The staff within Trails of Woods Creek are fantastic. We are thrilled with our new home, however we've only been here for 2 months. Ask me again in 6 months.

When the builder did a walk they with me he gave me his number and told me as I discovered items that need attention to let him know. Well, he doesn’t answer his phone nor does he return messages. The Pulti warranty company doesn’t answer the phone either. I feel like I’m being ignored.

The material used to build the house seems of not very high quality. I didn’t like the drywall thickness, power outlets and sturdiness. I can easily hear upstair and vibration from washer and dryer. Room door is cheap quality. I like the carpet used only.

Everyone was super helpful and responsive to my concerns. I couldn’t be more pleased!

From start to finish the home buying and building experience was fun, easy and transparent. The Pulte team made our home building experience enjoyable and seamless especially for a big move across the country. Building a new home is not always easy... Steven Palmer made the sales process extremely very easy and transparent. His knowledge of the contract and process was paramount! As the building process started. Michael Rodriguez and Donato were very informative and handled our questions and concerns immediately. Their attention to detail is what made the process easy for us. We knew they wanted nothing but perfection and quality for the completed project. We were in good hands. We could not be happier with our new home and how things turned out. The quality of construction and over all experience was very good. Our site engineer was very cooperative and helped us by sending regular updates and photos. Post buying experience is also good. Any complaints raised is addressed immediately. But there are few things that can be improved. Pulte calling themselves smartphone, there are no smart devices given by default. At least smart Door bell and Smart locks should be provided. Since most of these are new communities, smart door bell would help ppl stay safe. Thank You.

Not responding for issues reported

This is my 4th experience with a new build and I would have to say that it was the worst of the bunch. Much of this may the project manager’s blame but a lot of it isn't. Let’s start with the home’s backyard. About 3 months into the build process we were informed that 2ft of our (already small) 10ft yard would be taken up with a retaining wall. This ended up being 5ft of our yard. Plus, around the time that the retaining wall was completed, maybe 5-6 months into the build, they informed me that they would also be putting a railing around the Patio because they didn’t dig deep enough and the patio sat too high. Code necessitated the railing. These changes basically make our small backyard pretty much unusable and completely changed the makeup of our home. It’s like we have a giant condo. On the day of closing our home was barely cleaned. In fact, the cleaners were still in the home when I arrived and were rushing to do a cursory cleaning. They didn’t do a great job and it felt much like moving into a worksite when we did move in a day later. That’s when the real fun started. I think the workmanship suffered because they are building too many homes at once instead of taking the time to build each one correctly. Each home, even other homes with the same model and elevation is done differently. A big issue I had was that an outlet was installed in the middle of a mirror. I checked the other home across the street which is the same home and it was not installed this way. It was installed on the side of the mirror. I realize this sounds small but it isn’t. The way it was installed on my house reminds me of something from the 80’s. No modern home of decent quality does it this way. The warranty team has refused to change it. Another major issue was our gas line outside that moved in and out. The project manager recognized this when we walked through early on but never addressed it. The warranty team did their best to secure it but it still feels pretty lose compared to what it should be. The gas line. Our microwave was hastily installed a day or two before closing. It has never worked. We have been in the home over 2 months now and we still don’t have a working microwave. Instead of Pulte replacing the microwave for us, they have opted for us to work with Kitchenaid directly through the warranty to acquire a part that may or may not exist. Tbh, I don’t know if we’re ever going to have a working microwave unless we shell out the 2k to install it ourself. This isn’t nearly all of the issues we’ve encountered. The list goes on and on but these are some of the more major issues. I would just be very wary when dealing with Pulte. Besides their amazing sales rep, Romina (who has since moved on), and the friendly warranty rep, Jay, I have little good to say about the company. ... More

The sales agent was difficult to work with. He was inexperienced and often misleading especially regarding the home taxes and bond obligations . The builders financing process was a complete cluster and anything but a process. The construction team failed to complete almost the entire punch list that was provided weeks in advance of close with items remaining to date, months after close.

The sales manager and project manager were amazing! If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here in this most beautiful community.

When you work with Pulte, you get the best there is in the home-building business. From the knowledgable sales and design process all the way through the many development phases, their communication is frequent, informative, and backed up with photos of progress. The product quality and various skills of the workers are all excellent, and they stand behind their word to develop what they promised you. Superior customer service can be absolutely relied on to address any issue, even down to the tiniest cosmetic thing. The quality of the home is disappointing. Would have expected a much better final product for the price we paid. Several issues were supposed to be addressed during the building process, but left not taken care of. Items that were marked by the Pulte quality control Team were ignored. Now we are going to have to take up several issues with the warranty department.

I was disappointed with problems in the kitchen

We had a rocky path with Pulte. They use good products and build a good home, but we have never seen such poor customer service especially with the amount of money we spent for our home. The cabinets have still not been finished and have many issues that have not been fixed after being in the house for two months. We have asked for a handful of punch list items to be completed and maybe half have been done. Now I can’t even get a hold of our construction manager. He no longer calls me back after multiple attempts to get a hold of him. I escalated it to his manager but that has had no impact as there is still no communication or at least a timeline for when we will see items completed. We kind of feel like our money was stolen since we paid full price for the house but some really big items were not completed. I am hoping Pulte makes it right. ... More

We love our home! Ben was awesome throughout the entire process!

Had a fun experience working with the builders through out the building process.

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

Sales person Charmaine was great. Not so much after that. All of the people I have dealt with say they will help and please rate us with high marks yet they don’t follow thru with items unless you bug them to no end. Our plumbing totally backed up after 3 days. That should have been an indication what we were In for. Iam sure now they will be even less responsive.

The home we bought is as great as we thought it would be. The emergency numbers they give you, really work. We called them on a Sunday nite and they responded within an hour and fixed our problem!

We bought a new home with Pulte and the minute you sign, you can't get anything fixed that was promised and you have to follow-up mulitple times for any warranty issues. Would never build again with them.
