Bying a home with Pulte is fine however avoid using Pulte mortgage at all costs! Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare!

Overall experience is great, price is too high. I have great communication with construction managers. They are very responsive. Love the layout but the workmanship is mediocre but everything is fixed upon request.

Despite some early headaches in the build process, we are ultimately happy with our new home.

Great home and Great Team

We've owned two other brand new homes and this by far is the best. The attention to detail and the involvement of the home owner in the construction process is second to none. Both the agent, Marilyn, and the construction manager, Shawn, are very customer focused, very easy to talk to. Almost hate to see the neighborhood finished and the two of them moving on.

Tim was at all my walk throughs. He wrote things down, followed up with us, and is taking care of things. He is still in the neighborhood as other homes are still being built. He's approachable and friendly, so I know I can ask him anything. I would highly recommend this team.

Scott and Harmony made my buying experience wonderful. I was considering on choosing a different builder but those two going above and beyond to ensure my situation was as important to them is the reason I purchased with Pulte. I also want to acknowledge Ryan from finance. He ensured I understood everything

Post-sales service is just as good as pre-sales service. That’s unique in my experience.

Easy to work with and lots of options to choose

Very pleasant experience. Everyone conducted them selfs with curtesy & great professionalism We will definitely like to purchase another home in the future with Pulte .

The experience as a whole seemed fine up until the end. My wife and I felt the closing process was rushed. There were many items that weren’t resolved at closing and the warranty department has not been very responsive. We were told over and over that we wouldn’t be forgotten about but that’s not the way things have played out. Our construction manager was great but unfortunately, he wasn’t the one performing the work on our home. The quality of the workmanship isn’t to the level that we expected it to be. It’s very clear the contractors did not pay close attention to the details. Lots of uneven walls and wavy corners. I was not happy with the fact that Pulte used drywall clips. We found several instances where things were covered up by the contractors. Examples: crack in window track which caused water damage to the drywall, broken kitchen cabinet installed underneath quartz countertop that can’t be replaced or repaired. Brian, our construction manager, did a great job and was very helpful. We are also having an excellent experience working with Adi.

Pulte Group sells under multiple names - at least five other than Pulte Homes. We bought a spec home that was already under construction. Consequently, we were able to modify some attributes of the home, but not others as they basically assemble a "package" for the construction of each home. The salesman was very helpful in securing some of the modifications we desired, but he was unable to achieve others such as upgraded kitchen appliances and changing tub/showers to showers. We did not fully understand these two issues as the house was at the stud level and up-charges were not an issue. The Project Manager was most informative and accommodating starting with the initial walk-through issues until it was time for the warranty group to take over about two months later after closing. Some of the building materials could only be described as "cheap" such as stair hand rails and other woodwork. Some of the workmanship was also subpar. Please be aware that our home was being built during supply chain disruptions and the trades workforce was unreliable. At least three different builders were in our neighborhood and we understand that the trade subcontractors regularly rotated between the builders. These two items greatly affected their product. ... It was a nightmare with Pulte. They never gave clear timelines. Huge mismanagement. No proper planning. Delays on everything. Now seeing at other friends houses from a different builder I see how bad Pulte’s work is.

If you’re looking for just buying home with minimal requirements its a good place not the BEST

This is the second new home I’ve built, the first being with Toll Brothers. Unfortunately my experience with Pulte has been the polar opposite of Toll, and not in a good way. Countless delays, sloppiness in workmanship, post closing issues including paint, electrical and landscaping to name a few. Overall I love the house and community, however, the level of detail throughout the home has left A LOT to be desired considering the price we paid. My expectation was higher.

My review comment is little less because of the below reasons. I am open to have a discussion if my comments are not valid 1. This house planned closing date was mid of Aug 2022 but closed on 28th Oct 2022. 2. Few issues were notified during the house construction and most of them are fixed and few of them are not fixed with no ETA (find the below detail) a. Celling painting issue – 2 places need touchup – Not Fixed b. Garage door opener fixed before drywall and now it’s showing big gap in all the holding clamps – Not Fixed c. Bedroom window lip broken – Not Fixed d. House Sliding repair – Not Fixed e. Cabinet – Fake drawer front fix – common bathroom f. Kitchen Cabinet broken – Not Fixed g. In the basement, washer dryer excess water outlet pipe is showing in the middle of the basement in a slanted and hanging way – Not Fixed h. In the basement window the outside well cover is not fixed but they have put grass seeds – Partially fixed i. In the master bedroom the wooden floor was bent – Fixed but I am not satisfied for the fix - open for discussion for the fix provided 3. Water leaking from the Furnace – Reported to construction manager, he said it will stop automatically. After that I raised service request once person came and checked. He made more water leakage from furnace. Daily 2 times I am collecting water and pour into sump. Appointment scheduled for 13th Dec 2022. 4. When I am raising service request, supporting team requesting me to contact the vendor directly. Not sure why they are asking like that. 5. Basement cleaning was not good. 6. After getting the house key from the closing office, I came to home to open the door, the door was open not even closed. 7. Unable to track the service request – how to check the status for the service request 8. Product cost is vert high, Simple example garage door opener, you guys charged $730 but the actual price less than $200 (even it’s not fixed properly, mentioned above) Personally, I do not have issues with anyone. Took too long to build and craftsmanship was subpar

We were off to a great start with sales consultant, she was amazing helping us through the process. Our construction manager was super busy dealing with all the delays due to covid so getting ahold of him was difficult at times, but he always calmed our concerns, whatever they were. And when it came time to closing, our house had little issues here and there but over all went very smoothly. We love our forever home and Pulte did a fantastic job!

John, Cody, and the crew were wonderful to work with start to finish.

After the sale the representatives were of no usefulness

The house is nice can be better, quality in finish inside baths and kitchen is poor Painting is poor quality

From the start to finish Pulte dragged us along. We had essentially 3 different closing dates and each time we tried to close there were significant problems with the townhome. The quality of the home is very poor compared to the pricing of the townhomes. They clearly rushed through the build and placed cheap hardware / fixtures inside. The construction team communicated horribly. Sales team consultant was the only one who gave us honest answers. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone and I will never use them again.
