home before I walked in and closed and I feel happy with what I got out of the process. Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. Gabriel was wonderful. He helped find the house and walked us through thr process. Then only bad thing was at closing, even though we could sign, we couldn't get the keys. This was because of an error that was made. The certificate of occupancy that was in the folder for our house was actually for another house. Everyone scrambled to get it done that day. We had to cancel our furniture from being delivered. We got the keys later that day but never got a call from upper management to check on us or apologize for the error.

Really like the new house but experience with change orders was terrible

I love the home but a lot of additional expense because Pulte refused to do change orders that would have been so simple to do and I raised them day one, more than 45 days before the build began on my home, so there is no way they should not have accommodated my requests! You need to ask questions up front because they will do nothing once you sign the contract. My first time experiencing this and it is my 4th new construction home. My lower rating overall is 100 percent tied to the corporate office and their policies.
